Fantastic experience: I’ve always been extremely anxious about the dentist and have only ever had treatment under sedation, until now. James made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything, which really helped my nerves. Thanks to him, I was able to have a filling and a crown done, in one appointment, without sedation for the first time. Holly, the dental nurse, was also great and worked seamlessly alongside him. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone with dental anxiety. I’ve gone from actively avoiding the dentist, to looking forward to the improvements from each visit. Can’t thank you guys enough. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been terrified of any dentist , but knew I needed treatment . Infinity dental was the only one that never pressured me at all , the receptionist just kept saying any treatment was my choice at all times . I’d rung other dentist but felt pressured into having inplants , which I never wanted . After making the first appointment I was greeted by lovely staff & introduced to the dentist Roma McNeil , she immediately put me at ease and all my treatment was talked through . Every appointment with Roma was a good experience, she is so caring & understanding.

Fantastic experience: I’m on the autistic spectrum and hadn’t been to the dentist in 8 years when I was reccomended infinity dentil clinic- the entire team are amazing and have such a great understanding of accsessibility for neurodivergent folks, for example letting me go into a quiet room to discuss my treatment plan, and booking extra time for my appointments. James is so understanding, calm and patient, he warns me what things will sound like and feel like when doing a filling, taking loads of time and making the environment feel really calm and relaxed. He lets me put my music on, and talks to me and my support and person about what to expect and what will happen next. I never feel rushed, and things are always explained in a way I understand. It has been so different to any experience of going to the dentist I’ve ever had. The environment also doesn’t look or feel like a dentists, there is music on in the waiting rooms and scent diffusers, and all the staff are really friendly and down to earth. It’s so hard finding a dentist that understands the needs of autistic people and I would reccomend infinity to anyone who is neurodiverse and looking for understanding and empathy in their care.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally write reviews, in fact I never write reviews but, I feel the need to thank the Infinity Dental Clinic in Leeds. I was referred by son who had used them previously. I too was impressed by their service and professionalism from the very start. After examination, they gave me a full breakdown for my treatment, including costs and timescales, which they stuck to. I have just had my final treatment and I cannot tell you how much my new smile means to me. Dr James David has some serious talent. As well as his skill, his personality is so friendly and calming that it made the whole experience so easy. In fact, the entire staff, including the hygienist, the service desk etc. are just the friendliest bunch of people you could ever meet. It might all sound a bit over the top but, it is true. Once again, thank you all so much and thanks Dr James for the smile I have always wanted, even though it has taken me 65 years to get there.

Fantastic experience: Infinity dental clinic . Where to start . I can only give them outstanding and five star . They care about you and I have received the best treatment I’ve ever had at a dentist my only wish would be that they had been around when I was younger ..All the team including receptionist are always there to help you nothing is too much trouble , and for me personally they have all put me at ease when I had concerns . They are there to chat and talk to anytime and everything is explained thoroughly. Nothing is too much trouble . But also adding to this their professional skills are truly outstanding .. They are qualified and top of their field dentists . I now live quite far away but I would never consider going anywhere else … thank you infinitely for everything you’ve done for me .

