Our comment from Best Dentists about Ashbourne Dental Practice:

A welcoming environment for nervous and new patients

Ashbourne Dental Practice has built a strong reputation for creating a relaxed and non-judgmental atmosphere, a quality that is particularly appreciated by patients who experience dental anxiety. Many visitors highlight how the staff goes out of its way to alleviate fears, with several reviews noting that even lifelong nervous patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. The practice is frequently recommended for those seeking a gentle approach, with reviewers praising the compassionate and friendly demeanor of the reception team and dentists alike. Whether you are a long-standing regular or a new patient seeking care in the area, the focus on making every visit comfortable and stress-free is a central theme in the feedback received.

Expert care with a focus on comfort and minimal pain

Patients consistently commend the clinical skill and sensitivity of the dental team, particularly regarding treatments that might typically cause discomfort. Specialists like Dr. Tanzeel Ahmad have been praised for their expertise in complex procedures, such as implant removals, which patients reported were done with little to no pain. Similarly, the endodontic and restorative work performed by dentists like Ellen and Jake receives high marks for being thorough yet gentle. The feedback suggests a strong correlation between the skill of the practitioners and the patient's comfort, with many noting that they were pleasantly surprised by the lack of pain during and after their appointments.

Comprehensive oral health and aesthetic services

Beyond general dentistry, the practice offers a wide range of specialized services tailored to individual needs. Patients frequently mention their positive experiences with the hygiene team, highlighting hygienists like Sahar Sabeel and Sophie for being extremely thorough while remaining sensitive to pain levels. The team also excels in restorative and aesthetic treatments; for instance, reviews detail successful teeth whitening sessions using the Philips Zoom system, which patients found effective and virtually painless thanks to the convenient in-chair entertainment. Additionally, the provision of night guards for teeth grinding and the management of emergency cases, such as broken teeth for visiting tourists, demonstrate the practice's versatility and readiness to address both preventive and urgent dental issues.

Trusted, collaborative family care

Ashbourne Dental Practice is highly regarded as a family-friendly environment, with patients noting that the care extends to children as well as adults. The staff is described as professional, clean, and efficient, maintaining high standards of hygiene that contribute to a sense of security. The collaborative nature of the practice is also evident; in cases requiring specialized intervention, such as difficult root extractions, the team ensures seamless referrals to trusted colleagues, ensuring continuity of care. With a strong emphasis on clear communication and a "no hard sell" policy, the practice fosters long-term trust, leading many patients to describe it as the best dental experience they have ever had.
