Fantastic experience: I'm delighted with my new smile achieved in only eight months! These are my own teeth, no composite bonding, just a little contouring (done in just a few minutes) after my braces were removed. Fantastic experience: I went to bamboo in June 2024 to enquire about the 6 month smile. Explaining to Oliver I was getting married in 2025 and was self conscious about my front tooth and how it stuck out. He reassured me that this was something the 6 month smile would help with. I then had my brace fitted July 31st and January 2025 I am so pleased with my teeth once the brace was off! I am now so excited to start my whitening treatment and definitely feeling more confident for my wedding day! My braces ended up only taking 3 and a half months and was booked in for bonding shortly after completing some whitening trays! Fantastic experience: I have just had cosmetic dentistry carried out at Bamboo Dental with Dr Sam Jones. From the very beginning making the appointment with the girls at reception right through to my final appointment the care has been amazing. The girls are reception are super friendly and make you feel comfortable straight away, any queries or concerns they have the answers! Dr Sam has made me finally like my smile, I have always struggled with my teeth and never wanted to smile with them on show, but I can’t stop smiling now. Negative experience: Really disappointed. Been coming here for any dental treatments since 2018. Requested to book an appointment with a senior dentist for a check up and potential discussion for Crown or veneers, but they refused to book me in with a senior staff and said only the newer trained staff was available Even offered to wait a few months to be seen by the more senior dentist but again they refused. I explained to receptionist I don’t feel comfortable having a procedure such as a crown or veneer done by a newer staff, and I understand the practice is heavily busy , but can you not even book me in even if it’s a 6 months wait to be seen by a senior dentist?

Fantastic experience: Used bamboo few years ago and were fab , so decided to use them for my smile make over . Dr Oliver Spencer , Emily Parker and all the receptionist and trainees were amazing . Was always nervous about the dentist but these lovely people made me feel at ease . So started off with a consultation and was advised to have the 6month smile fixed braces . At 40 years of age wasn’t what I had planned but took there advice. 4 months in and were so much better then went for 8 emax veneers which finished my smile make over . Would highly recommend this company as not only are they the best they treat you so nice too . I had lots of different appointments and the lovely receptionist would always make booking such an ease . 10/10 for me all round .

Fantastic experience: From start to finish the entire process was sweet and seamless. I went in for a consultation in January with the goal of completing the 6 month smile programme in time for July before my holiday and they delivered. I have now finished my treatment in time for my holidays with the support of the guys catering to these needs by booking in extra appointments, ensuring my retainer took priority so It came back in time. Oliver has changed my smile and I am over the moon. and If i ever considered more cosmetic dental work in the future (It would be hard to top what I have now) this is the only place I would consider 100/100