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience at Infinity Dental Clinic! Dr Vinay was brilliant. Calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough in his explanations. He made what could have been an anxious visit feel completely relaxed, removing any feeling of embarrassment or nerves right from the start. I then saw Melanie for my hygiene appointment, and again, everything was clearly explained. She gave me a proper clean and a realistic plan I can actually stick to - nothing overwhelming, just manageable and tailored to me. From the initial consultation to my composite restoration - and everything in between - I’ve felt calm, in control, and most importantly, never judged. A massive thank you to the whole team. Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed my treatment at Infinity Dental Clinic and couldn’t be happier with the results! As someone who was unhappy with their smile but also a very nervous patient and didn’t like visiting the dentist, I was anxious at the start. However, from my very first appointment, Dr. Roma McNeil made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly understanding of my concerns. I had a full smile makeover that included Invisalign, a root canal, teeth extraction, and a dental implant. Dr. McNeil was amazing at explaining all of my options clearly, helping me understand the timescales involved, and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Fantastic experience: My journey started in October 2024. I was completely devastated to have to have my front teeth removed due to recurring infections which caused unmentionable pain and a swollen face. My options given to me from my regular dentist was to remove all my front teeth because they were very loose and I kept getting recurring infections, there was no other option and they couldn't save them, after being told this I did my research on alternative treatment. After reading and looking around I picked to see Mohsin at Infinity Dental clinic, straight away I got a good vibe from all of the staff. I wasn't pressured or rushed into any decision, it may have been a long process for me to get my smile back but every step of the way my needs were catered for, I've got quite complex health issues with also being neurodivergent but Mohsin and Hannah looked after me and my anxieties and I never had any issues with someone getting back to me for reassurance or booked in to see someone face to face...and now I'm very pleased to say I've got my smile back and feel 100% confident and able to eat, talk, smile and laugh. Positive experience: I had X-Ray multiple times and apparently everything was fine however I knew something wrong. I went to different dentist and they found 3 root canal treatments. I was disappointed actually however there is that one time when they have saved one of my tooth moreover they are not open on emergency time so I had to go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: As a survivor of some shocking 1980's dentistry I am very grateful to Infinity for their patience in rebuilding my trust. In the last few years I have had a root canal procedure, an extraction and a full implant restoration, all done with the utmost professionalism, procedures which would have been previously unthinkable for me. Having that level of trust and confidence is critical to me, and after decades of procrastination I am now free from my previous fear of dentists.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to personally thank the Infinity Dental practice. I lost my front bottom tooth due to an infection and was naturally upset and worried about what to do? I researched different procedures and came to the conclusion that an implant would be the best way forward. I researched dental clinics and after reading reviews and their website decided Infinity would be a good option. I wasn’t disappointed, and after booking an initial consultation with Dr Patel in which he explained the full procedure, costs etc I went ahead and booked myself in for the procedure. As it was a good six months since I had lost my tooth and due to bone and gum loss they managed to bring my appointment forward and I had the surgery done in December 24. Dr Patel was brilliant and very professional throughout. Abbie coordinated everything and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure and organised the appointments. After surgery Hannah took over and was absolutely brilliant. Made me feel at ease and talked me through every step. I also had the teeth whitening done which made a massive difference. After three months Hannah fitted my new implant! So happy with it, you can’t tell any difference between my natural teeth and the colour matched them perfectly. All the staff were welcoming on each visit. Well done Infinity and thank you for giving my smile back to me

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my treatment for full arch dental implants on both the upper and lower arch at Infinity Dental Clinic, and from start to finish Dr Patel and the whole team, were exceptional. As an extremely nervous dental patient, starting my implant journey was a daunting prospect but the team at Infinity made me comfortable from the first appointment, and have now removed any fear of visiting the dentist! My case was particularly complex (needing bone and gum graft treatment in addition to the implant placements), but Dr Patel’s skill and extraordinary attention to detail have delivered the most amazing transformation which has already been life changing. I could not be happier with the result and look forward to showing off my new smile! Fantastic experience: I’ve had Infinity Dental Clinic as my place for dentistry for several years and they’ve always been the best. I’ve also gone to them in recent years for botox, and have always had a great experience. I literally tell anyone I know! Why I’m writing this review though (besides all of the above) is because I’ve not been 100% happy with my teeth and decided to do Invisalign and composite bonding through them. It’s been one of the best things I’ve invested in and I couldn’t be happier with the results! A VERY special thanks to Dr. McNeil who is clearly an expert and who I recommend now to anyone looking for dental or facial cosmetics. Following a tricky extraction at my own dentist I researched the best options for replacement and Infinity came highly recomended - it is very easy to see why. Fantastic experience: I started my journey at Infinity Dental last July, I was so nervous about visiting. As soon as I met Dr Mohsin Patel I felt at ease immediately, he made me feel so comfortable. My front 4 teeth needed to be removed and implants placed instead. He assured me from day 1 that I would feel much more confident by the time my treatment was completed, and I do! I can finally smile with confidence and not have to cover my mouth with my hands. I couldn’t recommend this dental clinic enough, such great service and care for their patients.

