Fantastic experience: Recently registered at Kirkheaton Dental Surgery and recently had some work done plus a quick clean, Laura was absolutely brilliant and thorough, the whole process which included a quick clean was painless. I would like to say this is a terrific dental surgery and thanks to all the team. A very happy patient

Fantastic experience: I can't rate Kirkheaton dentist highly enough. Alia and Michaella have been absolute superstars. I recently had a tooth extraction, my first one and I was such an anxious patient, I always am at the dentist and they couldn't do enough for me. Alia is so calming and talks through everything with you and Michaella was such a comfort. Thank you so much to everyone at Kirkheaton Dentist as I know I was hardwork lol! xx

Negative experience: Called to ask if they are accepting any NHS patients and the reception asked if I was local, because I didn’t live local they just said “oh no, no” less than ten miles away from a dentist i don’t expect to be treated like this. How are you possibly meant to be accepted in a dentist anywhere when people have this attitude . I drive, I work, why does it matter if I don’t live 2 streets away. Seems you need a new reception with better attitude , she wasn’t interested in helping at all.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant, I haven’t been to a dentist in the last 12 years due to fear. This was a very positive experience the staff are great putting me at ease, keeping me informed throughout and explaining all the procedures step by step. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Alia’s for years now and cannot recommend her and the team enough! So friendly and helpful and go above and beyond every time.

Fantastic experience: Superb service! Rang the practice at 9am to see if they could squeeze me in a last minute appointment as I am away on holiday the week after. Michaela went above and beyond to get me A same day appointment with the remedial work taking place which has saved me massively!

Fantastic experience: After neglecting my teeth for years and not being able to get an NHS dentist, I decided to take the plunge for some private treatment - Alia had no judgement, a fantastic "bedside manner" and put me completely at ease with the impending doom of what I was going to experience. Everything was explained to me perfectly, I can actually understanding what was needed and what should be done. I honestly cant praise the team enough, every single one of them, to the point i'm actually looking forward to my next treatment. EDIT: For completions sake, I have now finished my treatment and feel fantastic, one extra filling was found to be needed and was rectified at an existing appointment, which was fantastic that they took the time to extend my appointment in order to carry out the work there and then while i was already numb. I cant recommend the team enough, after so many years of neglect, my teeth are now back to as good as they could be, no longer hurting or sensitive, whiter, and feel fantastic - I had to go private due to necessity, however, I calculated the cost of my treatment plan, it actually turns out to be cheaper than it would have been on the NHS, if you divide the total cost I have paid vs the timeframe i've not visited a dentist - while this might not be the case for everyone, I certainly count myself lucky. Thanks again to the team, in their entirety, and I will be back to you March next year for my checkup!.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend the practice enough, from my own experience and that of my childrens. The receptionists are always so lovely, helpful and easy to chat to whilst waiting for your app. As a parent its super important that my children are made to feel safe and comfortable, Dr Alia in particular is absolutely amazing with them both. She was able to put my very anxious daughter at ease and explains every detail to them so well, and answers all their never ending questions. She is honestly the only reason my daughter is no longer anxious to visit, and why my son (7) was so easy going about having some of his stuburn baby teeth removed. I've also experienced the staff going above and beyond when my son had broken an adult tooth, fitting him in during a busy day to fix it. Forever grateful for that!! I'm also made to feel extremely comfortable and have every option for treatments explained. Having not had the best experience at a previous practice, I can honestly say I wouldn't ever want to go elsewhere. Thanks so so much to everyone who works there.

Negative experience: Rude staff

Fantastic experience: After having a very negative experience at several other dentist, I felt quite nervous going to another. Michaella put me at ease straight away, she's so lovely! Also, Alia and Josh and their assistants were so welcoming and friendly, I actually enjoyed going to the dentist! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Being absolutely terrified of dentists I went in for my teeth whitening. Put at ease straight away, fantastic team from walking through the door to leaving. Results, well it's not a quick process, however the results are absolutely amazing. Really happy and can't fault at all...I also now have a dentist I trust which is worth its weight in gold!! Thank you for an amazing smile!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start I have so many great things to say about these lovely ladies and their work! (now there is a gent too but I haven't met him yet ) Michaella, the lovely receptionist, Michaella is so lovely, she have a lovely voice when you ring practise, she feels so genuine, polite and welcoming, also she have always tried to help as much as she could/can. Michaella recognises my voice (might be because I'm a bit of a pain in a backside sorry) every time I ring, I absolutely love her, so does my girls. She always is dressed very professional and smells nice (my 4 year can't stop talking how nice you smell and how nice you are ) Nicole we met few years ago, with previous owner, you used to be quiet, but soo nice, you have come out of shell so much, always smiling (even behind the mask) you go out of way for me, and I'm so gretaful for everything you done and do! Alia! Wow! Wow! Wow! Believe me or not I am petrified of dentists, I have been comfortable only with 3 dentists in my life and you 100% take the top place! I remember the first time I had to see you, I was soo scared/nervous/anxious, Michaella told me on phone that you are really nice,but I must attend my appointment otherwise I will be in trouble and loose my place in clinic (). Ahh, my poor nerves!! Little I knew that you are THE BEST, YOU ARE AMAZING! Dentist who listens, who is so down to earth, does fabulous job, talks to you,and makes you feel so relaxed that you hum while she is extracting your tooth My 2 girls can't wait to come and see you again, Isabella even is asking will you drill her teeth next time ‍♀️ she will exchange it for a better drawing! Fantastic experience: My first appointment with the hygienist Emma and what an excellent service from beginning to end. As soon as I arrived I was greeted very warmly by the lovely lady at the front desk very thorough with covid checks and polite and friendly. Lovely Emma and her assistant were excellent talking me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My teeth have never looked better and the little gift at the end very thoughtful. Thank you for making the whole experience easy and comforting.

Fantastic experience: Both my children are registered here and I can honestly say we've always had an amazing experience, today being most recent as my son who has ADHD needed some dental treatment, he was very anxious about this appointment due to his fear of needles and I can honestly say they were amazing with him, he felt like he was in full control the whole time and generally relaxed towards the end.
