Fantastic experience: After having treatment at my own nhs dentist they left me in severe pain and wouldn’t see me I then contacted day and night emergency dentist and wow what can I say these guys are absolutely fantastic I arrived the receptionist maariyah made me feel so comfortable and welcome I was then seen by dr Saif and the lovely nurse Amanda who took me out of pain talked me through everything and what the best options were I decided to just have an extraction which didn’t feel anything at all and super quick the after care from these is also fantastic these guys are worth their weight in gold thankyou to you all

Fantastic experience: I got an emergency appointment within an hour. Upon arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. I was soon seen by the Dentist Abid and his nurse Duma. Both were empathetic and reassured me as I was extremely nervous. I ended up having my molar extracted. Although I found the service expensive, I appreciate the free follow up for up to a month should I have any issues healing. I would highly recommend this Dentist and love that they are open lated evenings and weekends. At the end of the day, I'm pain-free which is priceless.

Fantastic experience: I had pain in the teeth on the left.side of my face and didn't know what was the cause. So i came to these guys and honestly felt like i got the true 5 star treatment. They were friendly and we quick to identify the problem. Both abid and duma were brilliant. Cant speak highly enough of the experience they provided

Fantastic experience: Really good service! Had cracked tooth removed, Dr Yahya was very patient and caring as I was in a lot of pain and managed to remove in whole. Receptionist Maariyah was a sweetheart so polite and friendly to anyone that entered through the doors and was very accommodating to my daughter who had to wait in the reception for me and put a movie on for her to keep her entertained during my treatment really happy with the service and how everyone goes above and beyond here to make it a painless experience will definitely come again

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain and really struggling when I came into the emergency dentist, but the girl on reception was so lovely and empathetic, which immediately put me at ease. I was seen really quickly, and the dentist took the time to listen and explain the procedure clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole team were genuinely caring, and it made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The aftercare has also been great. I can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend!

Positive experience: It's ok but expensive. Paid probably 1.5-2x what I would have elsewhere but it seems to be holding up (work seems of good quality) and looks good too. Waiting time was about 1 hour for the consultation (booked in at 1pm, seen at 2pm) and about 30 minutes longer to have the work done. Not unreasonable given it is an emergency clinic, but still quite tiresome sat in the waiting room for that long. Price is to be expected given it is an emergency dentist, but for basic work that took approx. 30 minutes including consultation it is still expensive. Received a follow up text the next day asking if I'm ok after my visit and work - it's a nice touch that I would like to see more from other health service providers. Had an appointment 4 hours after the initial enquiry so availability seems really good.

Negative experience: Horrible bunch of SCAMMERS do not go there, there are no prices listed on website because they just make it up as they go along £350 PLUS £50 “consultation” for a simple filling that broke within 4 hours and now I’m having to pay to go elsewhere. They even had the cheek to ask me to come back and lied that it was just glue that had chipped whilst trying to intimidate me!

Positive experience: I pop in this dentist when I had horrible toothache on weekend couple months ago. I have been seen by Dr Mo Ali and his asistance Nurse Named zaynab.they were so nice and freindly. I toke my teeth and made top artificial tooth.The price triple cheaper compire to other private dentist that I met before in another celinic. So, I recomended everyone who want visit that clinic Go in Sunday and only ask for Dr Mo Ali with Nurse Zayneb that are the best. otherwise you gone waste your money and your time. All receptionists were very polite and helpfull all the time. So will gave 5 Stars

Fantastic experience: I recently had two teeth removed by Dr. Hamzah Naeem. He was incredibly understanding, especially as it was my first ever tooth extraction, and he guided me through the whole process. Given the circumstances, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. While some reviews mention this practice is expensive, what they often overlook is the convenience and capability on offer. They’re able to carry out complex dental procedures there and then. Something my NHS dentist couldn’t offer, as their earliest emergency appointment was two weeks away.