Negative experience: I have never been afraid of discomfort during dental treatment—what truly worries me is dentists who do poor-quality work. Over the years, I have faced numerous dental issues, many of which resulted in irreversible damage. Some of this harm was caused by unnecessary treatments recommended by dentists. This time, before undergoing any work on my crowns, I took my time researching my options. One of the consultations I attended was with Dr. Patel at Infinity. Among all the dentists I visited, he appeared to be the least knowledgeable. He overlooked basic aspects of gum health—the leading cause of tooth loss in adults—and instead of recommending new crowns, he pushed for implants. This practice seems primarily focused on selling implants rather than providing genuine restorative dentistry. Dr. Patel even attempted to scare me with warnings about potential bone loss over time and the supposed inability to place implants later in life. Thankfully, I also consulted a specialist in gum and bone loss, who provided an accurate diagnosis and a treatment plan aimed at genuinely addressing my dental health rather than simply inserting implants. I strongly believe in restorative dentistry and preserving my natural teeth for as long as possible, especially after experiencing complications from so-called "latest advancements" in the field. Unfortunately, I did not find this practice to uphold the high standards of restorative dentistry. Dr. Patel provided me with a detailed treatment plan centered around implants. Fortunately, I chose not to proceed. Nearly a year later, I now have beautiful new crowns, completed by a specialist at the Specialist Dental Care in Ilkley, along with a comprehensive gum treatment—an approach that truly prioritized my long-term dental health.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Infinity Dental Clinic in Leeds! I was in quite a bit of pain from a wisdom tooth and also had a chipped tooth that needed fixing. The team got me booked in really quickly, which was such a relief. The wisdom tooth extraction was done speedily and professionally, and I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. Healing was quick with no issues at all. The chipped tooth looks perfect too! Thank you so much to the whole team for your care and efficiency—highly recommend!

Negative experience: Came here a few years ago for a check up. I have what dentist call a perfect 32 (all my teeth and no fillings or rot etc etc). Despite this they tried to get me to sign up for a ridiculously expensive prepayment plan. I challenged it and was told that was what they recommended and they would not budge. Haven’t been back since. Recently found an amazing dentist, private, don’t cost the earth, and they are honest and upfront about necessary costs rather than putting profit before patient.

Fantastic experience: I had the news of “cracked molar, root canal” from my usual dentist. Obviously, that really worried me. I was advised that I could go to a specialist. I found Infinity and James via the Internet. I was seen straightaway. James put I in the effort of getting me pain free on my first consultation. Two more visits later and I had my root canal and a crown fitted. Everything was explained, and the routine was pretty straightforward. I couldn’t recommend James and Infinity anymore. Thanks mate!!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to Infinity Dental. I have a massive dental phobia and would get emotional at just the thought of going but I needed to get a filling done so found Infinity Dental, after recommendations from friends and their reviews. In the past, due to my phobia, I have had to have my dental work under intervenes sedation or even general anaesthetic! From my initial consultation, Dr David made me feel comfortable and listened to. There was no judgement about how nervous I was. He explained everything and listened to my experiences to understand the source and areas I found traumatic. Due to this interaction I decided to try having the filling done without any sedation. When the time came for the filling procedure Dr David has listened to my ‘triggers’ and made some adjustments and plans to help with those areas. Before the procedure started he went through it with me and explained certain things (or didn’t explain if I decided I didn’t want to know) that were going to happen and options. I never felt rushed or like my anxiety was an issue to him. This understanding and management of my triggers went a long ways to help me feel more comfortable during the procedure. He also used a ‘dental dam’ during the procedure, which is something I had not used/seen before. He explained everything about it beforehand and asked me if I wanted to try it, which I did. It covered my mouth but I could still breathe and swallow just fine. It meant that any of the water and debris from the procedure I couldn’t feel as it went into the dam, rather than down my throat so I didn’t feel any of it. I found this extremely useful and helped me to dissociate more from the procedure and concentrate on the music (another action in my procedure plan to help me relax). In general Dr David had a calm friendly demeanour. He was very reassuring and allowed me to, rightfully, have confidence in his skills. This is one of the first positive experiences I have had at a dentist. I already know I won’t be quite as nervous going to see Dr David next time. I couldn’t recommend Infinity Dental enough, especially if you have a dental phobia.

