Fantastic experience: We looked at several dentists when we needed to change a few years ago and we’re really pleased we chose Esthetique. The whole process there is friendly and efficient and the quality of the dental care is excellent. Access is easy too with plenty of free parking. From regular check ups and hygienist visits to the occasional bit of remedial work, the whole experience is first class. I must recommend my dentist Hannah too - especially as she didn’t believe I would! - for being exactly the kind of knowledgable, experienced and caring professional you want.

Fantastic experience: A well run, compassionate practice. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years, I'd pretty much given up on trying to get into an NHS practice but after having toothache over Christmas I had to see a dentist as soon as possible, after looking at reviews online, I thought I'd try Esthetique, I booked an appointment online for an appointment the very next day, I was very nervous having not been for so long and I knew my teeth were in a poor state, I had my first and subsequent appointments with Calum. Within minutes he made me feel at ease and we had a good chat about what was going on and how I felt, he did a thorough and full examination and came up with a treatment plan to get my oral health to a good standard, as expected I needed a work, 5 fillings and a new partial denture as my current one was not ideal, all of which I was expecting. There is no pressure selling, you get a full itemised estimate sent to you via email to decide if the treatment is right for you, I've had multiple appointments since, both with Callum and Pauline (my hygienist) who was incredible with her advice and practice, for the first time in years I do not bleed after brushing, I had all 5 fillings done in one sitting (by my own choice) and felt so relaxed throughout the entire procedure, bare in mind I was previously very nervous but felt completely safe in Callums hands. As standard with any private medical care, these procedures do come at a cost but I felt I received a good value for my money, it appears they use the most advanced equipment and they do offer interest free payment plans if you need them. I'd also like to thank the dental nurses and receptionist, every one I have come into contact at the surgery have been brilliant and I no longer fear going to the dentist , thankyou, Callum, Pauline and the team.

Fantastic experience: I can’t quite put into words how fabulous the service and the team is here. I came from another practice where I felt like I was treated as just a number on a piece of paper even though I had used them for 20 years. The service at Esthetique is more than amazing. Incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. A particularly huge thank you to Callum for helping me with my severe fear of the dentist and for doing the work on my teeth this year to such a high standard. Many years of treatment without any local anaesthetic being offered at my previous practice left me with a pretty horrendous phobia, so much so that I would dread it for 6 months before my annual check up. Callum is gradually helping me overcome my fears which I didn’t think would ever be possible. On top of that, his attention to detail is second to none. He noticed things with my teeth that no one had mentioned at my previous practice, and things that could have caused me some problems later down the line which have now been taken care of. Pauline has also done an incredible job with my hygiene appointments. Having never had or even been offered a hygiene appointment before… it was no shock what a state my gums and teeth were in but Pauline has completely transformed my very poorly gums over this past year. She’s always so kind, patient and willing to teach you how to look after your dental hygiene properly at home. The nurses and reception team have all been MORE than delightful at all of my visits too! A warm welcoming smile from a receptionist or a nurse when you are a severe dental phobe can make a big difference when you come in the door. I honestly can’t say thank you all enough for welcoming me into your practice this last 12 months. I can look forward to the future knowing my teeth are going to be getting the best care.

Fantastic experience: After many years and struggles finding a dentist right for me, who was able to find a solution to my forever breaking dentures (both NHS & private), I came to Esthetique Dental and met Ed. He has been absolutely incredible, not settling for anything less than perfect. The standard of care is incomparable and unmet by anywhere else. Everyone in the practice has been so friendly and welcoming, I actually enjoy my visits and feel like I’ve come away gaining something, which I’ve never been able to do anywhere else. Claire has been fantastic at helping me keep the rest of my mouth healthy, giving my teeth that extra sparkle, as well as Ed ensuring I’m able to chew and eat with my functioning dentures, which is something I’ve not been able to do for years. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough, they really do go above and beyond, with both services and making people feel as if they are seen and heard as individuals, not just as another patient.

Fantastic experience: We moved to Shropshire just over 8 years ago and struggled to find a dentist. Eventually we found Esthetique Dental. We are so happy we did. They are based in a peaceful courtyard setting with ample parking and this certainly helps to relax and calm you before the visit. The reception area is spacious and beautifully decorated. The treatment rooms are bright and modern. I have been terrified of dentists all my life (75 years) but the patience and expertise here has completely changed that. I have complete confidence in the dentists and actually look forward to my visits. From reception to hygienists to dentists, everyone is so friendly and reassuring. They genuinely care about their patients. We are so happy we chose them and have no hesitation in recommending them.

