Hygienist (Paula) takes care to ensure my oral hygiene is of a high standard and not only gives a thorough clean she gives good advice.

Fantastic experience: After our 3rd visit to lawnswood dental practice I can say that each visit has been a pleasure. The staff are without exception welcoming and friendly as you wait in the comfortable waiting area. All treatments were fully explained before any work was carried out and everything was done professionally and efficiently with prices made clear beforehand. For anyone with mobility issues, there's an accessible parking, level entry, a downstairs surgery and w.c. Highly recommend this practice and a special thank you to our dentis James Ball for his excellent care

Fantastic experience: Staff on reception very welcoming, comfortable sofas to enjoy while you wait, also up to date magazines appealing to many tastes - never get the chance to read them much, as usually called in by Martin Turner, my dentist, so promptly . Martin always has a chat before he starts the examination or treatment, explains everything he is going to do and continues to check you’re ok as the examination/ treatment progresses. I can honestly say l have never felt worried or nervous going to this dental practice . Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment and the knowledge and skills of Martin Turner dealt with my recent problems. We see our hygienist Leanne Donaldson and everything is kept in check. The receptionists are polite and helpful. We have been with this practice over fifty years when Howard Samuels was our dentist. Lawnswood is 17 miles from home but we stayed because of the excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Always a lovely welcome from the reception staff who are also very helpful. The dentist and hygienist were both lovely and considerate and make you feel at ease nothing is too much trouble. The dental nurse was so nice even when I spat the mouth wash out and it went over the side of the sink !

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Lawnswood dentist for over 25 years and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Yesterday I wasn't feeling too well and the receptionists, dentist and hygenist were all very reassuring and sympathetic, and helped me to successfully get through the appointments! Since having three monthly hygenist appointments, my teeth and gums feel much healthier. My children are now adults and still come back to Lawnswood when they come home!

Fantastic experience: When you visit a Dentist you want to be confident and relaxed as much as possible and above all you need to trust your Dentist. Martin Turner and his wonderful team are customer care personified, Martin’s skill and ability to put you at your ease and knowing how professional and qualified he is as a Dentist gives you both the confidence and all the trust you need. No one loves to visit a Dentist. However when you visit Lawnswood Dental Care you will receive a dedicated professional service and a treatment plan specifically designed to keep you and your teeth healthy and in good condition. I can highly recommend this service and would give it 5 stars and more if I could.

On this occasion, Leanne's assistant was one of the best I have had. The positioning of the suction instrument was perfect. I didn't feel as if I were choking or unable to move my tongue about. She was very polite, professional too. I gave her feedback. Both made my visit a very pleasant one. The young lady is an asset to the team at Lawnswood.

Fantastic experience: Nice, calm waiting room. Martin my dentist is very easy to talk to and listens to what you require and does his best to provide what is best for you. Any problems and they make sure they fit you in to discuss the problem. The receptionists are all friendly & efficient. All in all an excellent choice of dentist. I've been going for over 20 years so that says it all.

Fantastic experience: Professional and friendly from the reception to dentists. Clean and comfortable waiting area but try not to need the loo it's a slide door and doesn't feel very private unless they've changed it.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a new dentist due to a change in personal circumstances meaning we required somewhere with wheelchair access and someone who could cater to our niche needs. We were recommended Martin Turner at Lawnswood Dental Care by family. The entire team were fantastic on our visit, between Helen, Dr Turner and the dental nurse (who I missed the name of, apologies!) we were asked what they could do to make things easier for us and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Fantastic experience: I thought I was going to be late and called to let them know. It was fine. I arrived a little early as it happens so all was well. I've been going to this practice for many years but this was my first time with this particular dentist. The process was excellent. Checking bite alignment, jaw joints, lumps a bumps under my jaw and X-rays. Then tooth inspection, cleaning and oral hygiene advice. All good, thanks!

Negative experience: I was a patient of Martin Turner for many years. I had severe gum disease and he neither discussed this with me or referred me to a periodontist resulting in losing my front tooth and an upper back tooth because I did not have the correct treatment for severe gum disease. Heartbreaking!!
