Fantastic experience: Tremendous experience, attended 2 days ago. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The hygienist and nurse were friendly and gave me excellent reassurance durning a scale and polish - I have very sensitive teeth and would not have completed this without their encouregment. They definitely gave me as much time as needed for which I am grateful. The senior dentist was warm and highly professional and took a lot of time explaining about my sensitivity and teeth health. What an amazingly professional practice in the middle of Smethwick. An absolute jewel of health care in Sandwell.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service I had an 10.45 appointment wait there 30 min than I went to receptionist ask I'm still waiting from last 30min no body called me yet she said there is an emergency come we are 1hour behind they should told everyone when any body arrived to attend the appointment tell them we r behind you want wait or reschedule The always have more 70or 80 appointment last month unattended if you miss your appointment we will deregister you they threaten people with this note If they care about them what about other people time I left from there without attending as ask me to reschedule for what again same Hustle they need improve there system they can give only limited appointments then they can serve the people with more care and also respect there time

Fantastic experience: I'm looking for my school friend lost contact since 1996 after high school KV Janak puri in Delhi and just know that my friend Rajinder Kumar is dentist and practicing in UK, just checking if he is the same friend.

Negative experience: Just returned from an appointment for my son at West Park Dental Care. The receptionist is lovely, but the dentist was shockingly rude and arrogant. He kept providing inconsistent communication for my sons' referral, and when asked what information was recorded from the consultation we had last, he said there was nothing written on the system. When I challenged how can it be that nothing was written when we had two consultations for the braces and at the last one we were told to wait for a referral letter from another dental practice. he said he had had enough. really! instead of clarifying information and if their team had provided inaccurate information to clarify and explain, he was basically rude, didn't want me to ask any question and treated me like an idiot. He said if I have any issue then I complain to the NHS. Really shocking!

Fantastic experience: I am one of those people that barely post reviews. I must say that Raj is one of the best and caring dentists I have ever known. The staff there is amazing.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist ever i have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and im in agony. I have no back teeth but never offered replacement teeth, i mean id pay for them myself if i was even offered them i can hardly eat food, i cannot smile or anything, you should be shut down your no dentist your a BUTCHER! Id make a complaint if i knew who to complain to!

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous patient . I have been to this dentist for over 10 years . The dentist is very gentle , considerate and polite plus he explains everything he is doing . All staff are very friendly and welcoming . Would definitely recommend.

Last year I had a implant done, surgery was pain free and aftercare service was great. The nurses are very friendly and informative.