Fantastic experience: I have had 22 Emax porcelain veneers completed by Ollie, it’s a very thorough process hence the cost but I feel it’s life changing and a great investment. Ollie is excellent, very professional and client focused. Due to the complex nature of work I certainly would not even consider having treatment abroad. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Bamboo Dental where do I start? They're truly the best dental practice! As soon as you walk into the practice the girls on reception make you feel very welcome! I started my teeth journey April 2023 when I had my first consultation with Dr Lily. She advised invisalign, whitening and then composite bonding. I couldn't wait to get started so I started straight away. My teeth journey was meant to last 12 weeks but at the end of the 12 weeks my teeth were not how we imagined them to be and I needed further invisalign. This didn't bother me as I loved my monthly catch ups with Dr Lily and her dental nurse Katie who is just as lovely. April 2024 my teeth journey came to an end and I had my composite bonding what I originally went into Bamboo Dental for and it was sooooo worth the wait. I've had so many compliments and I can't wait to show my smile of to the world. I'm so glad when I called Bamboo Dental that I was given Dr Lily and Katie because together they really are the dream team and whoever goes with them for they're teeth journey will not regret it because they make sure you come out of your journey with what you went in for on that first appointment. The ladies on reception and dental nurses are all super friendly and efficient, and Dr Oli has been fantastic on my Invisalign journey. Fantastic experience: After going to so many different dentist for consultations I found bamboo dental online and it was worth the drive from Gloucester ! Lily did all of my treatments and she is amazing !! I had a six month smile clear brace and composite bonding , Lily made me feel so comfortable throughout each of my appointments I couldn’t recommend her enough! The lady’s at reception always made me feel welcome thank you bamboo dental team ! My smile is amazing love the results !!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sam completed my six month smile and it was perfect. Sam answered all my questions about the treatment, and made sure my teeth were exactly how I wanted them. I did not feel rushed with my treatment and I felt listened to about my expected results. All the girls on the reception are also really lovely and welcoming. Everyone in the practice made me feel at ease! 100% would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had the invisalign 6 month smile package, top and bottom. With composite bonding on my front 4 teeth. It actually took around 8 months of which I was happy with as I wanted them to be perfect, this meant more invisalign had to be made to move my teeth a little more (at no extra cost). Sam was the dentist I chose and I would 100% recommend him if you want perfection. He definately has an eye for detail. Not only that since day 1 of walking into the surgery I felt relaxed by the general friendliness of the staff as a whole. They were really welcoming and made me feel like I was important to them, not just a number. Sam held many consultations with me over the months ensuring I was on track with the process and showing me updates regularly. But made sure I was getting my teeth done the way I wanted them done. The process is long but now I have the most amazing smile, I genuinely smile for the sake of it now and it's life changing what having nice teeth does to your confidence. I can't thank Sam and the staff at Bamboo enough for my pearly whites!! It seems like alot of money but when you come out of the other end with this result it's so worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic dentist. I wasn't happy with my teeth after I didn't wear my retainers when I was younger. Dr. Sam created a bespoke plan for me after listening to what I wanted for my teeth. 8 months later and I absolutely love my teeth and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Dr. Sam and the team. Absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Evans for several years now. He's really developed and perfected his skills as a dentist. He gave me composite veneers and they have really transformed my smile and increased confidence massively. All the staff at bamboo are incredibly friendly and give a great level of customer service. Fantastic experience: Very good experience with Bamboo and Dr. Sam Jones i had Invisalign and composite bonding treatment. He was both professional and friendly, explaining each stage of the process and addressing any questions i had. Prior to my treatment, I needed some dental repairs, and Sam guided me in the right direction to get them sorted. I was very happy with the final results and outcome Sam is very experienced and will bring the best results you can achieve. Fantastic experience: Had veneers done with Dr Ollie, he was very professional and explained every step in detail! and of course I am super happy with the outcome of my veneers, I feel like a new woman!! Fantastic experience: I had a six month smile treatment done with Bamboo Dental and the service and treatment was very impressive. They really can fix your smile in a matter of months which was very surprising to me since my teeth were in very bad condition and I would have expected it to take years. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All procedures were explained in detail before any work was done and I was reassured throughout the process. I'd recommend anyone to go and get a consultation and see for yourself the level of service provided.

Fantastic experience: Had the invisalign treatment with take home whitening and edge bonding at the end. Love my teeth! I didn’t mind my teeth before but I had a crossover at the front and one pushed back at the bottoms and I am more than pleased with the results. Staff are really friendly. Only thing is sometimes the treatment goes on longer than needed due to no appointments available when ready to go to next tray so have to wear them a little longer. But not that much of a problem. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had an unbelievable transformation with 6 month smile, it took 9 months to complete my journey but I incurred no extra costs. Olly worked magic on my teeth and him and Kate were so lovely and reassuring throughout the process, making me feel comfortable always. Any other staff I encountered were also above and beyond lovely. Fantastic experience: My treatment took 7 months in total with Invisalign including a tooth removal. Sam was my dentist and I couldn’t have asked for someone more friendly and professional. I am not a fan of the dentist at best of times but Sam made me feel relaxed and when I had bonding completed Sam took extra care and precision to ensure my teeth look perfect. Appointments were made around my busy work schedule and if I had questions or needed advice Bamboo were always available straight away. Fantastic experience: After a bad experience with Invisalign from another dentist elsewhere, Cath at Bamboo has completely fixed my smile and has done in 6 months what another dentist couldn’t in 2 years. I went for the six month smile fitted brace option at Bamboo, I travelled from Neath to Cardiff at least once a month for appointments and it’s been 100% worth it. I only started treatment in February, including the brace, whitening and additional composite bonding, it all took just 5 months. The practice is run so professionally, from the first conversation with the girls at reception to all the procedures followed before, during and after treatment. Fantastic experience: Have 1 appointment left at Bamboo and I’m absolutely thrilled with my results so far. Had my 6 month smile treatment with Cath Harris, and she was wonderful. Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to Bamboo for braces first being over 10 years ago. So I thought my teeth could do with another upgrade! There were a lot more competitive places this time around for braces however I returned to Bamboo due to the staff. From start to finish I have yet again enjoyed my experience. Ollie completed my work and he was a dream, in fact he was aware I had a holiday and moved my appointments forward so my braces would be off in time! What a service!
