Positive experience: I miss Andrew, when I travelled from Dublin for a check up and clean, if I needed a filling he would do it in the same visit always. However, my latest experience, at clean and check up I was informed that id need to have an old filling removed and replaced and to arrange another appointment on the way out. The next available appointment with Jessica was January 2027!! I was added to the cancellation list, which I got an appointment with Niamh for 12pm today. I had added 12.30 to my calendar when I received the call last week. However, granted through my own fault I didn't double check the time on the email which stated 12.pm. I was very annoyed at the lack of compassion at reception. I was in Banbridge hanging around waiting for my 12.30 appointment! A wasted holiday leave and 2 hour round trip drive from Dublin.

Fantastic experience: Really grateful to the team for fitting me in at short notice after I lost a part of a tooth. They were friendly, professional, and sorted it quickly with no fuss. Excellent service!

Negative experience: We registered with Cliffgar during Covid and found it impossible to get an appointment. I called two weeks ago and was told because we registered but never actually made an appointment (even though we made several attempts) we would no longer be accepted as patients of the practice. Found receptionist extremely rude on the phone with absolutely no understanding or empathy. Andrew Little accepted us as patients upon registering but we were told because he is no longer there we were no longer wanted. I asked for the receptionist to speak to Jessica (dentist) and she advised Jessica also would not accept us as patients as we had only registered but never attended (during Covid). Simply not good enough and customer service is obviously not a priority.

Negative experience: Not very helpful and very rude receptionist obviously a money mad business no empathy or feeling what so ever for the suffering

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 15 years for many reasons (luck, never had any major problems), and well who likes going to the dentist. Pain in your mouth and painful on the wallet. I developed a mucocele a few years ago and decided to get it removed. I was a bit anxious and nervous for several reasons, but David made me feel at ease, had it out painlessly, within seconds and I was very surprised at how reasonable the price was. such was the service I now have 6monthly checkups at cliffgar dental and I leave a happy customer every time.

Fantastic experience: David was amazing with my child whom has Autism, he made her feel super secure and relaxed. I've taken 4 of my children to Cliffgar Dental, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I received exceptional treatment from Andrew and the team at Cliffgar Dental. My case was a complex dental implant and Andrew by taking the time to explain and simplify the entire process to me from the outset as well at each milestone stage put me at complete ease. The customer service/experience was top class and I would highly recommend this dental practice. The result achieved was fantastic.

Lovely dentist, puts you at ease immediately.. All the staff are efficient and friendly. It's worth the drive from County Kildare.
