The Lounge Dental Suite

Fantastic experience: I’ve joined this practice with my wife and haven’t written a review yet. I’ve been several times now and this is without doubt the best service I have received. The care and empathy is top notch. The standard is amazing. The advice is ‘bob on’. I’m 70 years of age and I’ve received plenty of dental work. This has been the BEST!! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I changed from my previous dentist and came to The Lounge Dental Suite, all fears were eased the minute I entered, and my teeth are so much better! Matthew, the hygienist (apologies for not knowing her name), and the receptionists are all fantastic and so lovely, I would recommend to all family and friends. Matthew has made me feel so much more confident after using composite on my front teeth - a huge transformation! A big thanks to him and the team!

Fantastic experience: I rang for an emergency appointment after my own dentist let me down badly. I was in terrible pain and the receptionist told me to call down and they would see me as an emergency. I called and was seen by Matthew. He is an absolute professional and carefully explained everything to me, trying his best to put me at ease. He informed me he would treat the emergency today and then discussed with me the options for a permanent fix. I can only thank and highly recommend this practice if you are in need of a dentist. Fantastic experience: I am new to this Dental Practice - I was looking for a Practice that could offer a quality, white filling, as two that I'd previously paid for at my local NHS Practice weren't grate. My initial consultation offered various treatments and today I attended and had the necessary corrective procedure and I am absolutely over the moon. So pleased with the excellent service this Practice offers and the treatment was fantastic A*** - I would recommend a visit to this Practice for any dental work required, you will not be disappointed.

They have always been punctual, friendly and also provide value for money and convenience (I go during my lunch break). Would highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: Best dentist practice, I’ve been coming for a few years now but just recently had a lot of work done, Matt and his team have been brilliant, I’ve had a root canal, crown and fillings here all of which are great, they all make you feel welcome, at ease and leaving happy and comfortable, nothing is too much of an ask for them and it’s always super clean and tidy! Fantastic experience: I have been with The Lounge Dental Suite for only a short time, but am so glad I changed from my previous dentist. Have had two appointments so far (a check up and a filling), both of which were excellent. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful and Matthew is a brilliant dentist. He puts you at ease instantly and talks through and explains everything that he is doing. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience this morning with Tulsita, Lois and Shannon. They were fully aware of my anxiety and fears, but they managed to keep me calm throughout. Everything was explained to me pre the treatment and during. The 1st time I've had treatment and haven't left with nail marks in my hand where I've gripped them so tightly.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a lot of work done and had full dentures fit and made. I was very anxious of going at first due to terrible experience elsewhere. I was instantly put at ease. The staff are incredible and so helpful throughout my several visits. My dentist was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and really listens to you. I was made to feel like they cared and that's because they did. I have held off from writing a review because I was embarrassed about saying I have dentures. Now it doesn't bother me because to look at me face to face you would never ever know. I have already recommended a friend who also has been since. From my very first appointment to my last it was faultless. Thank you so much because getting me sorted with these amazing dentures you have given me back my confidence to be out in public. Fantastic experience: Great Dentist, my daughter has always been petrified & they made her feel so at ease. Other daughter was gutted she didn’t have an appointment ‍♀️ All the staff are very friendly, managed to get an appointment no problems & re-arranged with ease. Very thorough & clear with any work that needs doing and what’s happening during the check up

Fantastic experience: I have mad anxiety going anywhere nevermind a dentist, but everyone in here is so so lovely and the dentist kept me calm by explaining what was happening at each point. Amazing work and amazing people!

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dentist!! I have always been anxious about going to the dentist, but from the minute you walk in everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I Can't thanks Matt, Tracey and Lois enough, extremely happy with my veneers - each time i have been to the Densits (which is quite alot over the last 6 months) has been an enjoyable experience, which you dont usually get from going to the dentist, quite the opposite usually. Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend this dental practice not only is it clean & modern but I am normally a very nervous patient when going to the dentist however was made to feel very comfortable and at ease by all of the amazing staff they have here!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend this dentist whether you are local or not. It’s probably the only dentist I have actually ever felt welcome and not thrown out of the door. I have also just received my teeth whitening trays which I’m looking forward to using! Pending a moulded gum shield too Thank you

Fantastic experience: I came with the kids who Matthew was amazing with and Lois even let them pick what they wanted to watch on tv! Always have the battle with coming to a new practice but all the team were great and the practice is lovely. Even though it’s private they look after children for free which is an amazing gesture. So if you have a young family get yourselves booked in at the lounge.