Negative experience: Awful experience we were scammed by this practice! I had a broken tooth which unfortunately needed private treatment on sunday after being unable to find an NHS service. I was quoted around £200 for a filling and £300 for tooth removal on the phone plus a £50 consultation fee. It was expensive but I was desperate for treatment so I agreed. The dentist assessed that I only needed filling for the tooth but said it would in fact cost me £350 and that actually the tooth next to it needed doing too so it would be £700 wow. I said no to the other tooth but felt obligated to go along and pay the £350 as I had already paid £50 for a consultation fee (which wasn't even a full assessment just for him to xray and agree that yes my tooth was indeed broken). I was given ALOT of anaesthetic which made the whole side of my head go numb for about 12 hours after, I was given a form to sign which agreed on the payment which was fine but was disgusted to realise when I got home that they had signed a medical waiver on my behalf forging my signature??? A few hours after I got home my filling had already fallen out so now I am TRYING to get in contact with the "manager" who is totally aloof and impossible to contact to try and get any treatment and refund sorted. I do not trust going back to this place as they forged my signature on a medical document - I am refusing to let them gaslight me into thinking I did sign it as I would never sign away rights like these and I had my family as witness. I am now still missing half my tooth and unable to receive any help.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with tooth ache for a few days I decided to go and get it checked at Night and Day, Leeds. An x-ray and other checks were carried out and after weighing up my options I decided an extraction was the best route. The staff were great and explained everything in a nice calm manner which put me at ease. Luckily the actual procedure took minutes and was painless. I was given clear instructions afterwards on how to look after the area and was told that aftercare would be available if anything was concerning. All in all I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience i Nigjt and Day Emrgency Dentist. I had broken my incisor tooth, and I saw that they are open 24/7, I booked an appointment, no hassle at all, the treatment was done immediately. I am grateful with Dr, Sulaiman who did an amazing job with my tooth, to Nurse Jade who is really nice and to the receptionist Maariyah she is so accomodating and friendly. Their team is amazing. Fantastic experience: After experiencing pain through the weekend, I decided to book online last Sunday, 8th June and I was booked in at 7pm. I had a nice welcome from the receptionist and was asked to fill out a form with my details. I then was called in, where I was in the care of Dr Abid and Nurse Zainal. They were superb, they checked my painful tooth thoroughly, did an Xray and went on to clean and fill my tooth to treat decay. They told me that I will have free aftercare for a month and even told me that they will fill my chipped front tooth, which I thought was great, but will go another time. Excellent service and recommended to anybody in a emergency.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing severe pain in one of my top teeth and was putting it down to possibly being an absess! Having managed to get an appointment online I made my way to the Night and Day Emergency Dentist. I was made to feel welcome and it wasn't long before I was being checked out and found out I had a loose tooth and infection. It was mutually decided to have the tooth extracted and it was done quickly and efficiently. The aftercare is available and they have kept in touch with me which is reassuring!

Fantastic experience: Excellent caring service from the team here. I booked the night before I went today (Saturday) which was easy and efficient, online. Made them aware I was a nervous patient and everyone was so kind. Shout out to Jade on reception who helped me when I felt shaky, and the wonderful ladies who performed an extraction on a failed root canal I had done at another practice in York. Big thanks to Sukurat who was very sweet and held my hand and commendable textbook procedure from Dr. Rashmi who was reassuring, thorough and quick. Does it cost money? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. Fantastic experience: I was petrified of having my tooth extracted but the pain was so unbearable that I knew it needed to be done. Dr Hamzah Naeem was brilliant. He was fast but thorough in administering the injections and talked me through it all. When it came to getting the tooth out, he was quick but kept checking to see if i was in any pain which I wasn’t. I didn’t even know that he had got the tooth out. He gave me good aftercare advise. Nurse Arzoo was comforting and reassuring and they even let me decide what I wanted to watch on the TV lol.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost the dentist I saw solved my tooth problem which was diagnosed instantly. He was also very personable and had a lovely, reassuring manner I had no choice but to come here as my NHS dentist couldn’t fit me in. It’s impossible to quantify the cost as opposed to the pain relief, which in my case was considerable. Instant relief as the affected tooth was extracted as it had to be.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. I had toothache for a week before I managed to get an emergency appointment with my regular dentist. Who then told me it would be a further 2 weeks before he could remove my tooth as there were no appointments. I rang night and day emergency dentist Leeds and was seen the same day and had my tooth extracted at the same appointment. It was quite expensive but worth it to be seen quickly and to get rid of the severe pain I was in. The dentist and staff were all very caring and friendly. I would definitely recommend if you need to see a dentist urgently

Fantastic experience: Such a brilliant dentist - I’ve been twice now for extractions and the reception staff and dental staff were all wonderful. They have a great patient manner and are so good at listening/relaxing you if you’re feeling anxious. The building is also really comfortable. I was able to get an appointment the same day both times I needed one, they also do later appointments if you’re worried about having time away from work. They also check on you in the days following the procedure to make sure you’re okay, which I thought was really sweet of them.

