Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and had chipped my front tooth, I saw Francisca who is extremely good at putting you at ease, she is very patient and gentle in her approach. I actually went for treatment which surprised me as I have not visited a dentist for 20 years due to childhood experience, I am now quietly confident that I can return to have work done that needs doing, I attribute this to my confidence in Francisca, she has done an awful lot to enable me to this.

Fantastic experience: It was an emergency repair and despite not being my usual practice they fitted me in quickly and I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by Mr Bellis.

Fantastic experience: Yet again Brooklyn House Dental Practice have gone above and beyond with their care. I rang Tuesday for an emergency appointment. My own Dentist was on holiday but I was given an appointment for Wednesday with Mr Bellis. Seen on time, excellent consultation and treatment plan including antibiotics. Mr Bellis and his nurse were kind, professional and thorough. The receptionists are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Dental Practice. A huge thank you to all the team

Fantastic experience: I am new to Brooklyn House and was treated by Dr Bellis this morning. I have nothing but nice things to say. Came across as very kind, patient and professional which was much appreciated as someone who is anxious about the dentist. Probably the best experience I've had. The practice itself is very well kept and inviting.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined the practice and was seen by Francisca for my treatments. She was absolutely amazing. I was very nervous at the start but she was very understanding and helpful, I was soon put at ease. She clearly talked me through every step of the procedure and was happy to answer any questions I had. After being unsatisfied with my teeth for so long I am now very pleased with the end result, I couldn’t be happier. The nurse that I had was also very happy and friendly and constantly reassured me. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to the area and were fortunate for my husband, myself and two grandsons to be accepted by Brooklyn house. From the initial telephone enquiry to actually attending appointments, I was so impressed how friendly and helpful the receptionists have been. I was told by a previous dentist that 'nothing could be done', to improve how my teeth looked. I was totally aware of how awful they looked and accepted the fact reluctantly. However Mr Sherwin put in place a dental treatment plan, and although I have a few more appointments to go, the difference with my teeth has been truly amazing. I cannot believe the difference, I can now smile! Thank you to all. Barbara Toms

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of going to the dentist but this place goes above and beyond to put you at ease. The surgery is spotlessly clean and fresh. The receptionists are really helpful and friendly and my dentist Paul Bellis has been fantastic. After recently having a wisdom tooth extracted I cannot fault the aftercare I have received from the entire surgery. Whenever I have called with any issues they have managed to either see me the same day or squeeze me in early the next morning. I can’t recommend this dentist surgery enough!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient at the practice I have been extremely pleased with my decision. Mr Sherwin identified a number of issues with my teeth which had been unreported at my latest check up elsewhere. I was able to get all the remedial work done quickly. It was great to have everything explained so clearly, an approach I had found difficult to find elsewhere. Likewise, during the procedures I was kept updated on what was being done at each step. Mr Sherwin's approach inspired a great deal of confidence and reassurance. Overall, a really good experience and many thanks to the team at Brooklyn House.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice ever since I have had teeth! I have always been extremely satisfied with my care and travel some distance to stay with them. Sadly, my 7 yo needed a filling. I think I was more nervous than him! Charles was absolutely amazing with him. He coached him extremely well with his calm and gentle manner. My son came away happy and unphased and said ... "that was actually OK"! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Brooklyn House, is a wonderful dentist. So helpful, reassuring & always make me feel so at ease, when visiting. Donna on reception is always smiling & a great asset to the team, along with Leah, who is the best hygienist I have ever had. Francesca my dentist is also absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: The team here are excellent The girls on reception ,Donna and Chloe are very welcoming and friendly, which is very refreshing My dentist, Francisca is exceptional and very professional with a delicate hand .Supported by Charlotte her nurse, they are always cheerful upbeat calming and reassuring. Fantastic experience: I spent an hour ringing local dentists for an emergency appointment and brooklyn were the only surgery that could be bothered to help a man in pain. I'm no longer suffering tooth ache.

Fantastic experience: Awesome receptionists, dental nurses and dentist. Always terrified when I go to a new surgery but I really shouldn’t have been. I am new to the area and exceptionally happy with my choice. Filling replaced with a white one and smiles all round. Gum shield fitting next week and hygienist booked for early January. The rest of the family will be visiting for their check ups soon (they look after their teeth so no work necessary). 5 ⭐️ service all round.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with Brooklyn Dental Practice. Francisca is a great dentist. A dentist who is excellent professionally and she also knows exactly how to put her patient at ease. The high standards of care also applies to her dental nurses again very professional and caring. The receptionists go the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. My only regret is that I didn’t transfer to this practice sooner. Huge thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist I have been too. I went for a checkup at sherborne dental centre and was my worst experience I have had to date. Came here, was very nervous at first but the staff are so friendly and professional. Def recommend! Signed up for a demplan, this will now be my main dentist I go too.

Fantastic experience: Gold Crown came off with Christmas Toffee at 14.00. Replaced by Dentist Paul at 15.45. Receptionists and Dentist all deserve a New Year 5 Star rating! Excellent Service

Fantastic experience: I think this practice is excellent, caring, polite and gentle, and has done a wonderful job at making my phobia of dentists disappear completely.

Negative experience: Mr Bellis is a very nice kind man. He is gentle and quiet. It is unfortunate that he left my husbands capped tooth in such a state. We gave him 4 years in which to rectify the problem but Mr Bellis kept denying there was one. On all visits in which he was asked or told the tooth was badly fitted he denied it was not straight and was not hanging 6mm below my husbands real teeth. Eventually we left the practice and went to another dentist. Our new dentist stated that she could shorten the cap to make it the same size as all the others but that would not stop it from being twisted so it all had to be removed and a new cap fitted. i am annoyed and disappointed that this could not be rectified by Brooklyn House Dental Practice.

Negative experience: My mother had dentures made by Mr Bellis. He couldn't get them right. We had to keep going back because impressions were wrong or broken and for adjustments to her dentures. The dentures never fitted and made her look 'goofy'. My mother, in her 80s, has had many dentures since she fell off her bike when she was a teenager, and knows how a denture should fit. In the end she gave up in exasperation and went to another dentist. That dentist was £400 cheaper and she is very happy with those dentures. I am furious at the waste of time, comfort and over £1200 at Brooklyn House. The staff, otherwise, were all very lovely. But don't have dentures from Paul Bellis!!!

Positive experience: Always had great service at this practice historically. Staff polite, friendly and professional.