Fantastic experience: I needed urgent dental care - my previous dentist had taken me off the books and, more importantly to me, did not have wheelchair access. Infinity fitted me in, booked two further appointments a week apart for the care and provided perfect service for a wheelchair user. Excellent dentist with appropriate anaesthetic to prevent pain. Worth a journey across Leeds even though I wanted someone local to me. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: After experiencing numerous issues with my NHS dentist, including appointments with different practitioners, receiving contradictory information, and being informed that I would have to wait over two weeks for an emergency extraction on a tooth that they had previously deemed satisfactory, I decided to seek an alternative dentist. I contacted Infinity Dental Clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the team, particularly Dr Mistry. They promptly arranged an urgent consultation, during which it was confirmed that my tooth was cracked, infected, and suffering from root resorption. The extraction was efficiently completed within a couple of days. Due to the outstanding service I received, I opted to proceed with dental implants. The team took the time to meticulously explain the treatment plan and the various stages of the process. The procedure was remarkably pain-free, with the only discomfort occurring just before my stitches were removed. The aftercare was great, with a phone call at each stage of the procedure to ensure everything was ok. I am extremely satisfied with the results and can highly recommend Infinity Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Infinity since they took over from Dr Edwards. I’ve always been looked after and found the upmost care, attention and service has always been provided. I had a root filling done almost 15 years ago and unfortunately it had failed and became infected back in May. I was just about to go on a long hall holiday so i was quite concerned. I was given an appointment promptly and after a couple of follow up appointments and all options explored, we agreed that the tooth would be extracted and I would have an implant. From then I’ve been handled superbly every step of the way and been given the best care and attention. In addition to the new tooth I had teeth whitening and the results are amazing. I’m over the moon with my new tooth as well as the whiteness of my teeth. Thank You!

Fantastic experience: As someone who’s been terrified of the dentist since being a child I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Started my dental treatment with Heidi and was initially going in for sedation but I was made to feel so at ease by Heidi herself I just went straight for it without sedation and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way my first treatment went! Couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who’s never had dental work done due to fear. I will never be scared of the dentist again 11/10 experience and I can’t wait to finish the rest of my dental plan with Heidi :)

Fantastic experience: After an unfortunate fall I incurred some chipping to my front teeth. I called Infinity at 8.30am, explained my situation, the receptionist was really understanding and an appointment was made available to me at 9.05am- AMAZING. Dr Hannah Wilson instantly gave me the reassurance I needed. There was no pain and the repair work was exceptional. I needed a follow up appointment and this was made within a couple of days to ensure I had my confidence and smile back ASAP. I'm so grateful for the care I receieved. I would highly recommend Infinity Dental Clinic - 5 Stars.

Negative experience: Like going to dodgy mechanic. Can't trust any dentist who suggests paying extortionate fees for a molar filling (for a shadow on my molar my NHS dentist didn't deem worth it and has been totally fine over 2 years on) - not sure why that had to preclude putting veneers on incisors anyway. Also wanted to put crowns on the rest of my incisors which were perfectly healthy too, just because one tooth was discoloured - talk about taking a seldgehammer to a problem. Saved myself £4k by having the discoloured tooth internally bleached elsewhere. They did not "offer me all the alternatives" like they claim in response to other reviews. Ashamed I ever set foot in here.

