Fantastic experience: After a meaningful conversation with Nikki lead to a consultation with Nadeem a thorough examination and review Nadeem confirmed that implants were viable .This was good news for us. The implants are now in daily use without any problems. This is a direct result of the care and professionalism exhibited throughout the treatment by the team, Nadeem ,Sheena, Arati and Sayiti . I suppose the real recommendation is that we are now having further implant work carried out .

Fantastic experience: Have read many of the reviews for Smile Success and really can’t think of a single thing to add that hasn’t already been said Just excellent in all respects! I had two full jaw implants which Dr Zafar explained could be tricky as my jaw bones were in such poor condition but he just persisted and although it has been quite a long journey, I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for all the hard work and especially the final outcome. My teeth are lovely and even better, I can eat properly!!! I am just so pleased and would thoroughly recommend this practice for the great results and all the lovely, kind and professional people who work there Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Dr Zafar is very knowledgeable and experienced and is ably supported by a great team. I found that he had the best outcome for me in mind with the advice he provided even if it meant one less implant (so less money for the practice). I wouldn't want it any other way. I found Dr Zafar to be happy to discuss various options and answer all the questions I had. For the two implants I did end up having, there have been no complications and they've been A-OK since I had them done one and a half years ago. Nikki, the practice manager is very approachable and helps coordinate treatment which makes it easy to find out pertinent information about treatment both before and after. I found nurses Arati and Sangita to be pleasant and adept at getting scans done and assisting Dr Zafar with the actual implant procedures. The practice is equipped with all the latest equipment including the 3D xray scanner which was a key deciding factor for me after getting nothing but hassle at a totally different unrelated practice where scans are done at a different location with poor communication between the implantologist's practice and the place where the scanner was resulting in wasted trips due to incorrect instructions. All in all, a professional service that I have no hesitation in recommending for anyone considering getting implants.

Fantastic experience: Been using Smile Success since 2020. Hygienist Sheema is fantastic and all the team wonderful. Nikki has been brilliant, sorting out appointments around an ever changing work schedule. Wouldn't normally drive 40 minutes to a dentist, absolutely worth it here.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about having an implant but after my consultation with Dr Nadeem felt assured as he explained the whole procedure. Having been to other dentists, I felt confident immediately on seeing Dr Nadeem as he has a calming influence and is kind and understanding. My tooth was extracted, implant placed and I could not believe how pain free this was. Nikki on reception is such a lovely, warm, friendly person and has been most helpful throughout. Fantastic experience: Having just completed my third dental implant with the team at Smile Success, I am happy to recommend the experience to anyone considering the procedure. Dr. Zafir and his nurses Arati and Sangita proved most competent in their work and I am very happy with the outcome achieved. Fantastic experience: I started my implant treatment in December which has just been completed.Absolutely delighted with the end result. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Dr Zafar and nurse Arati explained everything step by step and I didn’t have to use my denture as Dr Zafar rebuilt my broken tooth which remained intact until the implant was in place. Got to say a big thank you also to Nicki and Vicki who provided customer service of the highest possible order and couldn’t do enough to go out of their way to help. I could not recommend this dentist highly enough. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Implants are expensive but I think my old dentist was extortionate, so I was looking for a more reasonable price when I found Smile Success on an internet search. Dr Nadeem Zafar with his nurse Arati looked after me very well and did a very good and pain free implant for me. Nikki on reception is very friendly and helpful making all the appointments. I have now quit my previous dentist and get my routine dentistry done here as well.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I visited Smile Success in July 2024, & subsequently, I was made to feel welcome & reassured about my treatment. I didn’t feel at any point like they were trying to up sell services to me. Dr Zafar & his nurse Arati are friendly & put me at ease. Dr Zafar instilled confidence in the treatments offered and I had wonderful results. Nikki, the receptionist, couldn’t do more to help & from the beginning she was able to answer questions. Fantastic experience: I'm currently having a implant done and the process has been fantastic. From the very first step of booking a appointment and having my initial scan till having the implant put in, I have received absolutely amazing customer service, advise, and guidance from Nikki who really makes you feel at home. My treatment was done by Dr Soroush and his Nurse Sangita, who have really been amazing throughout the treatment, they told me the process step by step and gave me lots of advice. The thing for me that stuck out was the time and care they put in to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I've had many dentists in the past, but this one sticks out by far, I would highly recommend them 100%. Thank You

