Fantastic experience: Hello, I was referred by my Dentist for an emergency implant procedure. I just felt it necessary to reach out and thank Nigel and the whole team for their treatment of me. After experiencing a really bad fall and the impacts of this to my teeth and face I cannot explain to you how much the kindness, compassion and care I received meant. Thank you so much for the urgency in Nigel getting me into the surgery so quickly, explaining the procedure, putting me at ease and for delivering a result I was unsure would be achievable given the starting point. Georgia and the Dental nurses were amazing and again I appreciate how much care was taken, whilst lifting my mood with their humour. Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Bramcote Dental Practice after having a recent dental implant (including bone graft and sinus lift) under the care of Dr Nigel Saynor. I first visited the practice for a second opinion after being told by another dentist that I wasn’t suitable for a dental implant. I had been advised to undertake extensive bridge/crown work which would also damage neighbouring healthy teeth. I am so glad I got a second opinion as I now have the implant in place and the procedure was extremely successful. The whole process was really straightforward with very little discomfort. Dr Saynor is an expert in his field and I felt in very safe hands. The whole team at Bramcote are all really supportive and understanding that I was a nervous patient. I can’t thank them enough for the care that I received and the fact that I have a full smile again thanks to their expertise! I would not hesitate to recommend Bramcote Dental Practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Nigel Saynor for the first time in March at Bramcote Dental Practice for an implant and bone graft. I chose Nigel having listened to my husband's glowing reports about the implant Nigel did for him, and especially having read the excellent reviews here. I had already had one implant elsewhere, and although I couldn't fault the implantologist's work and professionalism, the time it took from tooth extraction to the final visit was excessive ( nine visits over a 10-month period, including a visit to CT Dent in Altrincham for a CT scan ) and this didn't include a bone graft or a temporary crown (it was a back tooth so I wasn't bothered about the temporary gap). I was therefore overwhelmed when Nigel and his team practically performed the whole implant procedure on my first visit (at my request)! This included a CT scan (saving me a trip to CT Dent) and x-rays, an initial consultation, a tooth extraction, and an implant with significant bone grafting followed by a beautiful temporary crown. All this took just 30 minutes and was practically painless. For the rest of the day I suffered minimal pain with the help of Ibuprofen, and by the next morning, no painkillers were required. I returned to Nigel and his team last week to have my permanent crown fitted over my implant. This was scheduled to be four months after the initial treatment, but I delayed it significantly due to other commitments and also because the temporary crown was perfectly adequate as well as aesthetically pleasing. Having the permanent crown fitted was a breeze and I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you so much! I would, without hesitation, recommend Nigel and his team for their efficiency, expertise, and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Over a decade ago I had bone grafts alongside dental implants with Dr Nigel Saynor and his team and have been delighted with the result. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Bramcote Dental Practice for ten years. When I first became a patient I needed extensive work doing including three implants, bridge work and fillings. Mr Saynor undertook my treatment with great understanding and the most professional of care. It is to his credit that I have had only regular check ups, the odd filling and hygienist cleaning since then. My Saynor's work has stood the test of time which is the best recommendation I can give. I am and always will be, grateful to Mr Saynor for giving me back a confident smile which for many years I had lost. Fantastic experience: This is a practice with some of the latest dental technology enabling the dentist to see exactly what is the problem with the patient’s gums and teeth. It is run by a highly experienced dental practitioner. Nigel who is an inspirational and approachable leader of the practice. He quickly diagnosed the problem of my teeth and solution which has now been successfully implemented. I had paid three other dental practices in South Manchester for a full dental examination before visiting here but none came up with a solution and could only suggest varying degrees of large-scale teeth removal. Fantastic experience: After 25 years of hiding my teeth I decided to do something about it. Fantastic service, treatment and end results.

Fantastic experience: I attended Bramcote recently as an emergency patient as I had been up all night in excruciating pain. I was awake all night, in tears, and was considering going to A&E, my pain was so severe. Thankfully Dr Nigel was able to see me first thing in the morning. He had me completely out of pain within ten minutes. He was incredibly sympathetic and diagnosed a root canal and started treatment immediately. I attended the following day and was further treated for the root canal by Dr Ijaz and Faye. The root canal was a success and they saved a very angry, damaged tooth. I have been completely pain free since. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr Nigel Saynor and all his team at Bramcote. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: What can I say.......I LOVE UM. 50 years ago i knocked my front teeth almost out and at 10yrs old i had to have them capped. Fifty years ago the needles were about an inch thick and i was sure it was going to come out of my nose. it was by far the worst thing of my life, far worst than having a baby, (if thats possible) I want to tell you all this so you have an idea of why i love these people so much. it was my dad who told me about 15 - 20 years ago that if i went to Nigel he would promise me that it would be fine and he would never hurt me. My dad never really made promises, so i was surprised and actually believed him. I have had several dentist over the years, some in this country and some in Bermuda , where i lived for 25 years and they wer all pratts with a totally un sympathetic attitude. I am not saying they werent good dentists, but i totally understood why everyone hates dentists. Now we get to Nigel and his team of lovelies. I can not tell you how wonderful these people are. Technically of course they are brilliant and really know their stuff but emotionally to me they are outstanding. I have just had major surgery on my front two upper teeth. not only did i have to have implants but also bone grafting, it has taken a year in total from start to finish and cost $7500 and i am over the moon. At no point did i look strange or without teeth and now my new teeth are fantastic and i am positive that no one would ever be able to tell. So technically brilliant. BUT thats not the main thing, it is a total pleasure to go and see them all at Bramcote, Nigel is a fantastic person and i am sure that is why he has managed to attract soo many wonderful ladies to work with him. I have never met a nicer bunch of people, they are always happy in a good mood and funny, in what to an awful lot of people is a very stressful and worrying situation. Fantastic experience: Nigel and his team have been looking after my teeth since he first started practicing in the 80's. That says it all really! I am, and have always been, very happy with their professional advice and treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Bramcote by another dentist because of a damaged implant, the srew holding the crown in the implant had fractured and the dentist was unable to recover the broken part of the screw. The original dentist that had fitted the implant were no longer in business. Dr Saynor worked really hard to get the broken part of the screw out of the implant, he managed to source a replacement screw from the US via Germany as the manufacturer no longer provide services to the UK. I now have the implant refitted and the fit feels better than when I had it first done. I am really grateful to Dr Saynor for persevering and getting the broken screw out of the implant, had the screw not come out, I would have either had to have a new implant or wear dentures. It's really difficult to explain how serious this issue was for me and I can't thank the team at Bramcote enough for their professionalism and dedication in resolving this issue for me.

