Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Noushin Karimi and for the past ten years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, they’ve provided exceptional care—not just for me, but also for my sister. Whether it’s been regular check-ups, cleanings, or the occasional broken tooth that needed urgent attention, they’ve always been professional, thorough, and incredibly kind. Dr. Karimi is one of those rare dentists who really takes the time to explain what’s going on and makes you feel at ease, no matter the procedure. Maya is equally amazing—gentle, patient, and always with a professional attitude. She made it really easy as a child to go to the dentist. In a past year I had an accident with my front tooth where it not only halved my tooth but also my confidence. I would be uncomfortable to smile in class and in public always being conscious of my smile but Dr Karimi helped me to fix my smile but also lift the pressure that I felt was on me. They’ve also been wonderful with my sister. Recently, they gave us honest and thoughtful advice about braces when shes still young. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to start the orthodontic process early and avoid bigger issues later on. Ten years in, and I still trust them completely. Their care, consistency, and genuine kindness make them stand out. I wholeheartedly would like to say many thanks to Dr. Karimi and Maya.

Fantastic experience: My name is Imran and I am nearly 10 years old. I saw Dr Nancy today to have two fillings on my baby teeth. I had to have two injections . Dr Nancy is very kind and I was surprised that it did not hurt! So if you a scared of visiting the dentist- don’t be! It will be fine!

Fantastic experience: My wife has gone to NHS Dentist for years - and we have since taken our children there too. Now that my former dentist has retired, I have joined the rest of my family and started going to NHS Dentist as well. It’s a great operation: the dentists and dental nurses are really friendly and welcoming: for children and big people. Nancy is the dentist who looks after our family: we place a great deal of trust in her - but when we’ve needed to see her colleagues, we have also had an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a really pleasant experience with Dr Amir Vahdat, he performed root canal on me and I was shocked with how relaxing the treatment was. Dr Amir is such a knowledgable and experienced dentist who reassured me the whole way through, I couldn’t recommend him more. His dental nurse Regina was so supportive and caring. Fantastic experience: A quick word of praise for Kajol who is a truly excellent hygienist - so excellent in fact that she has recently passed her exams to become a fully fledged dentist. Fantastic experience: Best dental practice in London, fact! I’ve been coming here for years now and cannot speak more highly than this practice. Not just the dental care but the entire team. In the office, on the phones, at the front desk, everyone in this building has a friendly, positive and helpful attitude. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Even when leaving London, I will stay at this practice due to the quality of care and service. My most recent visit has without doubt saved me a trip to hospital. I needed urgent, same day care but was looking at a 5 week wait for the follow up due to how busy they are. They kindly put me on a cancellation list, where I then got a call from Debbie the next day. I was booked in for the next day and bad tooth removed! All within 48hrs of my first urgent appointment. This kind of service makes a big difference to people’s lives and worthy of my gratitude.

Fantastic experience: Every single person I have encountered here is kind, calm and helpful. It shouldn't be this positive going to the dentist!! I would like to expecially mention Dr Aneeta and Sarah her Nurse who took charge of a recent whitening treatment of mine and not only cared for me impeccably, took their time to inform me of multiple different options and choose the most effective (not expensive) treatment that would work for me. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Noushin Maya is brilliant dentist and has been looking after me and my teeth since 2000, we have practically grown up together. She has the ability to put you at ease with her warm, friendly welcome. At the end of my visit, she took the time to ask if I had any questions. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for years, and my daughter has been coming since birth, every visit has always been a pleasant experience. The level of customer service is consistently exceptional. Most recently, my 4 year old daughter needed a tooth removed. Understandably, we were both nervous, especially since sedation was recommended. But the staff were incredibly informative, kind, friendly, and so reassuring throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental surgery. My dentist Karen Pinto who is very helpful, kind and patient with her care and knows how to deal with extremely nervous patients. Me, my husband and our toddler see her for our regular checkups and any required dental treatment. Very happy with all the care received here. We have been seeing Karen for our dental care for few years now and wouldn't change it even though we have to travel a distant to see her. 5 stars for service and care