Fantastic experience: 5* review for Smile Success. I first visited just under a year ago to see Sheema, their hygienist. She has been so helpful and understanding (being previously extremely scared of visiting the dentist). She started me through my hygiene journey and general dentistry journey going from a very anxious patient to now seeing her every 3 months for a deep clean and all my teeth need! Long journey ahead but she makes me feel so comfortable. I’ve also just started my Invisalign journey through them and see the amazing Dr Tinashe with nurse Singita for this. They offer a great finance deal and I’m only 9 weeks in but can see amazing improvements already! Can’t recommend them enough. Finally, the wonderful Nikki who works on the reception is so helpful with a constant smile and brings such a down to earth and friendly feel to my visit every time!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practise for approximately ten years. In this time I have always found the team Proffesional, diligent and with integrity. I have had quite a few implants as my teeth were really bad and now they look amazing. I was guided through my experience and explained to every step of the way by Nadeem. Nadeem is a superb dentist with vast knowledge and skill. He is kind, friendly and welcoming which is what you need if your nervous of dentists, like I was prior to going to this practice. I am on a-payment plan to look after my implants which is excellent value for money and feel very looked after. I visit the hygienist Sheema for a clean every three months tand have regular checkups. Sheema is extremely thorough yet gentle and has looked after my gums and kept my teeth healthy, she is warm and friendly with a Proffesional bedside manner, Nikki the receptionist who greets you as soon as you walk in, puts you at ease and makes you feel welcome with her smile. So in short if you want excellent work with in a proffesional dentistry, comfort ,value for money and never to feel nervous of the dentist again Look no further you’ve found it!

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and was terrified at the thought of a dental implant. Nikki was the first big step in this journey. The dental reception has a calming and welcoming atmosphere. Nikki is friendly and approachable and gave me the confidence to go through with the treatment My treatment was carried out by Dr Zafar and Nurse Arati, who couldn't have been more understanding and empathetic. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this practice all the staff were so lovely and helpful from my 1st appointment. I first went here believing there was no hope of fixing one of my front teeth after years of bad crowns, horrible dentist experiences and feeling very self conscious. I had been told the only option was to get an implant so I found this place online through good reviews. However after seeing Dr Zafar he informed me that I didn’t need to get an implant and could firstly try getting another crown. I was so overjoyed by this as the thought of an implant was rather overwhelming. After a few appointments with Dr Tinashe Nhova I now have the best front tooth I have had since I had an accident when I was just 14. I’m so happy with the results the look but most importantly the feel of my whole mouth is fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I discovered Smile Success through a family member and could not have been happier so far. My first appointment was with Dr Nadeem, a lovely person, who was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful, he went through all my choices to help me make my decisions for treatment. I am being treated by Dr Tinashe with his nurse Sangita, who are both great, they are very professional and really put me at ease. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly, including Nikki who was first to give me a warm welcome to the clinic. Everyone has gone above and beyond to help me with my journey.

Fantastic experience: I am about to complete my first implant procedure; I was very nervous but i need not have worried the service i received was very caring and professional. Right from the start Nikki guided me through the procedure explaining what to expect and costs etc. Dr Soroush and Nurse Sangita were fantastic and carried out the dental procedure in a very proffessional manner. In fact I will be going back for another implant.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from start to finish. I’ve had an awful year with dentist in general including wisdom teeth out and then getting trismus which naturally put me on edge with seeing any dentist again, this time I had a cracked tooth and decided to get an implant done. I called the practice and Nikki was super helpful and got me booked in. I saw Dr Zafar and he carefully went through all my options and I decided to go ahead with an implant. I got booked in asap as I was in so much pain. The day arrived and Mr Zafar and Arati put me at ease, whilst i waited for everthing to numb and the tooth coming out was very quick, next the implant. This was done very carefully to make sure the bone graft would work, and after half and hour or so was all done. 3 months later I went back for my shiny new tooth and what a great match. No pain at all. The team were so great I’ve decided to now use the practice as my permanent dentist, Mr Zafar is always looking at the next best thing in dentistry, so when I eventually go back for another implant I’m excited to learn what new progress has been made. Highly recommend the whole team.

