Fantastic experience: Top standard and knowledge! I highly recommend Dr Osemana. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable Dentist. When I came to see Dr Osemana I had a really bad tooth infection and I urgently needed root canel treatment, I can thank him enough! He did top job on my tooth and because of this man im not afraid of Dentist anymore. I definitely come back and will recommend this place to everyone. Prices are expensive in my opinion but you get what you pay for in life and this experience was worth every ££££. Thank you very very much. Xx

Fantastic experience: Had booked a trip to Krakow (with my Polish girlfriend) with the intention of having a full health check whilst there ( taking advantage of the reasonable charges). However, I required a blood test in advance, so phoned my GP, nearly two weeks for an appointment just to get a referral for said test. Hopeless. So my girlfriend phoned this clinic, booked in next day, bank holiday Monday (!), job done, results on Thursday evening. Great service, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: had an emergency dental issue with a painful dry socket and was fortunate to see Dr Menla.He is very educated, professional, and friendly. He quickly provided the right treatment and antibiotics, explaining everything clearly. I left feeling so much better. By far, the best dentist in Reading! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment with Dr Jagoda Jaworska yesterday. I’m so happy I chose to come to the Medicare Clinic in Reading. The visit went smoothly, and everything was explained clearly. Dr Jaworska was very delicate, kind and very helpful and the USG was without any pain. Truly recommend it to everyone.

Positive experience: I recently had an ultrasound scan examination with Dr. Noyko Stanilov, and I wanted to share my experience. Dr. Stanilov was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The examination itself was quick, but I found myself wishing for a more thorough approach. While Dr. Stanilov reassured me with the initial findings, I left the appointment feeling a bit uncertain about the comprehensiveness of the exam. I hope the results confirm everything is normal as he indicated. Overall, while the staff was professional and the doctor attentive, I would have appreciated a more detailed examination process.

Negative experience: I simply put two as time was spent and we got prescription for the creams. I would definitely doubt professionality of the doctor (Ewa), she was asking completely unrelated questions regarding my personal life, she was rude, didn't let me finish my sentence, accusing that i said something, but she just simply don't listen. It is like back in my home country 20 years ago. Why it is important where I met my partner? What did he study in the university, where he works and ect. I was so taken a back, that didn't even react or said anything. And it was not just polite conversation, it was like detective work. Also, who prescribes to put antibiotics on one side of body, antifungal on another one - to see what works better? That woman needs requalification and reporting. I was looking for a second opinion and someone professional, but got very strange appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ewa Iwan-Chuchla was amazing. When we saw her for my partners very sore red and irritated skin she took one look and knew what to do. Everything she did was amazing, my partner now has amazing skin and something that took 3 years with the NHS she managed to fix within one appointment. I highly recommend her for any skin issues.

Negative experience: I had couple of very bad experience in the past with gynecologist and the dentist. I do not want to describe it as the first one was quite personal and difficult for me. Find them rude with no care about the patient.

Fantastic experience: I go for a regular check-up to Dr. Osman Menla and I am very happy with the visit. Dr. Osman conducted a detailed review of the condition of my teeth, checking not only the health of the oral cavity, but also taking accurate X-rays, which allowed me to detect possible problems at an early stage. The visit was quick but very accurate. Dr. Osman discussed with me in detail the condition of my teeth and recommended appropriate prophylaxis to avoid problems in the future. I sincerely recommend the quality of service and approach to the patient.

Negative experience: ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ We had an appointment today,first time to see Dr Ewa Iwan-Chuchla. Arrived there early with 20 minutes, we spoke with the receptionist to let her know we arrived to the appointment. The receptionist gave us a form to fill in . We’ve done the form and gave back to the lady receptionist and we were waiting to be called by receptionist to see the Dr. We had the appointment at 14:20 and we arrived at 14. After waiting more then 40 minutes ,so it was 15:00 we decided to speak to receptionist to see how long we had to wait still. The receptionist gave us a vague answer ,saying she “doesn’t know how long we have to wait “, it was like out time doesn’t matter and even didn’t apologised or at least keep us to date about the Dr being late. We requested a refund and I was thank you to the clinic for wasting our time and money just to come to the appointment and not even care how long we were going to wait. Very disappointed and very bad experience and we don’t recommend this clinic. ‼️‼️

Fantastic experience: Dr Ewa Iwan-Chuchla (dermatologist) has been amazing and supported me when I couldn’t get help elsewhere. Friendly, kind and knowledgable. I am so grateful for her care and advice. My GP was unable to confirm my diagnosis, Dr Ewa diagnosed me on our first appointment. It normally takes suffers 7.3 years to work through the system to get the correct diagnosis. Dr Ewa also noted a second condition I didn’t realise I had- rosacea! After two weeks of treatment my skin looks so much healthier. I am so glad I found Dr Ewa, thank you and also to the reception staff who have been welcoming and friendly.

