We always see the same dentist, which we like, and means we have built a good rapport with her. My elderly Mum is also a patient there and the team really take care of her and always make her smile. We always receive helpful appointment reminders by text. We have no hesitation in recommending Tootchcare Dental.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team. The receptionist was really lovely and welcoming, which helped me feel more at ease. The dentist was very professional and I felt in safe hands throughout. The dental assistant was really gentle and explained everything so clearly — it made the whole experience much easier. Fantastic experience: From the start on entering the building in my wheelchair I was impressed with the warmth and kindness I was shown. I was positioned in the path of a lovely air conditioner while the shortcomings of the very small reception area were explained. My appointment was 15 minutes late and I was informed several times of when I would be at the front of the queue. This friendliness made my first visit less frightening. The treatment( an extraction) was done in my chair and even though the injections didn’t numb sufficiently the first time due to a medical condition this was much more pleasant than lying so flat that in the past I have felt like I was drowning. Unfortunately, I had a hypoglycaemic incident after the local was enhanced but it was dealt with professionally and calmly and I was asked if I felt well enough to continue. The entire experience was calming, professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: Third tooth extraction I have had to come here for. Can honestly say every time the staff have been so friendly and accommodating. The two dental surgeons I have seen have been so kind and patient. Reassuring me along the way and informative to any worries I have had. As a single parent I have to bring my children and they even welcomed this with no feeling of judgement. A really kind group of people who really make a difference when going through a not very nice experience.

Fantastic experience: Just brilliant! I was so nervous about having a wisdom tooth removed, but there was absolutely no need to be. All of the staff were friendly and professional, the dentist was so kind and put my mind at ease. Just a few ‘sharp scratch’ injections, then the tooth was out before I even realised! In and out in under 5 minutes. No pain later in the day either. I’m 2 days post appointment now and all has healed really well with no complications. Thank you so much Toothcare Dental

This was the best experience by far, so although we travelled from Thanet for treatment I would definitely opt to use this dentist again for the next 2 extractions. No bleeding, no bruising, no swelling. Great service. Thank you.

The job was done in a matter of seconds (once the anaesthetic has started doing its job) and I hardly felt a thing. 100% the best dentist experience I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: I went to this practice to have a tooth extracted. I can honesty say that from the minute the appointment was made, I felt valued by the practice. The practice sent me comprehensive notes prior to my appointment about what I was to expect and the after care I would need to do. On arrival I was greeted by smiles from the two ladies at the reception desk. They took my details and made me feel at ease. During the actual appointment, the dentist was friendly, smiley and reassuring. Although the procedure wasn’t pleasant, the dentist went out of his way to check that I was comfortable and the dental nurse also did her bit to put me at ease. Before I knew it the procedure had been completed and I was on my home. I cannot thank the team enough for their efforts and their professionalism. Fantastic experience: Edit: I went back in 2024 and there was a different oral surgeon and he was so sympathetic as I’m a very nervous patient The oral surgeon I had in december 2016 was horrible and the assistant was useless. Told me off for saying I felt pain, left in tears as he wouldn’t give me any pain relief

The dentist was also warm, friendly and quite frankly hillarious. After a previous extraction I was a little nervous but he made the whole experience a breeze. Positive experience: I had a bit of a wait after my appointment time, thus only four stars. However, when I was seen everything was explained to me, of what was going to happen. The procedure was over very quickly and not at all painful. The dentist and the assistant were very friendly and put me at ease.