Fantastic experience: Just finished having my second implant fitted and I am over the moon with the service and results that Smile success delivered. I had visited a couple of other dentists when researching implants but after my first consultation with Dr Zafar I knew I had found the right place to help me. I needed an extraction before my implant journey could start but from the first consultation through to my final appointment last week I am so happy with everything and couldn’t recommend this dentist enough. Fantastic experience: I have recently had 3 implants placed at Smile Success. From start to finish the service was professional, but friendly. All the staff I dealt with, from Nikki at front of house to Dr Zafar who carried out the implants and everyone in between, made me feel relaxed and reassured about the procedures. Fantastic experience: Nadeem has been our dentist for more than 25 years. He and his team, Nicki, Samana, Sheema and the wonderful nurses couldn't be more friendly, efficient, caring and supportive. The staff's kindness and care has helped me leave behind the nervous patient I was and have confidence in my smile. Without Nadeem's skill and expertise with implants, I'm certain I'd be wearing dentures now. He's done wonders for me and my husband.

Fantastic experience: This surgery is excellent. I was told I could only have one implant elsewhere because of bone loss, but they were able to do both here. Their pricing was excellent, they explained everything clearly, they put me at at ease. Nadeem did my work Nikki arranged everything. Fantastic experience: What a refreshingly honest and caring dental practice! About three years ago my dentist told me that I needed an implant for £3K, but upon visiting Camberley Dental Care for a second opinion they pointed out that there was no need. Despite being an eight mile drive away, I was so impressed with their honesty that I changed to their practice...and I've never looked back! In that time following an emergency extraction in the US they did an implant that is so good even I have difficulty knowing which tooth it is! Once again today they could have sold me an implant but instead recommended treatment at a fraction of the cost and discomfort. From their friendly reception staff, hygienist, dentists and implant specialist they are all professional to a tee! A+

Negative experience: UPDATE: The dentist was actually shocked at the colour comparison of my teeth in the photo I had taken before my appointment compared to how my teeth looked after the appointment and could see exactly what I meant. I’m not after teeth whitening but I also wasn’t after my teeth being stained. As I have stated to you via email I have left such a bad review as although I appreciate the refund, my time has been lost and I preferred the condition and colour of my teeth prior to the appointment! I don’t wish for others to go through the traumatising experience I have. I had a hygienist appointment here about 7-8 months ago and afterwards my teeth were clean and gleaming white! This time I had my hygienist appointment and I’m so disappointed, angry and upset by the result. My teeth have been stained with something and look worse than before my appointment. They keep trying to tell me it’s just the natural colour of my teeth but they definitely weren’t that colour before the appointment. I even took a photo before I went as I wanted before and after as the results were so good last time and even the dentist was shocked when I showed him the photo of before and the now. It’s made me very self-conscious and I’m left really upset. I’ve been given a refund and despite the practice manager being very friendly, I’ve been left with wasted time and teeth that look ten times worse than before I went. Unfortunately I strongly advise to go elsewhere

We are both extremely pleased with the level of service that we receive. All members of staff, are very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice now for a few years, initially as a dental implant patient but started to use their other services they had to offer. I had 1 implant done by Dr Zafar and was very pleased with the result then further on had a bridge done which has had its ongoing issues and I can only say that Dr Zafar has worked tirelessly in finding a remedy to solve the problem, which hopefully we now have . All work and costs were explained and if I needed any further information he or his staff are more than happy to go over. The whole team are the most friendliest and courteous people you could ever wish to encounter. I definitely would not hesitate going back if/when I required anymore implants as he certainly knows his stuff. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you .