Fantastic experience: Dentures - Fantastic! After having lost 4 "chewing" teeth (I.e. large teeth near the back) over the years, the remaining standalone were left very vulnerable, taking the pressure of all the chewing. So Nigel fitted me up with 3 chrome denture teeth that have transformed my life. Well you do have to eat 3 times a day. Expensive, but what a difference. As always Nigel Saynor does a skilled 10/10 job (unlike Virgin Internet, who are lucky to get 0/10, but that's another story)

Fantastic experience: Having been let down by a series of NHS dentists and in urgent need of a cure to my severe tooth pain, I turned to Nigel and the team at Bramcote. On my initial consultation, A series of diagnostic images were taken of my teeth, and Nigel was quickly able to identify the "root" cause of the issue and arrange specialist care with Carmen. Subsequent appointments with Nigel, Debbie and Carmen have been conducted in a thorough and professional way, with Faye, Georgia and Ruth also looking after me along the way. The practice is absolutely spotless and refreshingly modern, and the procedures to ensure COVID-19 safety are just as flawless - practice manager Sarah is always on hand to answer any questions and the phone is always answered promptly, you even get text message reminders of upcoming appointments. My only regret is not going sooner - I'm no longer in pain and actually look forward to appointments now.

Fantastic experience: 2 molar implants: I met Nigel just over a year ago for my initial consultation. Nigel explained to me in detail the procedure which included a sinus lift. I can't thank Nigel and his team enough for what they have done for me. Nigel ensures all bases are covered before proceeding to the next step. Preparation is everything and he and his team have so much passion in what they do. This has resulted in a first class set of 2 new molars on the upper right hand side of my mouth, which fit precisely. It has been just over a month now and I'm quickly getting used to them; the implants are settling in beautifully and my bottom (natural) molars and gums are building strength again as they are now engaged in the chewing process, and I'm enjoying my food again. It was great to enjoy spaghetti bolognase again, and digestion is so much better now as I'm able to chew my food properly. Nigel cuts no corners. He has cutting edge technology in his practice and incorporates quality materials in the engineering of the implants. Orthodontics: In addition to the above both Nigel and Faye have been really supportive in helping me to achieve the perfect smile. The procedure and results are impressive; however, there is still one stubborn tooth which needs to move a little further in order to reach it's final destination. Faye has been so supportive in organising additional aligners for me to correct this and I'm looking forward to the final results which I'm confident in. Debbie's approach to dental hygiene is amazing and it makes the experience so enjoyable. My teeth feel amazing. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Nigel and his staff - Gaynor, Faye and Debbie have all been outstanding in their treatment of my complex dental problems over the last year. I searched long and hard (in fact paid for more than one assessment and treatment plan) before signing up for a 12 month treatment plan which was recently completed at Bramcote. Mine was a highly complex piece of work but Nigel is simply a professional at the top of his game. He is no flashy salesman but from entering the building you note both the attention to detail and the investment in very modern facilities and a peaceful environment which denote someone totally committed to their patients' experience. I have another smaller procedure to undergo now and would not contemplate going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Nigel and the team highly enough, I have an absolute terror of going to the dentist and they could not have been more reassuring and understanding. I had to have an implant to replace an old failing crown (due to radiotherapy) and Nigel made the whole process easy - talking me through everything step by step - and most importantly completely painless! Fantastic experience: From the initial phone call, all the staff were amazingly helpful. My elderly mother had problems with her implants. Another 'specialist' had quoted a huge figure to have replacement dentures fitted. Nigel magically fixed the problem during the visit and all is well now. We were made to feel at home throughout and will certainly return for future work if/when required. Bottom line: if any implant work is required...go to Bramcote!

Fantastic experience: I became a patient at Bramcote Dental Practice on recommendation of my Husband. I admit I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. Mr Saynor knows this, the fact that he understands my fear has made all the difference to my treatment. I am proud of myself for going and much relieved that I know that all the teeth are good and there are no lurking horrors in the making. It is the confidence that Mr Saynor has given me in having high quality professional treatment and regular check ups over the past 8 years that I am able to go every 6 months with just a little nervousness and I am actually pleased to see my dentist!. I still skip out of the surgery with great relief as Mr Saynor always makes me feel everything is fine and problem free. Thank you for being so kind and attentive to a very 'Scardy Cat' patient!
