Fantastic experience: A couple of weeks ago I had general pain somewhere in my back teeth and, as I was in the area, I made an appointment at Corn Street Dental Practice. If I could rate them 6 stars out of 5 I would. They bent over backwards to squeeze me into their existing appointments, and the 3 dentists that I saw, and the nurses and receptionists, could not have been any more understanding, friendly and professional. And they fixed my tooth! Thank you ever so much; it was almost worth having the toothache, just to meet such wonderful people..

Fantastic experience: Corn Street Dental in Witney is definitely the place to go for outstanding dental treatments & exceptional service. I arrived in Witney from Australia & unfortunately had fractured one of my teeth on during the trip. I was turned away by one dental practice however was warmly welcomed by the administration staff at the front desk of Corn Street Dental who were more than happy to help me. I was able to secure an emergency appointment with them for the following day for treatment which I am very grateful for. Paul, the dentist was friendly, very professional and the treatment itself was pain free and more than suitable. If you are travelling from overseas or even a local to the area please pop in & see the team at Corn Street Dental should you need any kind of dental treatment, they are friendly, professional & will take care of you.

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with my treatment at Corn street dental practice. Carly , my hygienist is so patient and gentle and Dr. Mo could not be more informative or helpful I am a very nervous patient but have just had a tooth removed and the whole experience was really good and painless I would happily recommend the surgery and find all members of staff from reception through nurses, hygienists and Dentists to be kind , friendly and professional

Fantastic experience: I visited Corn Street Dental for the first time on Friday for an emergency appointment. From the team on reception to the very reassuring and thorough Dr Rebecca, I was so impressed with the experience. I am a very nervous dental patient but I felt completely put at ease by the whole team. It really doesn't seem so daunting going to the dentist anymore which is a good thing as I see a few more visits in my near future :)

Fantastic experience: My little boy had toothache and they were able to see him the same day. It was 5 star service and would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Dreadful service. Firstly they don’t even have my name correctly written then they quote me £160 for an appointment and then £167 from Jill who is apparently the manager and then on their website it is £165. She blamed the differing prices on it being an emergency appointment (which it was not) and the bank holiday and staff away! Jill was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and happy to disclose my personal information without carrying out any security checks.

Fantastic experience: In the past I’ve not had the greatest experiences at the dentist, so I became a very nervous patient. Paul has completely turned this around for me — he combines efficiency with a genuinely kind bedside manner. I feel safe in his care and he is always gentle. Today I saw Huma for an emergency appointment and she was absolutely AMAZING! Thank you, Huma — I feel much more reassured about having root canal treatment with you next week. I can’t recommend Corn Street Dental Practice enough.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient and always finding an excuse not to go to the dentist. I can say without a shadow of a doubt I have never been more relaxed and actively wanting to go back. Dr Mo Naqvi was phenomenal fixed my broken tooth and gave me the answers as to why I have been having the problems. I will recommend this practice to everyone. Fantastic experience: Paul has looked after me since we were both youngsters and is always amazing, but this week for the first time in ages time I went to the hygienist. I have to say it was the most fantastic and unexpected treatment. Felt like I was in a top London surgery and the results are incredible. I didn't catch the dentist's name but I am so grateful and will not be leaving it so long again, now I know how detailed and effective the treatment is. Thanks again

Fantastic experience: Again another fab visit!! But this time my teeth feel and look amazing thanks to lovely Laura who was very gentle as requested cause I’m a bit of a flake!!! My teeth are shiny white and so smooth! The best they have looked for years! I would like to give her a massive shout out ! And as for Paul he knows I love him as been coming for 30 years! And travel from Banbury especially to be at this practice. Thank you all for such a lovely welcome let’s be honest who likes going to the dentist! And if it can be a pleasant experience it makes all the difference.