I have always found the team polite professional but friendly. I had a real fear of Dentist, but Nadeem with his calm demeanour has eradicated my fears. Fantastic experience: I recently had an implant in the front of my upper largest tooth. I’ve been living with a temporary one for so long. I wish I had the implant done a long time ago. Fantastic experience: I came to this practice as I thought I needed to replace one of my teeth with an implant. I had my consultation with Dr Zafar to which I had the 3D scan done which I was aware of already via the conversation when booking the appointment. I was surprisingly pleased to find out I didn’t actually need an implant and there where other options to me which I’m so thankful for and honestly can’t wait for my next appointment

Negative experience: In this clinic, I had a terrible experience. The only good thing was my visit to the hygienist, a very pleasant woman who did her job well. I'll thank her, but I definitely won't visit this clinic even for the hygienist. I turned to this clinic for a consultation on installing an implant on my front tooth. I had little time to prepare for this appointment and I missed some questions that were on my mind. My first impression of Dr. Zafar was good. We agreed on a treatment plan, and the cost of the service seemed even lower than market prices to me. I scheduled the first appointment for making a fake tooth, paid a deposit, but my anxiety about not asking all the questions I had for the doctor kept me from relaxing. I agreed with the administrator that I would ask all my additional questions via email. All of these questions were based on concerns and fears that my smile would have defects. Currently, my teeth look even and aesthetic. I asked three questions. Do they use gum shaping in their practice to eliminate large gaps between the crown and the adjacent tooth? I also asked if there's a chance that the implant itself would be visible through the gum with a black line, or is this only the case with inflammation and the use of low-quality materials? And can I expect a crown that will be symmetrical with my other teeth? I attached photos for reference and was very polite. I also clarified that it's not a problem if there are minor defects; I understand that all cases are different. My concerns were only about significant and visible aesthetic issues. In short, I wanted to hear words of support from the doctor and answers to the questions I had before the procedure. But I was shocked when I received a response from the administrator. She wrote to me that I'd better go somewhere else because I'm trying to find out too many details. SERIOUSLY? Maybe because it's my future smile and its aesthetics, and because I'm paying for it? She then wrote that she had removed me from the schedule and offered to refund the deposit. From all this, I conclude that this Doctor does not have the desire to reassure the patient and do everything possible to explain all the small details. They don't want to simply answer the questions and give the patient the choice to stay in the clinic or leave. It's absolutely not customer-oriented. Most likely, Dr. Zafar does not guarantee that your future implant will be done properly, and if you decide to ask a couple of extra questions, they will immediately send you away from this clinic. When you enter the clinic, you will see an example of front tooth implantation before and after. So after looks perfectly beautiful and aesthetic. So if you can't offer the client a well-done job, why is this picture at the entrance? In general, draw your own conclusions if you plan to get a front tooth implant. Perhaps the work will not be done very well, and God forbid you ask questions about the result's aesthetics; they will immediately send you away from this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been into the practice a few times now not just because my mum works there but because I hear about the great work and care provided I’ve had to come in and get some treatments in past few months and seen both both dentist dr raheis and the hygiene therapist sheema to which as above I got treatment with great care and detail both times from both will be recommending my friends for sure

Fantastic experience: Quite frankly, an absolutely amazing experience. I was really nervous about having the implant bit of it going in because they have to drill into your jaw and then screw it in but I was in and out in 20 minutes including numbing me up. Three months later a 3D internal scan of my mouth was taken to create the tooth and then just a few weeks later came back for the tooth itself to be fitted. It’s been an excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of this practice for years having many implants undertaken by Nadeem. All the staff are exceptional: kind, friendly and very professional. Today I saw Raheis Sharma for an emergency extraction. I was not looking forward to the injections but the technique from Raheis' Nurse distracted me to the extent the whole process was over quickly. Thank you one and all.