Fantastic experience: I can't say how relieved I was by the care and attention Infinity Dental gave to me after numerous, traumatising experiences with other dentists that left me not going for years. Due to a persistent abscess on both sides of my wisdom teeth, I eventually faced the music to book an appointment through recommendation. They were incredible through the entire process and when it came to the day of the extraction; they were nothing but patient and supportive, resulting with both wisdom out in less than 10 minutes!! I couldn't believe it. I can honestly say they are the best in the business and I simply can't recommend them enough if you're also a nervous wreck with these types of things.

Fantastic experience: The implant treatments I have received at Infinity Dental Clinic have been life changing for me. I was a particularly difficult case with extreme bone deteriation that required a lot of restorative work before implants were possible. I used to struggle to eat, my speech had changed over time, and it was affecting my appearance in a big way. Now with the implants fitted, it has allowed me to eat as normal again, my speech has returned to normal and my face looks visibly fuller again. They feel like my own natural teeth and I don't even think about them, yet it has improved the quality of my life dramatically. The staff are lovely, and a great comfort when going through the difficult procedures. I am grateful to the staff at Infinity and Dr Patel who put so much effort into ensuring that I got the best results.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to say a massive thank you to Dr Mohsin Patel, Dr Roma McNeil and the rest of the Infinity team for giving me back my smile making me look ten years younger and allowing me to eat properly for the first time in almost twenty years since i started losing all my teeth. Since my journey started six months ago it was always you guys at Infinity Dental Clinic that contacted me and i did not have to jump through hoops to get treatment like i was expected to down here in Cambridge and that's the reason why i decided the journey up to Leeds every time was worth it and now my treatment has finished its basically just check ups to follow i will still continue to come up to Leeds because in my opinion you guys at Infinity are the best there is, Infinity will now be my dentist for the foreseeable future you are all truly remarkable people! My treatment was performed a week before Christmas and i went for option two which consisted of repair to my jawbone as it was so badly damaged and six dental implants, the surgery was painless and was over within an hour but the stiches in my gums were quite uncomfortable for three months while they were in but the pain was well controlled with Ibuprofen and a soft diet, once the stiches were taken out that discomfort disappeared instantly and then it was just three month wait for everything to heal. Once the healing process was complete i then i had two sets of impressions done to have my new dentures made. Now we are in August and i now have a full set of teeth that clip into my implants and i can now finally once again eat crusty rolls and steak and you have no idea how good it is to be able to eat my favorite foods and to be able to chew food properly, something i didn't think would be possible twelve months ago. So again thank you so much everybody at Infinity Dental Clinic from the bottom of my heart you are all amazing people from the girls on the front desk to all the dentists and especially to you Dr Mohsin for giving me back my smile absolutely five star service and if anyone out there is considering dental implantation and can afford it i would thoroughly recommend Infinity they are all amazing!

Fantastic experience: I went to infinity to get a root canal after weeks of pain and dreading the decision on whether to try save the tooth or extract it (my top molar). I had read so many scary things all over and watched bits on tiktok that had completely put me off the thought of a root canal, but after visiting infinity dental and hearing that there can be more complications extracting the tooth than trying to save it, I decided to go for the root canal. Shoutout to Vinny who was able to detect my abscess, which other dentists could not seem to find with the standard X-ray. But my biggest thanks is to Dr James who was the one who did my root canal. I told him about my anxiety with root canals and he completely put me at ease. He was very gentle, professional and even made sure to talk me through the process. He also checked on me throughout which made me feel like I was in safe hands. Couldn’t thank Dr James enough, he even played music during my treatment to make time go faster!!! I did the root canal in two parts and i’m happy to say that everything went well. I just hope the root canal holds up, but will be keeping an eye on the tooth until my next appointment. So far so good! Thanks Infinity for the amazing service and care, really appreciate it. If anyone is as stressed about their painful tooth as I was, go here!!! x