All the staff I have come in contact with have been warm, friendly & caring and none more so than Callum who has been my dentist throughout. Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this practice enough! Easy registration and online pre appointment forms, followed by availability within days. Really appreciated the friendly, relaxed atmosphere alongside the honest, informative and professional advice given by Dentist E. Newton. Work was done there and then rather than being sent away to book another appointment in the future. I do not have any fears of dentists but I have advised friends who have to try Esthetique Dental, seem to make everything calm and controlled.

Located in a beautiful rural setting, the bright, spotlessly clean clinic is supported by friendly, efficient staff who are always warm and welcoming. We are both grateful to Ed for his professional expertise and to Pauline for helping us maintain her exceptional standards of dental hygiene. The wonderful staff on the reception desk effortlessly enhance the ambiance of this charming clinic.

Negative experience: Receptionist was rude and dismissive - only pleasant if she thinks she will get you signed up to their dental programme but if you end up poorly or in a bad circumstance and can't make an appointment for whatever reason she will treat you like a naughty school child. Even if you have been in a car incident and left shaken as I was, she will make you feel embarrassed that you couldn't make the appointment time. I will find a more sympathetic dental practice who actually cares about their customers. For the amount of money they charge I would have hoped to have felt looked after and cared about as a customer. Would absolutely not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Esthetique Dental for an initial appointment to gain a second opinion on my oral health. My experience was so positive that I ended up changing dentists to now being a patient with them. Like many, I’m very anxious of visiting the dentist but as soon as I arrived I felt at ease and was greeted by the lovely receptionists who were incredibly helpful! I have seen both Callum and Claire this week for a general checkup, treatment and to have my teeth hygienically cleaned. They both went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and talked me through every step of what they were doing. During my visits they made sure I was ok throughout treatments and discussed my oral health in great depth with me! The dental nurses supporting were also very considerate and I left feeling like my fear of the dentist may have banished! Thank you to to the team for making it a not so nerve racking experience! Fantastic experience: I would never choose to go anywhere else and that still stands true following a house move of 80miles away over a year ago. I first attended the practice following repeated negative experiences elsewhere. Meeting Hannah, Claire and the dental nurses, I immediately felt reassured I was in good hands! Additionally I received education of where I had been going wrong for so long and how to maintain good dental hygiene - this had been seriously lacking previous to attending Esthetique Dental. Most recently I have been attending on an even more regular basis for the purpose of dental correction via the wearing of a fixed wired brace. As expected, they looked after me brilliantly. I was very nervous about having a bad experience again but Dafydd and Vicky instantly made me feel at ease. I actually looked forward to my visits. I’m not sure many people say that about their dentist!! My hygienist appointments have always been fab too. Over the last couple of years I’ve had various work done and it’s always been pain-free and as smooth as possible. I’ve also had Invisalign through Dafydd and the experience was flawless. I can’t imagine it was easy working through the pandemic but Dafydd, Vicky and the various other team members that I encountered during my visits were always friendly and smiling. I definitely recommend the practice.

Negative experience: I've been a patient at Esthetique Dental for several years now. Experience at the beginning was positive but has unfortunately gone downhill. My last 3 appointments have been late, one by 35mins. I had to cancel an appointment a day and a half in advance due to illness and received an unpleasant letter warning me that if I cancelled without the full 48hrs notice again I would be charged £25 per 15mins of appointment time. I understand that missed appointments can be an issue for businesses but surely they don't want a patient spreading illness in the practice? One dentist in particular has been extremely pushy regarding their cosmetic services on multiple appointments, to the point I had to bluntly state I wasn't ever going to be interested and to please stop. Prices are high, service quality is not

Fantastic experience: I first visited Esthetique Dental in January for regular check up and hygiene appointments. The whole experience from telephone contact with reception, greeting on arrival at the surgery and the care of the dental professionals has been first class. I subsequently required root canal and crown surgery and had the pleasure of being treated by the dental surgeon Rob Woodward. I had not received this type of treatment previously and Rob immediately put me at ease and throughout the treatment explained the process in a very thorough and understandable way. Rob has great empathy and is very calm and reassuring. I would like to thank Rob and all the team at Esthetique Dental and highly recommend this practice.
