Fantastic experience: Huge thanks for help from Theresa on reception who was so understanding of my situation and managed to find me an emergency appointment. Dr Sharla and assistant Ryan were so very understanding of my anxiety and painlessly removed three broken teeth to address my infection - this was a really good experience and I am so grateful - finally pain free! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Hidden gem of a dentist and the reason I won’t change to anywhere else! Suzanne is an excellent, patient and kind dentist as are others I’ve seen. Both receptionists Karinda and Theresa have a calming manner and always do their best to help you. Having dental pain is the worst and any kindness when your in pain is always so appreciated. Thank you all at the Caister practice!

Negative experience: Their is no review for a minus 100,i have tried to registar for five years, i was told ring back two years, then upon ringing oh covid blah blah , ring two years, i rung last year told ring 2022 around oct i did was told no appts available. I rung my mp brandon lewis, he lobbied parliment he won and dentits were awarded millions to treat us, obvs caister taking money and not treating vulnerable residents. Shame on you, i was a patient in your practise for many years in great yarmouth, i had a stroke in 2014 was unable to attend dental appts so was struck off. Shame on this practise.

Negative experience: No more emergency appointments was some last week this week not doing them how do they expect a person to get any help if they won't help 75 yes old and in pain disgust

Fantastic experience: I once thought i would never find a dentist, like my old dentist who retired, when i lived in Essex, but i did, and she's absolutely brilliant, Suzanne is my dentist, and i wouldn't swap her for no one. The staff are all kind and polite, Sue is extremely patient and kind and of course caring. Just had a new crown, and you wouldn't even know i have one, very happy indeed. Fantastic experience: Just had teeth out. I've always hated the dentists as most do. My lovely dentist and her nurses were, are the best.

Negative experience: having had an amazing detist from plummers before in GY i registered with Caister. I had an apalling experience where i was sat in the chair for hours with no explaination of why and left in a much worse state than I came in! the icing on the cake was that the dentist AND the dental nurse had a conversation of how they needed new glasses and were behind on their spec savers appointments! needless to say I didn't return for the second appointment. I asked the receptionist how to make a complaint and was told if I felt that strongly about it she would 'have a word!' as a manager of a public service I found it unbelievable. unfortunately Caister plummers did not live up to previous experiences of other plummers services (Great Yarmouth and Wymondham)

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with a denture, I ate a sweet and it caused a crack and as I don’t live in Caister I found this dentist on an internet search. I went to the West Road surgery and was met by two loverly receptionists who told me to come back at 11 am tomorrow as the technian would be there at 11 am I left my denture and received a phone call that it could be repaired call in at 4 pm to collect it. I received wonderful service would highly recommend this company. Many thanks to the receptionists and the dental technician.