Dr Shakir was professional, informative and demonstrated the utmost care to understand the needs of our family. The team's relaxed, nonjudgmental attitude made it easier for us to consider options and make decisions that were in the best interest of of our young person who is needle-phobic and struggles with medical settings. This type of unconditional regard, human compassion and just genuine friendliness created as safe a space as is possible for a young person in shock and their worried parents. Fantastic experience: I had been waiting to be seen by the 111 dental service for 4 days in excruciating pain. I found night and day after one google search and was apprehensive at first but I needed not to be. From start to finish the dentist was amazing. I had a consultation which included an x ray. I then was given two options. Root canal or extraction. I opted for extraction. I had the anaesthesia and then went in for the removal. It was quick and over before I even had time to register what had happened. The dentist was friendly, caring and helpful. They offer payment plans aswell to help with cost as it can be expensive.

Positive experience: Went there in an emergency to have a tooth out. Quoted 250 pounds over the phone then 500 pounds once I got there. Given no ice pack or painkillers after the treatment. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Fantastic experience: I rung yesterday morning with a suspected infection in my wisdom tooth. I got an appointment the same day. The receptionist and dentist were very friendly and approachable. I was made to feel completely at ease. The dentist gave me good advice and was very upfront about the cost of treatment. Fantastic experience: We took our daughter here for an emergency appointment on Sunday after severe pain for nearly 2 weeks after a filling had been done (at another dentist). They were quick to notice the problem and give us options to choose from. The dentist and nurse were absolutely brilliant with my daughter even when she was crying and screaming, and making her laugh about how much the tooth fairy will bring they calmed her down and she has now said she only wants to go here. The receptionist was also brilliant when she was feeling sick while waiting, getting her a drink and a glucose tablet. Highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Was seen at this practice on Saturday 21 December, we turned up past 11pm after suffering an accident on a night out. Amanda, the practice nurse, was very helpful and accommodating. Dr Khalid had left for the night and was on his way home, but turned back to see us and ensure we were seen same day. Very professional treatment throughout. They are not cheap but if you have a genuine emergency I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I visited Night and Day Leeds just over a week ago to get a tooth extracted. After traumatic experiences in the past with dentists and a year of not being able to eat on one side of my mouth, I eventually bit the bullet and booked an appointment. I was able to book the appointment online and was seen within 30 minutes of me booking it. Which as a nervous patient was so much better than booking in advance and having more time to talk myself out of going. From beginning to end, Nurse Arzoo and Dr Ali-Abbas Hussain were brilliant. Both making sure I was calm, comfortable and fully informed. Everything was explained to me in detail and questions were welcomed and answered comprehensively. If all dentists were like Night and Day I’d never have went so long without an appointment. Arzoo even called me the next day to check in with me and make sure I was doing alright. I really can’t recommend them highly enough such an amazing team. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment you’ll be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Went to the Night and Day Emergency Dentist last night as was in considerable pain with a back tooth. To say I am a very nervous patient is an understatement. Greeted by the lovely receptionist Maariyah who instantly put me at ease, followed by the wonderful dental nurse Amanda and Dr Asif. Both Amanda and Dr Asif listened to my concerns..went through the options and I decided on extraction. They were both wonderful with me and put music on to listen to , my husband came in with me and 10 mins later tooth out ..no more pain. After care discussed and if any concerns straight back to them. Wonderful, first class service 100% recommend

I was able to get a convenient appointment within 24hours of braking my molar, after a quick X-ray and examination the dentist confirmed it needed to be extracted. I was put to ease with a detailed explanation of what the procedure would entail. The procedure was really fast, and pain free!! The dentist explained after care and I was on my way home. 24 hours later my extraction area is healing well and I’ve received an aftercare text from the team Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, professional, friendly and reliable. I needed an urgent composite filling on a Sunday night and 2 hours after my old filling broke I was back home with a new one. I even needed a very little tweak a week later and the team were very accomodating and sorted it out. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Having suffered with toothache for almost a week I called night and day Leeds to be given an appointment the same day. When I arrived I was made to feel warm and welcome and all my nerves where put at ease. I was told what had happened and what work needed to be done all very detailed. The dentist was very careful not to hurt me and kept me in the loop about the progress he was making. The tooth was fully extracted and I was out of pain. The aftercare has been amazing and they have checked in on me since to see how I am doing and the stages of recovery and healing. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr Mohammad Ali-Abbas Hussain. I have been in agonising pain for the past month. I was struggling to get an appointment at my own dentist, luckily I was offered an appointment the same night I called. I was extremely nervous as my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted, I had been so fearful due to watching misleading media online surrounding wisdom teeth. Dr Ali-Abbas was very personable, friendly and reassuring, he made me feel so comfortable. Before carrying out the procedure, he explained exactly what he will do. My wisdom tooth was out within 10 seconds, I was shocked. I felt no pain due to the numbing injection. Post treatment, I experienced mild soreness, and following protocol, I am now completely healed. I am very grateful, and would recommend his service to anyone.

