Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Zara enough! I’ve been dealing with gum disease, and from the very first visit, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. Zara is incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of my treatment in a way that was easy to understand. Her cleanings are thorough yet so gentle, and she shared valuable tips to help me improve my gum health at home. Thanks to her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail, I feel so much more confident about managing my oral health. If you’re looking for a dental hygienist who truly cares about her patients’ well-being, Zara is the best!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for as long as I can remember and have been through a few dentists . I'm now with Dr tatiana she is just a brilliant dentist and such a lovely kind person and always has time for a chat .

Tatiana is an excellent dentist with many years experience, explaining in detail what may have caused the problem and how she will procede to rectify it, being sincere and honest in only recommending the work that needs to be carried out. From first telephone call to completion of treatmend I found the dental team very professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Edel in reception is very helpful and welcoming. Dr Tatiana is wonderful. Professional, gentle and considerate, explains all the options and processes involved, and most importantly produces lovely results with the minimum of pain or stress.

Fantastic experience: I had several appointments lately, Dr Tatiana is a wonderful doctor! She really made sure I understood everything, answered ally questions and Mae sure I took the right decisions with the orthodontist treatment. I can't thank her enough. Also, Edel at the reception is a very nice lady, always smiling and always have a kind word !

Fantastic experience: I have being getting treatment for years in O Farrell and Staunton Dental. The receptionist Edel, would go over and above her duties to look after all the patients attending For dental care. I feel very sad that edel is leaving this Thursday. A big big loss. She is just a beautiful person, always happy and smiling and so welcoming even at a dentist. She will be missed.

When I went for my recent appointment, Edel was working alone but was fab with multitasking and was incredibly efficient with customers, all with a smile on her face. Fantastic experience: Tonight the cause of my toothache was identified and I was treated immediately - after hours. Philip O'Farrell, as his father was, is friendly, gentle and skilled. Every step of the process was explained. The office stayed open to faciliate my treatment - thoughtfully, to make sure our family's Christmas was not ruined by a grumpy grandad with a toothache. I am impressed, relieved of pain and most grateful.

Excellent service in terms of care and timely appointments. I have now decided to move from my previous practice to O'Farrell and Staunton. Can't recommend highly enough.

Positive experience: Have been attending ofarrell and Staunton for years and extremely happy with the service provided, but in the last few visits have noticed a significant reduction in reception staff, where there used to be 2/3 at desk now only 1 who seems to have to cover everything, was trying to talk to Edel about appointments and procedures i had to have done, but between phones ringing and other members of staff looking for her attention it was a bit chaotic for her, I told her I didn’t mind waiting until she’d sorted everything out , but she focused on the questions I was asking and sorted everything out for me, absolutely great person to have at reception but the practice needs more staff at front.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier needed an emergency appointment and edel was able to get me one for this afternoon where I was able to get my root canal started and hopefully relieve some of my pain before I head of on my holiday. met Edel when I was down there and the service I received was top notch from her and the dentists as-well but Edel was nothing but talkative and friendly and welcoming she definitely helped settle the nerves a bit before getting the work done would recommend this dentist practice to anybody after todays appointment might I add I travelled from Belfast and would happily travel again and am due to next week.

Fantastic experience: Edel, the receptionist, was the kindest, most empathic professional I've dealt with in a long time. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my son and she was warm and gracious with it. A joy to work with. A friend of ours, visiting from LA, needed a crown replaced and I recommended this place to him and Edel similarly was "the nicest person" to him too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Came out of O'Farrell & Staunton feeling much more positive than when I went in, as was concerned about the ever worsening situation with my dental health. Felt immediately relaxed with Grainne and got plenty of info re options for next step in possible treatments, which has left me more enlightened as to the choices I can make. She has a great way with her, I feel in safe hands. And then of course a bit of banter with Edel at reception, as per usual. Edel always offers to tailor an appointment to a time that suits me, advises me of the waiting list for cancellations, and to ask for her personally when I phone if there's something I need help with. She'll always phone to remind me of upcoming appointments which is v helpful for my scatter-brain. We were actually in the same year at school and I remember her from then as being bubbly and warm; she hasn't changed a bit and I feel like I'm getting a personalised treatment. For somebody who dreads going to the dentist, this is such a boost.

Fantastic experience: Visited O Farrell & Staunton today for appointment. I was checked in almost immediately and I was seen at my appointed time. Reception and waiting area was clean and tidy. The receptionist, I think it was Edel, was friendly, efficient and very professional. She has a good rapport with clients which helps put you at ease. An asset in a dental practice. My dentist Niamh was extremely professional and explained all steps of required procedure. Fees were as I expected. Overall, an excellent dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I Rang today with a problem with my wisdom tooth and got an appointment within the hour , thanks to the receptionist Edel, she couldn’t of been nicer to me on arrival, she knew I was in pain and calmed me down while I waited to be seen.

Fantastic experience: First class service at O Farrell & Staunton 17th July. I had an appointment with hygienist and my teeth were super sensitive but she handled it so well. Edel was busy cleaning downstairs and after I had remarked how clean and fresh the areas was she swiftly organised a follow up treatment with no hassle. Great staff!

Negative experience: I have been trying to get an appointment from the first week in January. I was originally offered an appointment for the end of February but as it didn’t suit me I was offered an appointment in March. That appointment was later cancelled as the dentist was sick and I was advised that I would get a call back with a new appointment. I got a text later that day with a new appointment, no phone call. I received a call the week before the new appointment to confirm my appointment with a different dentist. I told the receptionist that the appointment was not with my regular dentist and she said it was fine. I was then rang the day before my appointment to advise me that my appointment was cancelled as there was an error and the appointment was made with the wrong dentist.

Fantastic experience: Philip has been my dentist since I was a child & he always greets you with a smile. He is so compassionate. The rest of the staff are also so great & friendly: Edel & Nadia.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist isn't always an enjoyable experience - but I have always left O'Farrell & Staunton Dental in good humour and usually with a brighter smile. My last visit was in relation to two crowns with Colum & Catherine who were nothing short of wonderful - I felt no pain at all during the visit and the time flew. The ladies at reception never fail to make me laugh and are a pleasure to deal with (thank you Edel). Going back next week to get the remainder of work completed. I can't recommend this practice enough.

I was phoned at 1 pm on Sunday and a text sent notifying me of the cancellation. So Edel deserves the award for going over and above the call of duty. I appreciate the call.
