Negative experience: Been phoning since 7.59 got throught at 8.45 to be told no places like to know that happened. This is not right

Fantastic experience: Different carer name Sam phone you about front my teeth please tell carer about Monday 10th November 2025 so going dentist again tomorrow morning

Negative experience: Rang 5 days on the trot, got one answer to be told fully booked. Others just didn’t answer after an hour or more being on the phone. How do we get appointments? Rubbish service from nhs

Negative experience: RUBBISH. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH DENTIST SERVICE IN ENGLAND FOR KIDS. MY DAUGHTER 8 YEARS OLD GOT BIG CHEEK, A&E RECOMMENDED TO SEE DENTIST ESAP. RANG TO THIS NUMBER, THEY SAID NO APPOINTMENTS FOR TODAY. RUBBISH SERVICE. WELL DONE NHS.

Negative experience: Called at 8am spot on,waited for up to an hour for someone to answer the phone just to be told there are no appointments, what a waste of time,I have done this for three days now

Fantastic experience: WOW! The best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Clean, modern premises and a friendly receptionist. I am terrified of the dentist but I was made to feel at ease, the Dentist was kind, caring and very patient, why aren't all dentists like this?? I 100% recommend this practice if you need emergency care. Amazing service! :-)

Negative experience: Was referred for an impacted wisdom tooth. Arrived at 8.45 as per the paperwork. Wasn't seen by 9.30. 3 people went in front of me despite me being booked for 9am. Not impressed! No point having an appointment if it's not done in that order!

Fantastic experience: Just been in this dentist top class place,not lover of dentists but this lady was brilliant

Negative experience: Called multiple times and never once actually spoken to anyone. The one time I managed to get through to an actual person they hung up on me before they even said hello.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here to have an impacted wisdom tooth out and to say I was terrified is an understatement. On arrival all staff were so friendly and the dental surgeon and his two female assistants were wonderful. Everything explained clearly and at all times checking I was ok and allowing me to take. Break during the extraction. One assistant held my hand the entire time. I felt no pain or discomfort throughout and following the aftercare advice I healed quickly and without any issues. Thanks everyone who was involved.

Fantastic experience: Had to visit for an extraction, as I am a very nervous patient and normally have sedation I was put at ease and it was all over in seconds. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Can be difficult to reach them on the phone it took me an hour. Had to have some wisdom teeth removed so was referred to them. The dentist was great he had them out so quickly. Other staff very helpful.

Positive experience: Been tryin to ring since 8.15 and all i get is phone line is very busy call back i call back and they r all busy for 35 mins now i really need to see someone as have abcess

Negative experience: Got through at 9am on the phone since 8 to be told they full waste of time

Fantastic experience: I had occasion to use the facility. Although it was difficult to get through, you must keep trying from 8 in the morning. Once you were in their system the care and treatment was first class. I hate dentists, like most people but the dentist that saw me was excellent! Put me at ease and explained everything she was doing Thank you..

Fantastic experience: My first dentist visit for over twenty years, I am or l should say was terrified of the dentist, I had never had any treatment done whilst awake. I had an extraction with Claudia and nurse Amy, the are true angels and put me at ease straight away. I can heartily recommend them to any nervous patients, i hope if l need any further dental help l can see them. Treatment was quick ,painless,

Negative experience: called them and all they said was to call another dentist

Fantastic experience: Had treatment today. Yes I had to wait a while on the phone to be answered. Slightly late to be asked in to see dentist. However dentist was very pleasant, explained to me options and sadly had to have a tooth extracted. Explained what to expect Pre and post extraction clearly. Very satisfied with the treatment and the professionalism