Negative experience: AVOID ! False advertising to a lure you in. Their generic quote doesn't state the exact model that will be implanted. Their invoice isn't itemised so you have no clue what they've put inside your mouth. They charge way more than what they advertised AND they didn't install the correct brand that I requested. If they did install the Nobel biocare then I wouldn't care so much about the price, but they installed the Neodent and charged more than what was advertised. When I requested an explanation they simply ignored me. Finally the receptionist emailed the exact model and only then did I realise they put in the wrong one. Since then, no response. I have complained to Dental Complaints Service and they have passed the buck to someone else. For a year I've been sitting without a crown because no other dentist wants to finish the job. Con artists - watch out !!

Fantastic experience: I live about an hour and a half away, but chose Camberley after researching lots of different practices online. The staff are highly qualified, yet costs are so reasonable. I travelled up and found all the staff to be just so friendly and welcoming. Everyone that works there just seems so happy. I was booked for consultation and a bone scan for an implant. The equipment was impressive. After the scan everything was explained to me clearly I could visually see everything about my mouth that they were referring to easily on their IT equipment. In regards to the implant, I mentioned that living a fair distance away and working full time, I will have to check diary as to when I could return. The dentist then to my surprise offered to do it the implant then and there to help me put. The procedure was quick and painless. Throughout the dentist and nurse checked if I was comfortable. Both were very reassuring. Afterwards, the next steps were explained clearly. I was given a handout guide and things to help me take care of mouth / aid recovery. I was expecting lots of pain after, but this never happened. Everything was quick, easy, professional and extremely good value. By far the best dentist and practice I have ever encountered. 5 stars does not seem enough!

I suffer badly from anxiety about any dental treatment but i have to say i have never felt more at ease about going to the dentist as i do here. After being told my teeth were a lost cause elsewhere, Sheema put me on a treatment plan and i could not be happier with the results. Everything is explained clearly and honestly and the atmosphere is very calming. I can not recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I had a full month restoration with implants to and bottom jaws. The staff, dentists, technicians, nurses and reception staff are exceptional. Everything is explained in detail, the treatment was explained and tweaked to my personal needs. Whilst it was a long day, the staff keep going until they are fully satisfied before you are discharged. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking treatment. It is not the cheapest option but you can certainly see what you’re paying for. When it comes to your face and your Go with the best, it’s so worth it.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic experience from start to finish. My treatment plan was explained to me and the steps were carried out professionally on each visit. I am very happy with my implants and I now have the confidence to smile again. The laboratory who modelled my implant bridge advised my dental surgeon during my treatment that my implants needed alterations and although this meant there was a slight delay to me having my treatment completed it showed outstanding customer care and service as the lab wanted my finished implants to be be perfect. I will definitely be returning to Camberley Dental Care & Dental Implant Centre for future treatment for both general dentistry and dental implants. I highly recommend this establishment.

Fantastic experience: In my first appointment options were explained (after a quick exam and some questions). The advice was not to do anything at this point (with excellent reasons behind the advice). Clearly Nadeem Zafar is running the clinic with a "client first" policy which I always assumed (due to the excellent reviews) but find it heartening to be proven. Access was easy with parking on-site (very welcome). All staff seem happy and helpful - clearly a good working environment. If I am ever to have an implant or other specialist dental work it would be here with Dr Zafar. My initial £50 appointment fee was refunded quickly with no fuss. Thanks to the team for their help today. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the clinic it's just amazing. I had my first consultation with Dr. Nadeem yesterday and the doctor was very professional and honest. Did not try to sell you extra implants and gives you all options which were available for you. You can make your decision as long as you needed it, no rush. The biggest surprise on the day of my consultation was when the Dr. Nadeem offered me the implant on this same appointment and in 20 min all was done. Everything was done so quickly and very professional manner. Big thank you for you guys.

Fantastic experience: After having a bad implant experience abroad , I was nervous to find I needed 4 implants after Lockdown or face getting a denture! I booked my first appointment, we worked out a treatment plan, and I was immediately put at ease. The staff are friendly and caring, with all the latest high tech equipment. The whole process was painless and quick in comparison to my past experience , also without complications, and I now have a full set of teeth again. I couldnt be happier and would highly recommend.