Fantastic experience: I can not praise the professionalism and compassion throughout my ongoing treatment enough , First of all I had both impacted wisdom teeth removed (separate dates) at my initial consultation which I was terrified at the thought of having my wisdom teeth removed, Dr Mistry talked me through my x-rays and explained the procedure to me in depth so I understood and was happy to proceed, I attended my appointment on removal day , and to say I was a wreck was an understatement but Dr Mistry’s calming and professional approach certainly made me more at ease during my procedure, Jane was also a god send, she was reassuring and comforting throughout. The second removal day came and I felt at ease, I knew what to expect I was still nervous but a lot calmer, this didn’t stop Dr Mistry and Jane’s reassurance throughout. After my second procedure I developed dry socket over the bank holiday weekend, I called first thing Tuesday to be seen and Dr Mistry got me straight in and within 24 hours I was pain free again. We are now 2 months on from my first removal and 6 weeks from my second and my mouth has never felt better, Thanks and appreciation also has to be given to Dr Hannah, who I have recieved 3 fillings from, and due another in a couple of weeks, I was more traumatised by the first filling than the removals, I was again professionally reassured and comforted throughout my procedures the last one being 2 days ago and I can honestly say I feel so much calmer about going to the dentist now, and I can not thank you all enough for how easy and effortless you make me feel at ease just by being yourselves. So thank you all !!

Enter Infinity Dental who I chose after much research and I couldn't have been more impressed with the final outcome. Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist in the worst pain from an infected wisdom tooth that my dentist wouldn't do anything about and referred me to Mexborough for it taken out which would take 24 weeks for a consultation and then a further 24 weeks for the procedure , but at infinity they arranged an immediate appointment that day and took it out within 7 days, my dentist was lovely , patient , reassuring, and took the time to explain and show me xrays and scans and why I was in so much pain. The whole team were just lovely, thankyou do much for everything you did for me , I will be eternally grateful x x

Fantastic experience: I recently had an assessment regarding the concern about my painful receding gums. I had been worried about the appointment for a while. Upon entering the practice I was welcomed by two very friendly receptionists at the desk. I then was greeted by the dentist who would assess my teeth and gums, a lady called Roma. She was amazing, she instantly put me at ease and she was the most gentle and caring dentist I have ever met! She said that my receeding gums were not suitable for any treatment as the damage was only minor. Also she was very neutral and didn't push me into anything that I didn't need doing! Fantastic experience: In 2009 I had an extremely bad experience with my former dentist and therefore did not visit another dentist due to anxiety for many years. Towards the back end of 2023 my crown fell out and I decided that after all this time I should go to a dentist, I researched on line and found Infinity which I emailed and then spoke to someone, from the initial phone call I knew that Infinity was the place to go. On my first consultation I was extremely nervous but Dr James David was amazing, talking through my options and explaining everything step by step and more importantly putting me at ease, he then made an appointment for Hannah Wilson the hygenist to clean my teeth, who again was amazing. The whole process was around 6 months, which seems like a long time but it has flown, yes there has been quite a few appointments (because they are thorough and want quality work carried out for all patients) Infinity also made sure they could accommodate appointments out of my working hours. The care, understanding, patience and professionalism from all staff has made this process a positive experience. I would highly recommend not only the staff that have cared for me but from what I have seen the whole team of staff that have the needs of the patient at the forefront of the business. Fantastic experience: Went to Infinity Dental Clinic today. First time at a dentist in 15 years, so I was unsurprisingly quite nervous. Heidi and the team made me feel very comfortable from the start. I had to have a broken tooth pulled and they were able to fit it in right then and there, and were absolutely amazing.
