Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and service ,always friendly ,thankyou

Negative experience: I have been with this practice for many years and had some fabulous dental work done by Bernie some years ago, when he was still working there. Unfortunately this practice seems to have changed for the worse. I went for a check up with a dentist yesterday which took about 5 minutes, and comprised 2 xrays (no explanation given or permission sought) and a fairly aggressive tooth clean, in which the trainee nurse splashed water all around my mouth and down my front. There was no advice given by the dentist, or feedback on the state of my teeth. It felt rushed and unprofessional. I was charged £110. .

Fantastic experience: If you want the care of ultimate professionals, this dental care centre is the only place to consider.

Negative experience: I cancelled my appointment five days in advance by leaving a voicemail, stating that I would call to reschedule. Despite this, I received several missed calls around the time of the original appointment, followed by an email with a £296 charge for a missed appointment. I responded, explaining that I had cancelled via voicemail. I was informed that there was no record of this, but the charge would be removed “on this occasion.” While I appreciate that the fee was ultimately waived, I’m disappointed that the responsibility was placed on me when I had taken steps to cancel appropriately. After being a patient for 25 years, I’ve decided not to return. At £136 per visit, I expect a higher standard of communication and customer service. I’m especially sorry to be leaving Bernie, who has always been excellent — but unfortunately, the handling of this situation has left me feeling let down.

Fantastic experience: Hi June I've tried hard to write a Google review and have failed miserably so if you can add this please do..... I rang the surgery at 8.30 am this morning very concerned about my husband s swollen cheek. He has many medical issues including blood cancer so I was wanting a quick resolution to the problem. Martin was offered an appointment this afternoon and it provided such relief for both of us. Life is stressful with lots of medication and medical appointments so to have a rapid response to a problem was brilliant! The appointment was on time and thorough and antibiotics will provide a short term resolution and a referral to Norfolk and Norwich for further investigation. Fantastic experience: Been with this surgery for several years now. From the minute I go in , I feel as if I’m visiting friends, from super friendly June on reception, Bernie the owner ,his daughter Rose (my dentist) to the assistants ( my favourite one Charlene ,unfortunately is no longer there) but , they are all brilliant. Yes Jane you are I actually look forward to my visits, my 12 yr old even more so….. yes very strange for a child, so they must be good. Today I went in for a Scale & Polish. All I can say is ….. AMAZING! ! No pain , at all. I saw a new hygienist who was just lovely, friendly and most of all thorough. Simply the best clean I have EVER had. Her name was: Andrea “the greatest “ My teeth are old (55) have lots of coffe and red wine passed over them are wonky ,tight and slope backwards. But they are all mine! They feel amazing! (Front bottom middle is dead and discoloured) So , Thank you Diss Dental Care If I could give more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I most certainly would.

Fantastic experience: My husband, who was not registered at this surgery, was seen at short notice with a loose tooth in a bridge which was causing discomfort. Josif sorted the problem with minimal disturbance to the bridge and good advice for the future. My husband will be returning to this surgery for future work. Many thanks.

Negative experience: Disappointing lack of flexibility yesterday. Yes, I was 5mins late but sometimes things such as traffic get in the way of being on time. Could the dentist have seen me - well he seemed to be doing something incredibly important in what appeared to be a stationary cupboard, eavesdropping as I apologised to the receptionist. Next possible appointment - October. Not good enough - a lot to learn in respect of customer service. Goodbye.

Fantastic experience: Had a lot of treatment today and to be honest I wasn't looking forward to it ! Ria made me feel at ease the minute I arrived in her room. The excellent care started with reception - I was greeted at my car thank you. The treatment was relaxed and comfortable. I couldn't fault a thing & would absolutely recommend this dentist I transferred from another private dentist who retired and am very happy with the move

Fantastic experience: My son suffers from chronic anxiety and needed root canal treatment so this was always going to be a challenge. Rose led the procedure accompanied by her team and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The care, patience and explanation needed throughout the treatment to provide calm reassurance to my son allowed him to cope. A heartfelt thank you.
