The staff Ben was always nice and kind to me. He arranged an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Mille was very patient and professional. She listened to my demand and made a perfect treatment plan. Now I have my new half toothfitted. It is amazing. Ben is also helpful. He always answers the email and message very quickly and try his best to help people. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: Dr Millie has been my dentist for several years. She has always provided professional personal care. Having the expertise & willing to take the time to do root canal treatment & a bridge to save a tooth I would otherwise have lost. Recently a partial denture needed a repair, which she arranged, as she had the original denture nearly 10 years ago, which fitted well & gives me confidence.

Fantastic experience: The level of care and attention to my patient experience right from Ben at reception to all of the specialists and nurses who work with Dr Millie has been outstanding. When I started experiencing pain from a cracked tooth they booked me in that same day after hours and I had a very thorough assessment with Dr Millie with all the latest tech and equipment. Dr Millie is not only extremely experienced especially in endodontics, she is also so warm and caring. I knew I was in the right place as soon as I met her. She helped me come to the best decision for me. In the end I needed an extraction performed by Dr Besi who works closely with Dr Millie and her team. Dr Besi is a specialist in her field of oral surgery. I was quite nervous after having a bad experience with an extraction in the past, Dr Besi put me at ease right away and gave a thorough discussion prior to my treatment and talked me through all the risks and benefits involved and made me feel as relaxed as possible through the experience - she kept checking in with me and i knew i could stop her at any time I needed by raising my hand. I felt in very safe hands with her expertise in oral surgery. Both Dr Millie and Dr Besi gave me as much time as I needed so it didn’t feel rushed and I was sent off with a goodie bag full of dental bits and pieces, instructions, toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash, which was a very nice touch which I didn’t expect. They gave a follow up call the next day to check in with how I was doing - sore and a bit swollen, but so relieved! They really go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable through the whole process even if having your tooth out isn’t the most pleasant experience of your life! I feel very lucky to have found this team of people who really care about their patients. If you want a dentist who really treats you as they would wish to be treated, you know you have found a true gem of a practice. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone, I will never put off seeing a dentist again!

Fantastic experience: Great professional service! I had an infected tooth in the middle of a Saturday night which was extremely painful so after finding Bespoke online I messaged via the website. Woke up on Sunday with a response first thing from Ben and an appointment within 2 hours to get it sorted.

Fantastic experience: Bespoke dental Fulham saw me at such short notice as I was in excruciating pain. I was seen by Dr Millie who was very caring and understanding. She immediately listened to my request and managed to get me fitted in for an extraction the very next day at such short notice. DR besi who conducted the procedure was gentle and very informative. She knew I was nervous and handle me with care. The receptionist Ben is always welcoming and it was his understanding over the phone that drew me to book into the dentist. Would 100% recommend the practice.

I was looking for years and after visiting plenty of time wasters to find some dental practice to straighten my teeths but I was told that not easy or to late or even it cannot be done even we are fully booked even though wasn't that bad. At Bespoke Dental I had Invisalign treatment that Dr Millie strongly believed in me that is possible to do a significant life change with her knowledge and customer service not to mention the incredible character and willingness not to mention the experience and knowledge she did put her best of helping me in a life-changing achievement. Apologies if the size but these things need to be pointed, they do know about customer service and care. They were very supportive from the beginning to the end of the treatment all if them are great personalities and Doctors I need to mention Benjamin as well that he always was there to do some arrangements if needed. And lastly I believe they have everything that a high standard Dental practice would need maybe even much better, well presented and clean astonishing environment with great personalities. Again there nothing impossible with Dr Millie and her team/family are the best in London in my opinion and experience highly recommended!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had an incredible experience at Bespoke Dental Fulham with Doctor Millie (and of course Benjamin). I had a reasonable sized gap between my front teeth and wanted this closed. I had been told throughout my teenage years and early adult life that this would be pointless to attempt (by other dentists). Dr Millie took on my case anyhow with a confidence I hadn’t had from other dentists and I’m beyond happy with the results! They are better than I could have hoped for. I now have perfectly straight teeth and no gap. On top of this, the whole atmosphere around the practice is lovely and so welcoming. Well worth the cost I paid.

Fantastic experience: It is difficult to fully express how incredibly grateful and appreciative I am feeling this evening to Dr Millie, Ben and the whole team at Bespoke Dental Fulham. Two days ago I was suffering from excruciating dental pain that I was told required expert root canal treatment, but that their endodontist was not available for weeks. From the moment I picked up the phone and talked to Ben the next morning, he was calm, attentive, patient, professional and reassuring that BDF would be able to help. The very best customer service from someone who really wanted to help, was just what I needed in a moment of absolute desperation. (As an aside, I would say that I really appreciated that he didnt try to sugar coat anything, he was just honest and clear about what was involved and the likely cost). Within the hour they had arranged for me to see Millie at 8pm that evening. Millie then stayed with me and worked on me for the next 4.5 hours- until 0030 - (yes, really - half past midnight)! At every moment she was caring, thoughtful, professional and highly skilled, always remaining calm and reassuring and positive, even though the procedures were clearly very challenging. She was always careful to explain my options, give all the information I needed to make decisions about the treatment, without trying to influence me in one direction or the other. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone as an amazing expert and truly wonderful specialist. Sadly, despite all Millie's efforts and work, my tooth was too far gone to save and I needed an extraction. No worries though, because by 1000 the next day (this morning) Ben had amazingly arranged to bring in the fabulous Dr George, who demonstrated exactly the same level of professionalism, skill and care that I had already experienced from the BDF team. Again, the extraction was complex (apparently I have teeth that just dont want to let go!) and took over 2 hours, but at every step of the way George was reassuring and patient and positive and clearly very skilled. And along the way, Millie was still popping in between her patients, looking out for me, checking how things were going to see if I was alright. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at BDF. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, you are amazing and a real testament to what people who genuinely care and are dedicated to being the best in their profession can achieve for their patients. Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND QUALITY CARE FROM START TO FINISH: my first dental visit since covid filled me with trepidation but I need not have worried; from walking in the door to leaving, it could not have been nicer, especially the professionalism of Dr Millie and Renata and the care of Ben on reception; it was also good value for money with the cost very reasonable for the care I received so a well deserved 5 stars.

They really care about the patient and Dr Millie is wonderful and passionate about what she does, and she does it with a lot of property and quality. I walked away with so much knowledge on Invisaligner's and how they would benefit me. The state of art equipment used during consultation which is so impressive and efficient, gives you an amazing clear 3D forecast of how your teeth can be transformed using this system. Both Dr Millie and Ben were really lovely, welcoming and full of useful knowledge which has helped me to decide the best treatment plan for me. Fantastic experience: I was pleased to track down Dr Millie after she left her previous practice. She has provided some excellent dental work for me including a recent root canal and crown as well as an extraction ready for Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: I saw George Xirogiannis (specialist periodontist) at Bespoke Dental for a 1 hour assessment of a gum lesion that has been troubling me for around a year, with little to no luck visiting my NHS dentists on 4 occasions. It was honestly the best value for money I feel like I have ever had in any healthcare setting. He spent the whole session meticulously trying to get to the bottom of the issue, being genuinely empathetic and listening to my experience + thoughts on the issue, and then actually explained his thinking, likely causes, and the outlooks of potential treatment options. Bespoke then managed a referral for treatment which has so far been great, avoiding sitting on NHS waiting lists indefinitely. All in all, a really positive experience, I would not think twice about going back, particularly for a situation like this where I felt I needed to be taken seriously by an expert.
