Fantastic experience: I only joined this dental practice a little while ago and since being with them i cannot vouch them enough fantastic practice lovely staff i feel very lucky to be apart of this dental practice my sister joined and highly recommends them as well mr patel is amazing and so is his assistant 5 star all the way for us

Positive experience: I recently took my son to this dental practice, and while the dentist seemed competent, our experience with the dental assistant was disappointing. My son was understandably nervous about getting a filling, and instead of offering reassurance or support, the assistant treated him as if he was an adult. When he became anxious during the procedure, rather than offering comforting words, she simply told him, “Don’t touch the dentist,” in a tone that felt quite rude and dismissive. A little empathy and patience would have gone a long way in making the experience less stressful for my child. I expected a more child-friendly approach, especially from professionals who work with young children.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with my dental hygienist, Manisha, and my dentist, Dr. Patel, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Manisha was lovely—she was gentle and thorough while cleaning my teeth, making the experience comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Patel was outstanding. From the moment I sat in his chair, he conducted a comprehensive examination of my teeth and explained everything in detail. During the procedure, he ensured I felt no pain and continuously reassured me, which made a world of difference. I highly recommend both Manisha and Dr. Patel for their professionalism and caring approach. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: As an anxious dental patient from childhood, I have found going to the dentist an immensely traumatic experience - until I started to attend the Kenley Dental Practice. Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had to have an unscheduled extraction recently and Dr Patel explained all the alternative treatments very clearly. Once I had opted for the extraction, his work was efficient, painless and swift. A very professional operation all round. Thank you.

Positive experience: Booked appointment for childrens appointment. The receptionist is incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. There is no waiting area for patients due to covid even though there are no covid regulations prescribed by the government. The dentist was good and kind towards the children but overall experience was poor.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist! I've had braces twice before and had been unhappy with the results both time. I have just finished my Invisalign at Kenley Dental Practice and the results are amazing! The staff are caring and professional, especially Dr Patel, who has always been so calm and informative, ensuring his patients feel at ease throughout their treatment - highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this practice. As an anxious patient, the level of care, kindness and patience I have received so far has been exemplary. Each and every staff member (from booking my appointments to attending my dental check up and hygiene appointments), made me feel at ease. I felt respected as an individual and time was taken to answer my questions and offer explanations. Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Practice in Purley/Kenley. Dr. Patel who is the Dentist, Dental Hygienist Farah, the receptionist/admin and the nurse, they all are genuinely good people who gives you the best customer service and care possible. I had my third dental/Hygienist appointment today and my experience is super positive. Other than the review, all I can say is Thank you very much! I will certainly recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: Karen has done a great deal of work on my teeth (bridges and fillings) over the past two years. I have been very satisfied with the standard of the care she has provided. She takes time to discuss and explain any treatment she is going to undertake and in addition has a most friendly and professional approach.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great and high quality service, friendly and welcoming atmosphere at very reasonable prices. I went in a for a simple clean and filling which was done very quickly and efficiently. Its been 6 weeks and i've had no issues.
