Fantastic experience: Went to this surgery today full of fear but infact was put at ease the staff was amazing and as for the dentist himself first class

Negative experience: Whent in for 2 small fillings, and now all fell out tooth broken And now she won't talk me on to rectify. And now I am a lot worse off than bifor I went it. All she wants to do is clean my teeth So left me with lots of pain

Fantastic experience: The staff here were very pleasant and patient. The dentist took his time to explain every step of my treatment and listened to my fears and concerns very seriously. He discussed the treatment plan with me and I left with more knowledge on how to manage my dental challenges.

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling, I attended the appointment with my children, and the dentist told me to make an appointment for a follow up in 3 months, which I had done after leaving, my appointment was changed by the receptionist twice after the initial date, today I arrived at the dentist, she told me that I miss the 3 month mark, in which I explained that I did book the appointment but the reception had called me to change the appointment, and again they changed it approaching the next date. She refused to listen and was adamant that I didn't book, and her assistant and her both gave me such a look that really belittled me. After she had seen me I went to reception to inform her of what had just taken place and she went in to explain to the dentist, and with no intention of apology fron the dentist, the reception told me I can go in but she doesn't even think she would say anything in response. They made me feel soo belittled and didn't even take into consideration that it could possibly be a computer problem. This experience really put me off this clinic, and I won't be going back there to someone that's stuck up in their own opinion. Looking for a new dentist now, wish me luck

Fantastic experience: This dental surgery is amazing. Problem with filling and a holiday imminent I called first thing and the lovely receptionist had a cancellation. I have heart failure but the dentist is always so kind and considerate of this. Treatment expertly done and I am so grateful to all the team at the Humber Avenue Dental Surgery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Negative experience: Very rude, was told the dentist didn’t want to see me again because I missed a few appointments even though they are aware my mum has dementia and my dad has cancer and I look after them both so I have valid reasons for not attending some appointments. Very rude and have no understanding.

Fantastic experience: Been this dentist over 5 years now and honestly the best dentist around does a great job wouldn’t go anywhere else . Friendly reception staff and professional and super dentist

Negative experience: BAD DENTIST!! Where to begin... Filled 2 teeth badly! ended up with infection then tooth removal which caused more infection.. Humber Dental then charged me for treatment of infection following removal! Dentist then told me to have further multiple fillings, I asked to see the female dentist as I was not comfortable with more fillings but was told to find another dentist elsewhere ... after finding a second opinion told staining not decay and need a dental clean! Disappointing! P.s Receptionist be more welcoming and smile..

Negative experience: Honestly, didn’t feel so embarrassed since childhood. I don’t even know where to start. I was looking for quick appointment as my tooth broke and was really happy I find that place. I always go to one dentist as I am terrified of them and I couldn’t go there so I looked somewhere else desperately… they basically forced me to register my kids, then they will see me. Fine. He said my boys need some feeling on one appointment… I went back next day with myself. He checked with X-ray, said most of my teeth has holes which are not visible from outside.. said he will try to do feeling, can promise anything and not sure if he can save all of them. no one of tooth hole was even touching the root… honestly, look like a lot of job but kinda easy… my dentist say - if someone says they have to pull out your tooth, get up and walk out that place and never come back. That’s what I did should I mentione…. Completely unprofessional because dentist asked how much I weight as his chair has weight limit, said I have that holes because I am snacking on sweets, I said for a year I basically don’t eat sweets anymore. Fighting with myself every day…. And he was keep saying that clearly I still do eat.. I have never experienced this much trauma and shame from anybody in my life. Literally went to car and cried, which never happened to me like that…. I didn’t came to shame me for weight. I came for help. I never came back. Blocked their number as they were keep calling me several times a day. I ain’t gonna explain myslef. No.

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist they have no duty of care

Fantastic experience: I have been going here since I was a child. I stopped visiting the dentist when I was a young adult and then attended again after my first child. The dentist still recognised me and is still just as good, friendly and professional. My whole family go there and we would all highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was desperately looking for a dentist today as I was having toothache and didn’t know what to do- after several tries calling around in desperation- ( my own dentist was fully booked), I got an appointment with this wonderful dentist Dr Arayomi- her receptionist was very nice and the dentist was extremely patient, friendly and went an extra mile to help. The practice is so clean and spotless- well done. I highly recommend this practice

Positive experience: went to dentist for check up found out had to have a tooth out. i was so worried about this. was waiting for him to give me the injection unknown to me he already gave me 3 injection that i didn't feel. after about 10 minutes like a small pinch on my hand the tooth was out no pain at all very good trustworthy dentist would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Havent visited my self but called them about a emergency extraction and they called me strait back the lady was extremely polite and realy helpful and i could tell she realy cared would recommend the place on her alone with out a doubt a credit to them

Fantastic experience: I found the place very clean compared to other dentist in the area. The dentist was very professional and took his time to explain and look after the teeth of my kids and my self. This is the best clinic( cleanliness & professionalism) i have been to compared to other dental Surgeries.

Negative experience: Omg please don't go here they are so rude they were very rough with me and my kids mouths they don't have a clue they said I needed a tooth pulled but when I got second opinion I just needed a filling So please if you wanna keep your teeth please do not go highly unprofessional

Negative experience: Female dentist was very rough with examining me on a emergency apt. She was very inpatient with my pain and even blamed me for her X-ray going wrong. Sent me outside then her assistant called me in and she had her head in her hands and blamed me for moving during the X-ray. No compassion or even respect. Won’t visit again
