Today I had major work done by Dr Ellie and Amber “Rotti” Bell and I could not fault them, in fact, they are not just a credit to the practice, but also to the industry as a whole.

Fantastic experience: I needed to repair a cracked tooth at short notice before I went on Holiday. I contacted the receptionist and an emergency appointment was organised that same morning. The appointment itself was completed within 20 minutes. A temporary filling was applied with full explanation given of what will be required upon return from Holiday. A follow up appointment was then book online by the dentist to fit me into her schedule. She was totally supportive and informative of the remedial actions required. I was grateful to have been given a very professional quick and supportive service from the Woodland Dental Practice staff.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting today for a checkup and registering as a new patient and wow I have never seen a dental practice so clean and so polite. As soon as you walk in the receptionist is extremely polite then seeing the dentist and dental nurse is the exact same, such a clean and friendly place to be. I suffer with anxiety due to a bad experience with a previous dental surgery but Ellie really made me so relaxed and calm, she talked through the plan with me for my dental care and explained everything. There all so lovely, thank you for making my children , myself and my partner feel so welcomed aswell, 2 of them suffer from autism and the kindness and patience with them also even though it wasn't there oppointment this time was just fabulous

Fantastic experience: Not a massive fan of dentists like most, but the team are so welcoming and instantly put you at ease, you’re in safe hands with Dr Mahwish, the composite fillings Dr Mahwish has done for me are excellent, making sure you’re comfortable through out the procedure, I've tried and tried to see where the fillings have been done, I’m yet to find them - they’re so perfectly done, I cannot see them!

Fantastic experience: My four visits to sort our my root canal and bridge issue have been excellent. Ellena and her assistant were always pleasant and welcoming. The procedure was drawn out, but everything was explained and the treatment was virtually painless. I even fell asleep a couple of times.

Negative experience: Generally always very impressed with the service however after over 12 months of cancer treatment where I was told due to the risk of infection not to attend routine appointments, despite informing the practice of this, I have just been told I have been taken off the list and that they no longer operate a waiting list, no surprise that they are still taking on private patients!

Negative experience: I was appalled by the level of customer service as when I showed up 5 minutes late they refused to see me since this practice changed hands the standard has plummeted my advice to everyone is to look elsewhere if you need a dentist, poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! Highly recommend. The quality of care and professionalism I receive here has been, and continues to be, superb. And the staff are friendly and approachable. Over the last seven months in particular I’ve been a frequent visitor due to undertaking an invisalign course of treatment to correct my crooked teeth. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for years but been deterred by price and how invasive braces may be – at least, the old metal styles. Well, with these modern braces – they’re a series of invisible gum-shield type covers, which gently prompt your teeth into new positions – not only have my teeth been straightened successfully but it’s only taken a matter of months, and the pain was minimal to non-existent (some minor tooth-moving aches, the worst of which were in the first days). I am now beyond pleased with my teeth. I’m no longer worried about smiling in public and feel much more confident. And the woodland’s staff, Dr Rashid in particular, were there to monitor and advance the treatment all the way along. I didn’t even know these types of braces were an option until a consult with Mahwish. My parents, too, attend here and have found the service excellent. A big thank you to you all for your constant efforts.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and care I received from the dentist.I felt very relaxed through out the procedure and pleased with the service received from start to finish. All the staff are extremely pleasant, very welcoming and friendly whilst also maintaining a professional service in a clean and calm enviroment, it really was a pleasure to attend as the dentist isn't usually a place I would choose to be. Also I was very delighted with how quickly I got an appointment and had my dental problem quickly resolved. I can honestly 100% reccomend this dental practice.
