Fantastic experience: I have had dentures for a long time on the nhs and none of them looked like my own teeth what I had. I used to be a confident smiley person and I lost all my confidence because of the dentures I had. I came to Dental & Co for help to get my smile back again. I had my first appointment with Florence and we sat down and had a really good chat about what I wanted, Florence was amazing she listened and understood exactly what I wanted, she was so patient and caring about getting them right for me. I now have my dentures what Florence has made for me and I actually cried when I looked in the mirror, she has got my smile back which I never thought I would ever see again. Florence is an amazing lady and an even better dentist. I really can’t stop smiling she has made me a very happy smiley woman again.

Fantastic experience: Having had very few positive experiences with dentists in the past, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional care I received at this practice. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and highly efficient. They were incredibly accommodating and made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Dr Florence and her assistant, Amelia, were outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and reassuring manner made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. They took the time to explain each step of the process, leaving me feeling confident and well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others. Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had treatment on both my top and bottom teeth at VJ Taylor and Co in Heywood, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. VJ , the dentist, was absolutely brilliant throughout. He explained everything clearly, took great care during the treatment, and made me feel completely at ease. He’s also got a great sense of humour, which really helps take the edge off being in the chair. The whole team deserves credit as well—from the dental assistant to the reception staff, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. You feel genuinely looked after from the moment you walk in. I was so impressed with the level of care that I’ve signed up to their monthly plan without hesitation. This is now my number one go-to dental practice, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a dentist for some years.. I’m coming to terms I will never get a NHS dentist again. I booked in a check up with this business. And they took their time explained the problems to me properly and costs and spent some time with me. Very happy with how I was treated, as some dentals practice just want a quick in and out and do not care. Vijay is a very nice person. And the receptionist is very nice and kind. I am booked in for further work and I am definitely feeling like I will stick with these for the future. It’s a thumbs up from me

Fantastic experience: Florence is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, patient and never judgmental, which means so much to me as someone who struggles with mental health issues. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and the quality of her work is excellent. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist – she truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Fantastic experience: There are people who fear the dentist… and then there’s me. I was absolutely terrified and needed multiple appointments to fix significant dental issues. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine how I was going to get through it all—until I met Florence. From the very beginning, Florence truly understood my fear. She instinctively knew when to explain things and when it was better to just quietly reassure me and get the job done. During my first visits, I was so anxious I would forget to breathe and shake uncontrollably. But by my final appointment, I felt calm, safe, and even relaxed. Florence and her team are nothing short of amazing. Their compassion, patience, and professionalism completely transformed my experience. I am incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me. You’re all absolute angels—thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth taken out today. I was terrified. The dentist was amazing. No pain at all.. He was so attentive all the time. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. What a lovely man and the staff. I will definitely go there from now on.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. I had 9 teeth removed 04 September by Vijay for dentures and he and his assistant were amazing, very caring and the procedure was painless.Would recommend 100% !!

Negative experience: Do nothing but make your your oral health worse gave me a botched filling when I needed a crown good at cutting corners and that's it poor excuse for a dentist, probably because I'm on nhs they don't care the slightest one of the staff commented on my bicycle saddle saying 'is the hole in the middle for something to go though it and up your bum' thinking he was funny

Fantastic experience: I went to tailors to have extractions to facilitate a new denture. I was nervous and I admit embarrassed that my teeth were in a terrible state. Mr Patel was absolutely fantastic (as were the nurses and receptionists). I was treated with respect and compassion. The most painless dental work I have ever had. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service as always! Receptionist is amazing! As soon as you walk in greeted by a warm and friendly reception, Vijay is unreal! He knows how scared I am and constantly puts me at ease every time! So helpful and understanding and has the patience of a saint dealing with me!

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend I bring in someone with mental health problems and they removed all his teeth now because he had a brake down because of the teeth being 100% not right not fitted perfect tried to cover the gap with a wonkey tooth witch may I add didn't solve the problem for him to come back to them for them not to sort the problem that they made but yet tried to blame the the patient due to his mental health he broke down witch lead to him getting agitated because they wouldn't help him feel confident after removing all of his teeth now asked them to fix his old dentist for them to now not fit them because of his actions even tho he appogised before he left if you have mental health or anger issues this isn't the dentist for you as they don't understand your needs now being left for 3 weeks without teeth knocking his confidence can't go out to family meal can't eat most meals will be taking this further discrimination because of a mental health issue that he has had for most of his life if he was a normal 30 odd year old he wouldn't need someone to come with him reception staff lovely but that's about it

Negative experience: Absolutely rubbish 3.30pm appointment went in at 17.05 stood outside in freezing weather couldn’t be bothered even ringing me

Fantastic experience: Best surgery I have been to. I am usually nervous going to the dentist but everyone at the surgery are so friendly and the dentist talked me through any treatment so I felt more at ease.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough and reliable service. Vijay makes you feel at ease in the chair. Great with the kids too, makes them feel really comfortable, where many are apprehensive about going to the dentist. Would recommend .

The receptionist recommend that I may be better benefiting from Denplan and thanks to her I've saved a lot of money. Thanks Tailor & Co

Negative experience: Awful , never on time - 30 mins late minimum - cancelled appointments on the day - Terrible customer service and all while you continue to pay denplan