Fantastic experience: Nancy Yousef is one of the best dentist I ever had in my life ( and I'm been treated by dentists since my childhood). Her technique and knowledge is amazing. Sweet and gentle makes you feel comfortable at any time your mouth is wide open. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous dental patient and contacted Dr Karen Pinto about severe wisdom tooth pain. Dr Pinto put me immediately at ease. She was so patient and kind, explaining the cause of the pain and treatment options. The procedure was carried out with great professionalism and care. Dr Pinto made sure I was kept informed of exactly what was happening at each stage and my pain was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Dr Pinto and couldn’t have asked for better care.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice - I have been going there with my family for over 20 years. Dr Divya Vadhar has always been our dentist and she is marvellous. All the support staff are excellent too.

Fantastic experience: New front tooth Implant fitted, to replace the original tooth that was a longer term problem and had finally broken from the root. The implant process involved few stages over several months, under care of Dr Nancy Yusuf, who always provided excellent explanations at each appointment in the chain from removal of remains of broken tooth to the final insertion of implant/crown. Finally I'll get back to eating with a replacement that looks like a natural tooth, and should function like so!

Positive experience: I had an appointment with the dental hygienist, Jenish. At first, I was a bit nervous about the procedure and the whole dental setting, but he made me feel completely comfortable with his calm and friendly nature. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, using simple terms that were easy to understand. On top of that, his dental skills were just as impressive as his personality. It was by far the most comforting and smooth dental treatment I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Jenish if you’re looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely patient-focused.

Negative experience: Just been at the clinic. Supposed to have an appointment today with Dr Francis Muris ( by the way shes lovely and if wasn't her i will put only 1 star) and they by mistake book me in for april 17th instead. Just had a baby and cannot leave my newborn all the time or drive 1 h to have an appointment. Very disappointing. Definitely apparently they never get a space for me because as i have a new born i have free nhs for one year. Is not rentable for them!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Karen Pinto is a fabulous dentist for nervous patients like me. She has a calm very informative manner where she’s constantly telling you what’s she’s doing and why. Her nurse Parth is also very professional. He doesn’t ram the suction into your mouth trying to choke you. These two work well together all for the benefit of the patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr Noushin Karimi and her team since 2014. I have a rather challenging set of teeth often in need of taking a creative approach. Some of the issues can't be covered by NHS bands and protocols. Fantastic experience: The team helped me with an emergency during COVID and accepted me as a new patient when no where else was able to help. I've visited multiple times and it's been a Greta experience every time. The facilities are clean. The dentists and hygienists are lovely. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for many years - I'm given appointments quickly, and if urgent on same or next day too. Facilities are great. Staff both medical and administrative are very friendly and ensure efficient operations which leads to most appointment starting roughly on time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting this NHS dentist since 2015, and now travel quite far to visit but feel it’s worth it. I think they have a strong (scandi lead?) culture leading to a good team and experience. I particularly appreciate my dentist, Krina, who is excellent. She dealt brilliantly with a pretty complex issue I had recently. I also like the fact they’ve invested in new technology, like mouth scanning, instead of having the discomfort of a mouthful of slowly hardening putty! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this Surgery for 30 years and I'm very pleased with their services . I cannot thank my Dentists Dr Amir and Youcef for the excellent work they provided me with over the years. Top marks I wouldn't change them for anyone. In fact I introduced my whole family to them & everyone is reaping the reward. Let's not forget the staff at the reception , the nurses & the hygienists with their ongoing hard professional work . Fantastic experience: I was a bit apprehensive when my dentist David moved on, but his replacement Zoe was fantastic this week in diagnosing and treating an inflamed root canal. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to NHS Dentist, and specifically Dr Divya Vadher, for around 15 years now. Even though I've moved ever farther away from the flat across the road, I keep coming back. Feeling welcome and comfortable can certainly help when you're needing to go to the dentist!
