Fantastic experience: Since joining Lincoln Smile Centre a few months ago, I have had nothing but exceptional care. The reception ladies, the hygienist Jane and the awesome duo Imogen & Lesley provide such a lovely, caring service. In my 61 years, I have never received care like this at a dentist, and I really appreciate it. I feel so lucky to have found this practice. My teeth look amazing ... Thank you

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Lincoln Smile Centre and Dr. Imogen! Had to get my wisdom tooth out and was dreading it. Dr. Imogen was so professional and kind, from the initial appointment to the actual extraction. The assistant was lovely and all throughout the appointment they explained everything that was happening and I felt very reassured. Dr Imogen numbed my gum before the actual injections so I barely felt them. The extraction took 2 minutes I was amazed! Like a lot of people I am quite scared of dentists and the experience I had was amazing, from start to finish! They definitely gained a client for life

Fantastic experience: The Lincoln Smile Center is a fabulous dental practise. Tom is an excellent dentist, supported by great dental nurses. Everyone, including the receptionists, are extremely friendly and professional. After I saw Tom, I saw Amy, one of the dental hygenists . Amy oozes cheerfulness, and spent a lot of time getting my teeth the best they can be. She gave me lots of tips and helpful suggestions. Thankyou all.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review to express my huge thanks to my most amazing dentist, Tom Smithard, hygienist (Jane Young) and all the staff at Lincoln Smile Centre. Tom has been my dentist for over 14 years. I am quite fanatical about my teeth and over the years Tom and the practice have cared and maintained them to an exceptional standard. However, in May I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer and in July I commenced a strong regime of chemotherapy. Many who navigate their way through this journey experience high anxiety but my anxiety was further exasperated when I noticed the chemo impacting on my gums, mouth and teeth. I had not anticipated this change and despite maintaining excellent oral hygiene, my mouth continued to deteriorate. I was not able to visit the practice and over the last 3 months I have emailed Tom (multiple times) with close up screen shots of my teeth and my various concerns. I cannot thank him enough, as he swiftly responded to each email with compassion, sensitivity, care and support. He offered me reassurances and enabled me to prioritise and focus on the bigger picture (getting better). I feel very lucky to have a dentist and practice that truly care about their patients. I look forward to getting back ‘in the chair’ for renovation work to commence. Thank you. Vic

Fantastic experience: I’m a regular, but had to have a crown fitted today after breaking a tooth. The procedure was calm, painless and professional, and the new tooth feels absolutely normal. Great service! With thanks to Tom and Sophie Glynn PS my daughter in law is definitely coming to see you

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been treated at the Lincoln smile centre for over 4 years. We have always been so impressed by the quality of service, professionalism of staff and how welcome and looked after we are made to feel on every visit. Having seen numerous staff over the course of having invisaline treatment, as well as general check ups and hygienist visits I know that our dental health is in very safe hands!

I've always hated going to the dentist but since joining Smile in 2022, I now have no fear or worry going to the dentist. It is a lovely clean and friendly environment. You are greeted by the friendly reception team as soon as you walk in, with a personal touch. Imogen is an asset to Lincoln Smile and I'm so pleased my whole family are now in her very capable hands. Fantastic experience: Before I found the smile centre I had a awful experience from my previous dentist leaving me very nervous. I came hear and instantly didn’t felt judged and every procedure I needed was discussed in great detail . I can honestly Say Imogen has been amazing with me. Not only has she created the smile I never thought I could possible have , she is more then just a dentist she knows my behaviour and emotions and has really made me feel confident sitting in the chair. Between her a Leslie (who has also allowed me to humm my heart out when nervous & who goes above and beyond to keep me calm) I can honestly say I look forward to what work i have done because the outcome is always more then I could ever expect and the level of care and effort and professionalism they put it really is incredible so thank you !

Negative experience: Several months ago I decided to have my teeth whitened. To cut a long story short, I was charged £560 for a product that is readily available for £50. I would strongly advise you to avoid being stung like me.

Fantastic experience: They got me in for an emergency appointment just an hour after calling. I’m petrified of the dentist and Lisa was amazing. Calmed me down before a wisdom tooth extraction, she made me feel at ease and would really like to register with them now. Receptionist was brilliant too.

Fantastic experience: I have had problems with my teeth for a while, due to hereditary conditions. I couldn't find a dentist that I felt comfortable with until I went to see Imogen and Lesley at Lincoln smile centre. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I can now smile with confidence again , which means everything to me.

Negative experience: I paid £300 for teeth whitening here the mould didn’t fit properly and instantly burnt my gums white. The people are nice which is why I gave the 2 stars but the whitener was a waste of money as I couldn’t use it.

Fantastic experience: I'm a dental phobic anxious patient and from the very first appointment I was treated with understanding and empathy. Thanks to Thomas Smithard I managed a major dental operation without sedation and coped with the transition to dentures. Despite my anxiety, tears and shaking with nerves Thomas showed compassion and understanding at all times never rushing me until I totally trusted him and since I've had bad experiences of dentists most of my life this means alot.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Smile Centre for years, since before Neil was there and before it was the Smile Centre. Neil is one of the best dentists I've had. He's technically very good and also seems to have a real knack for what will work. My husband also started going to the Smile Centre and stayed, because its better than other places he tried and he trusts them at the injection stage! They're always nice and didn't bat an eyelid when I turned up once with a crown I temporarily fixed on with superglue.

Fantastic experience: As a long standing patient at the Lincoln Smile Centre I have always been impressed with the level of professionalism and care provided, as well as the first class facilities and working environment in place. Over the past six months I have been visiting the centre frequently whilst undergoing an invisalign treatment. The team at LSC were brilliant throughout this time in particular my dental surgeon Tom Smithard who provided me with an excellent level of service and information regarding my treatment, this has led to a hugely successful treatment and a result that I am extremely pleased with . I was always able to book appointment times to suit me, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me as I no longer live in Lincoln. I cannot recommend the Lincoln Smile Centre highly enough and commend the team on their efforts and achievements as a dental practice.