I recently visited for a crown fitting and couldn't have been happier with the result. Everyone in the team are professional, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Corn Street Dental Practice for over 15 years and have always received exemplary treatment from my dentist Paul Hustler, the hygienists and the reception team. Paul has been patient, kind and professional in his treatment of me. My teeth have required a lot of work over the years and Paul has carried this out sensitively (as I am a nervous patient!) and with great skill advising me when necessary on the various options available to me. Fantastic experience: I always receive professional , prompt and friendly dental care at number 51. Most recently I needed unexpected dental work at very short notice before an imminent overseas trip and have been blown away by the speed and willingness to fit me in, along with the superb quality of work I received. Every member of staff is always friendly, polite and efficient so if you are looking for a reliable dental practice who actually cares then you will not be disappointed- I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I phoned on Monday to make an appointment for my dad who had lost a filling. I bought him in today and was sat in your waiting room for about half an hour. I just wanted to say that the receptionist today was fantastic. I listened to her interact with several people and she was so patient, friendly and kind. I'm not sure if she was who I spoke to on the phone on Monday but that lady was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Paid privately for an emergency appointment in 2023 regarding a tooth extraction and needed an overhead X Ray. Went to the Brace Place and paid for this too. Sent the details over to Corn Street Dental and assumed the referral had been made to the NHS as I would need a general anaesthetic for extraction. Upon calling them this week, I’ve found that the referral wasn’t submitted as they didn’t have my height and weight - which they assured me they did try to obtain; through the method of one supposed email I cannot locate and a whopping total of one phone call and one voicemail, again, I have no proof of either other than their word which at this stage, I’m beginning to find myself questioning. I’ve since been told my dentist is on Maternity Leave and another dentist isn’t willing to write the referral unless I pay for a new checkup appointment. Bear in mind, this referral should have been done over 12 months ago. My tooth needed extracting in September of 2023, under what circumstance would that tooth now no longer need to be removed or the condition changed or worsened? It’s a very clear and desperate attempt to extort money from those who need help. In my opinion, they have always very clearly displayed a priority for profit over patients. Have always happily funded my own private dental work but based on this experience, if I can’t trust this company to contact me when they need to - I don’t know how or why anybody would trust them enough to use this practice going forward. Will happily take my business elsewhere. You’ll pay for two checkups and two X Rays and then wait for the National Health to provide treatment. Wouldn’t even suggest this dentist to somebody I strongly disliked. Would take great satisfaction in seeing it close for good.

Fantastic experience: I had my invisalign treatment done here last year and the results are amazing! I usually really dislike going to the dentist but I felt really comfortable coming here☺️.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from so much anxiety when it comes to Dentists. I've always struggled, to the point I couldn't go through with appointments. For every NHS Dentist I signed up with, I never felt comforted or understood. They made me feel WAY MORE on edge & upset because I could tell they were annoyed or judged even. They never seemed like they actually care either. One day my tooth was in serious pain, so I went here when they refused to see me for weeks. Mo Naqvi is the most kindest Dentist around. He instantly made me feel understood and calmer. And no matter how much anxiety I have at the start, he doesn't rush me. And relaxes me. He has gone above and beyond for me throughout my time here. And even this weekend out of hours he has been so supportive to me & given me so much help during a medical emergency. Couldn't recommend them enough. Receptionists are lovely and understanding too.

Fantastic experience: I have had three excellent hygiene treatments at this practice And a routine checkup. The staff were professional, lovely efficient and the hygiene standards were excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: I developed terrible toothache due to an old filling aggravating the nerve in one of my teeth. My regular NHS dental practice were useless, unable to see me for weeks and were almost impossible to reach on the phone, plus never responded to messages left. I got the impression they couldn’t care less. Despite it being a Monday morning and initially being too busy to get to the phone, Dr Hustler rang me back almost straight away and after asking a few questions, arranged to see me an hour later. The surgery is modern and very welcoming. My appointment was bang on time and Dr Hustler explained the available options, before deciding to drill out and refill the painful tooth. Everything was explained and all staff were warm and friendly. My tooth is now pain free and after nearly a month of chronic pain, it’s a huge relief and I’m massively appreciative. I will certainly be visiting this surgery again, after the efforts made to accommodate me at short notice and resolve my issue.