I changed crown and it looks like my original tooth, I am blessed to choose and trust them go through the treatment. They were supportive, passionate and friendly, I felt in good hands with my treatment. I highly recommend this clinic as team is brilliant and the work they are doing is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Had terrible tooth ache and pain last night, Sunday night at 7.00pm! The service that we received from this practice was amazing. Rang them and had an appointment within an hour and twenty minutes. Dentist advised me that there was no cracks or decay and to continue with pain relieve for 24 hours. Such good peace of mind, which helped me get through the night! Very grateful for a swift service. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Used this emergency dentist last year arranged a time on time kept me waiting for half hour had a very painful abscess in mouth couldn't eat drink properly they done a x ray thats it nothing else no antibiotics given just on about total cost for everything that needs doing will be for me 795 up front cash or payment plan so next day got a emergency NHS dentist no work could not be done till infection had gone but given ANTIBIOTICS delt with more professionally got my own private dentist now and yes it was that dentist I won't forget that experience.

Fantastic experience: Made emergency appointment and was seen just two hours after the phone call. Made welcome by friendly lady with a nice calming smile......may have been called Jade. I was taken to the surgery and thankfully greeted by Dr Abeed who actually listened to me about what had happened. Abeed was good at explaining what she was doing.,.... I needed a bit of reassurance......not good with needles. However she and her two nurses Amanda and Kelly spoke and had a scene of humour. Excellent work by professional team . Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Night & Day enough for any kind of dental treatment, I’ve had a wisdom tooth extraction, 4 fillings and a scale and polish. The dentist who did all the incredible work was Dr Ali Abbas Hussain along with dental assistant Arzoo. They were both incredibly friendly, took my anxieties into account and made me feel comfortable despite my panicked nature. He spoke with me through every detail, it wasn’t rushed and he was always willing to answer any questions I had. Arzoo contacted me after both my treatments to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated. Ive had no pain, discomfort or faults with any of the procedures done and will definitely be returning if I need any more dental treatment/checkups. Fantastic experience: Today I was in agony after a severe toothache attack that knocked me off my feet for several hours. The appointment was scheduled for less than 2 hours later, where I was taken care of very well. Dr. Ali Abbas did a great job, the staff was very nice, I have never felt so comfortable before during a procedure where it turned out that my tooth was holey. I hope that of course a similar situation will never happen to me, but if someone needs a dentist immediately, I can recommend it with a clear conscience. Thank you once again guys ☺️

Fantastic experience: Soo i travelled out of town for this dentist as recommended by friend. Can whole heartdly say theee BEST dentist I've been to. IT WAS SOO WORTH TRAVELLING OUT OF TOWN FOR. 10/10 service from mr razaq!! he explains everything in depth and if there's anything you don't understand he will go of out his way to explain what needs to happen and why in more detail. I've never seen a dentist like this. He made me feel sooo comfortable and relaxed. Normally dentist want to just get on with their job and they don't care he genuinely had that care and was very understanding. He deserves a pay rise and promotion for what he does, he doesn't need to go out of his way to do this but he does. Thank you for your hard work and dedication - Mr razaq shows dedication and passion through his work, I'm very pleased and will definitely be coming back again! Fantastic experience: In need of emergent treatment & suffering from tooth , I rang and got an appointment for 4.30pm When I arrived the practise was very busy and clearly running behind schedule. The receptionist Jade kept telling us how long the wait was going to be (which I appreciated) and then I was seen by Dr Khalid. He explained very clearly why I was experiencing my toothache and discussed my two options- removal or root canal - neither of which I wanted!! I eventually opted for root canal and the procedure lasted approx 30 mins. I am a very anxious patient at the dentist !! Amanda was so kind and offered to hold my hand throughout the whole procedure- from having the initial injections to the root canal procedure, even when she was busy suction my mouth and passing implements to and from the dentist. She was constantly telling me how well I was doing (even though I wasn’t!) and I really appreciated it. All 3 of them, Dr Khalid, Amanda and Jade were lovely and I would recommend this practise to anyone who is in need of urgent dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: My partner Stuart came on Saturday for some teeth extracted (which were made loose during an operation) and a new bridge making. Dr Khalid was brilliant! He put Stuart at ease and was clear about everything he would do and the cost. Stuart is very nervous of the dentist and was made to feel comfortable at all time. Excellent service once again, and we would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety around dentists and I needed a wisdom tooth surgically extracting. I was in and out within an hour, completely pain free. The staff were all lovely, particularly Dr Asif and his assistant. They were very reassuring and kind and helped me to feel calm and comfortable throughout.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish absolutely brilliant, caring and professional service. Had been suffering with toothache for a couple of days. Booked an appointment online for the same evening. The dentist, dental nurse and receptionist were amazing and put me at my ease as soon as I walked in. Dr Ali Abbas extracted my tooth swiftly and painlessly. I was given after care advice and received a follow up message checking I was ok. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: After contacting Night and Day in abject agony, I was given an appointment within 90 minutes of my text to them. The service was absolutely brilliant and the staff there are so lovely, professional and caring. Dr Ali is the best dentist I've ever seen. Reassuring and calm, and just fab. I've reserved a star as I did think it was a bit overpriced. I realise it was an evening and an emergency, so expected it to cost a little extra. But £350 for an extraction seemed excessive, along with the £50 consult fee. Sorry guys, but thank you at the same time!