Negative experience: Poor service and attitude from the receptionist today. Happy to take booking and money from husband but not willing to allow husband to amend a booking on behalf of someone who is unwell. Keep your £50!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ewa Iwan-Chuchla Dermatologist, was able to recognise my condition in less than 5 minutes, compared to my GP who couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my skin for half a year and didn’t give me any diagonosis. I recommend to everyone who needs help.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at a dentist surgery with Dr Ewa, very kind ,friendly, and very patient. I had my wisdom tooth extracted, Dr Ewa explained every step during the procedure and reassured me. As a person who has been suffering with chronic toothaches and this being my second wisdom tooth to be removed, I have been to different dentist both private and NHS, but the care and treatment I received from Dr Ewa was outstanding. I Highly recommend her for your dental treatment and care.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience. Dr. Osman. does a great job so Dr Ana another great dentist. Dr Ana saved my tooth long time ago and since then i had no problems. Dr. Os. did my all tooth and men he did a brilliant job. Very calm and professional with very good advices. Remember prices will be slightly higher, but they deliver what you pay. They have all the equipment there. Thank you very much, this clinic is my nr one choice so far. The most funnies part is i have visit Dr Osman 3 times so far, twice he usually does not put music when working, but my last go there he did put music and when he put it on ,haha, I knew I will be a while here hh :)) Like I said did a great job and their assistant to , they both work hard and professional.

Negative experience: Unfortunately not good. The appointments now are more rushed as they try and make more money, but what really bothered me was that they do not store receipts of everything you pay. Ended up having to spend extra time explaining to the receptionist (after the procedure which was really painful) that I DID pay £100 deposit as the booking was 2h (like … you can’t just get up from the chair and leave in the middle of a procedure but anyway, paid for a 2h deposit). Then I had to wait for her to confirm with another colleague that I was telling the truth and the receptionist kept contradicting me. After spending about £1000 total and them NOT storing receipts as required by HMRC. The lady before me had the same problem and had to argue with them. That’s no way to treat your patients. I would give a quick call to the hmrc tax office but I do believe my doctor was good (hence not giving zero stars). Overall, not coming back here.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Medicare a few times now for dental appointments with Dr. Osman Menla. Dr. Osman is highly skilled and at the same time very friendly and he always takes the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. He has carried out dental repairs where I didn't had any hope anymore that the tooth can actually be retained. His work is to a very high standard. I am very happy with the service received and the only regret I have is that I didn't know about Medicare earlier. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Do not use this service. I went in for one thing and they tried to sell me services unneeded but then couldn't do the thing they had booked me in for. All this after making we wait 2hrs to be seen and then having to come back! Absolute rip off merchants!

Strata masy czasu, nerwów i energii bo wizyta to jedynie zwykłe zdjęcie x-ray ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ I don’t recommend We were over double charged for the service than it was told during booking After long waiting time at the reception for situation to be sorted out we were refunded what we overpaid We’ve lost a lot of time, energy and it cost us a lot of stress cause it was just very simple X-ray appointment ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ Edit: If you already spoke with my partner why you didn’t ask him if he is happy about the price he paid? Why you didn’t ask him if he is happy about being overcharged so much? That’s an opinion about Medicare as a place, not a doctor he’s seen. I didn’t mention anything about quality of appointment as my review was about the price and very poor customer service, receptionist’s job… that’s it! You called me after you’ve checked negative review and I explained everything over the phone. My answers were comprehensive, weren’t they? I told you there is no need to call my partner as I’ve written this review. What you are trying to prove? There is no need to write about a patient’s experience as my review is not about it I suggest practicing reading with understanding. It was me dealing with the refund for over 40 minutes at the reception, not my partner… He came back to the car and told me how much he paid, I was shocked as that wasn’t same amount as I was told during booking. I simply described my experience and us being not happy about wasting such a lot of time and energy to deal with incompetent staff and final bill. Simple as that.

It was concluded that my heart is absolutely fine however another problem was established by Dr Raszynski at the time. Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic to have an appointment with a doctor face to face , I have been let down by my own doctors surgery and had an ongoing health issue that was not resolved that was causing me pain and discomfort, also making my working life difficult , Dr Różański diagnosed and treated / prescribed a course of medication and within a week I’m back working without any issues , my own NHS surgery have not only been difficult but inadequate in its treatment, and I had been left to wait for a possible 12 month referral . This would have impacted my ability to work and led to serious health issues . I would highly recommend this clinic and its highly trained doctors . My family use this clinic now .

Got late for booking due to M4 closures and … yeh should have checked before leaving but… instead of rebooking for another day they want deposit of £40 again. Fantastic experience: I have already visited medicare several time for a dentist appointment, Dr Ewa she's absolutely sweetheart, like most of the people im terrified of dentist but I promise you it will be a pleasant visit when you book with her . The place is clean , options to book it online which I prefer.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and had some worrying pain on the right side of my abdomen. We went to A&E only to wait endlessly and hear that I might have an ectopic pregnancy! Shocking service as I've been sent home to wait for a call in order to have a scan. We rushed to Reading from Brighton the next day to se Dr.Jaworska. I cried the first minute walking into her office and she was so supportive and calming. We found out that baby is all safe with good heartbeat! No ectopic pregnancy whatsoever! Honestly I would recommend to anyone to always looks for second opinion. We will continue to see Dr. Jaworska through our journey.