Fantastic experience: I came here on an emergency appointment, I had severe toothache after having treatment from somewhere else (rushed botched job) The dentist here was amazingly patient and very calm during my treatment. He talked me through my options and carried the treatment out virtually pain free. Hopefully will be back for a follow up on the rest of my teeth. Thank you once again

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Took my 4 year old as her previous filling had come out and she was in pain, got an appointment within 2 hours of ringing. Really good with children and couldn’t fault the aftercare. Would definitely use again.

Negative experience: Very friendly staff and easy to get a quick appointment. However gave me wrong diagnosis and left me with a severe infection which he said I didn’t have. Tried to get in touch with dentist but not replied.

Fantastic experience: Had a very painful bottom wisdom tooth. Called them at 8pm and got an appointment for 9pm. Dr Kiran extracted the tooth right there and then. Very grateful for all your help. He was very pleasant and calming- explained the issue in detail. They are a bit pricy but worth every penny, as I was free from pain after 15 minutes. They also contacted me day after to check how I was doing. 10/10 highly recommend and thank you!

Fantastic experience: My mother was in quite a lot of pain last night due to her tooth. I rang up night and day emergency dentist clinic and they got me a booking within the next hour. When we arrived we received a form we had to fill and then we met doctor Ali-Abbas Hussain and nurse Arzoo. They ran me through the process and then I explained everything to my mother because of a language barrier. The doctor and nurse were patient and helped me and mum throughout everything. They answered all of our questions and were a great help. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Best service ever. After finding it impossible to source treatment for my young daughter who was in agony, a friend recommended Night and Day and I'm so glad she did. Mudasar was our first point of contact and he gave us a comprehensive guide over the phone of what to expect. He was welcoming on arrival and we were able to go from appointment, assessment, x-ray to extraction all within the space of a few hours. Dr. Razak and Nurse Amanda couldn't have been any kinder or gentler with my already nervous 11 year old and they immediately put her at her ease which resulted in a successful and trauma-free experience. Fantastic experience: Dr Abdeed and the team at night and day were fabulous all round. The filling I had replaced is much better than the previous one. I only have this one tooth on the bottom left and didn’t want to loose it. My usual dentist closed due to Christmas in 5 days time. I asked for no local anaesthetic as I hate it. This was no problem when usually I have a fight about this request. No pain whatsoever during the process so I definitely didn’t need any. Explained everything perfectly including potential side effects. Choice given all along the way. This practice is highly effective at dealing with emergency. Nothing is rushed. I’m so pleased to get a pain free and complication free holiday which I truly needed at the end of an exhausting and very stressful year. Fantastic experience: So happy to give the most positive review for Dr Abib and indeed all the Staff. I broke my tooth on Friday night. I phoned at 9.15am on Saturday morning; was given an appointment for 11.30am. By 12.30pm I had been seen assessed and had my tooth rebuilt. Dr Abib explained absolutely everything very clearly as he went along and is a very pleasant young man, who is excellent at his profession. Jade on reception made us feel very comfortable, which for me is a real struggle in a dentist's! I have already given several recommendations and would return there for any other emergency treatment, no problem!
