Fantastic experience: I had a concern about pain I was experiencing and the integrity of my front white filling. I received excellent care, and she was informative and considerate, as usual.

Negative experience: Unfortunately very poor service. I came to the room , no introduction was made , nurse didn’t even say hello. Very poor customer service and because of miscommunication in the end they took out the tooth I didn’t plan to take out .

I wish they would first ask if any information had changed, since your last visit, so you would only have to do it again if so.

Fantastic experience: After a conversation with my neighbour he asked me if I knew a dental surgery where he could get his teeth cleaned locally. After a quick Google I found you fortunately. We turned up unannounced approximately 11am to enquire if you were taking on any new patients. We spoke to the wonderful reception staff and they managed to give him a 12:45 appointment. We turned up at tge appointed time and filled out the required forms and saw the dentist at the time. They were so helpful and polite also. After the appointment we were fortunate enough to also get a hygienist appointment in Wolverton. To see my neighbour Chris so happy and appreciative warmed my heart. All the staff we've met today gave been superb. Kind,helpful,efficient,polite and generally lovely people. Thank you so much for all your help.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for quite sometime at least 15 years. They have always been very professional and helpful especially in an emergency situation.I see Dr Vijay Bagha he is absolutely the best, kind,considerate and very calming. I don't know anyone who actually looks forward to a dental appointment, but this practice with a newly refurbished interior and exterior, including ample parking, is certainly one I would fully recommend.

Dr Kumar and her assistant performed a great job in supplying a denture in June 2025. Reception Team are also to be commended. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Dental Suite for many years during which time I have received treatment from a number of dentists - all of whom have been excellent. The practice is modern and pleasant. An excellent friendly service is provided by all members of staff. My recent routine check up was with Dr Devanshi Kanani who gave me useful advice for the care of my teeth and gums. Can recommend the Dental Suite.

Negative experience: They won’t pick up the phone at all I tried to make call need hold nearly 1/2 hour

Fantastic experience: Fantastic teeth straightening treatment with Smilelign from Dr Kumar and her team. From being a teenager with wonky teeth 30 years ago and rejecting my dentist’s advice of braces to hitting adolescence and being very conscious of my teeth, that I never showed them when I smiled. The treatment has revolutionised my confidence and I wish I had done it years ago. The treatment took less than a year and the results were so quick. I cannot recommend Dr Kumar enough. Sarah Evans

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience here, first thing I had to pay to get checked after been transferred from the sister clinic that sent me there so I had to pay another check up visit for someone already recommended to get fixed by the dentist of the sister practice and then the day of my appointment the dentist that did my filling was very frustrated and annoyed at the assistant that didn't showed up on time so she had to ask to another one to work with her but she was visibly very angry about this and made me feel very uncomfortable as she was really nervous the whole hour I was there and it was not very professional the fact she interrupted the treatment to go pick up the call of the one that was late I guess while I was there mouth open waiting to finish the job and the assistant that was rarely helping with the aspirator so I had this very uncomfortable and annoying sensation of feeling the saliva almost chocking me, as he was only using the suction only when the saliva was overflowing the mouth, but I could not say anything as she was already very on the nervous edge, so I just kept my uncomfortable feeling for myself as I wanted to leave as soon as possible since there was not a good energy in that room. Not to mention the lack of professionalism of the suction tool placed on my chest that was touching the other tools on the right side of the chair. I guess the dentist did not wanted it in my mouth and the guy was a way too busy doing his tidying up things to hold it or place it back, and the dentist was busy drilling with the other hand so could not use it and it ended up laying on my chest, very uncomfortable feeling and not really hygienic since it goes in my mouth and of course ended up getting attached and touching to the other tools (and after did not got changed cos of course was going in my mouth not their mouth!) since it is basically a vacuum, this is because since the assistant was so busy with tidying up the trays for the day, as I was the very first appointment, which I expect this would be done as a before appointment task or in between task, not something you do in the crucial moment of the dentist drilling and load of saliva going in my throat, since I was laid flat on my back. Of course the suction tool went back in my mouth after touching all the other tools, I did not mention anything that day as it was really unpleasant all this and I wanted to get done and be gone asap from there so no unfortunately this place has not been up to my expectations of professionalism and hygiene standards so I can't recommend it based on my bad experience, in general this was not a good experience at all and was my first and will be my last time I spend money and time here, especially after I pay a private cost treatment but regardless how much someone pays for the requirement of professionalism and hygiene when talking about something done in your mouth it should be always there but in my case both basic things were lacking. I was not happy with the service received, I hope the filling at least will last as the treatment itself was not a good experience at all.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend more. I’ve been seen by Mr Omar Shadid for the past two times when I’ve had issues with my wisdom tooth and my treatment always goes smoothly and he makes me feel comfortable and not scared of any treatment at all. Both of my experiences has been super positive and he’s one of the loveliest dentists I’ve had.

Negative experience: I was referred to this clinic via the NHS after receiving private treatment for a wisdom tooth issue a few weeks ago. While the pain had improved, it hadn’t completely resolved—so I was referred. The experience here was extremely disappointing. The dentist performed only a brief visual and manual inspection—no X-rays, no proper examination—and quickly dismissed my concerns. He claimed the pain was muscle-related and from the jaw; he even questioned whether anything had ever been wrong, effectively disregarding the professional diagnosis and treatment I had already received. Not only did I feel dismissed and not taken seriously, but I was also discharged back to the NHS without any proper investigation or support. It felt like a complete waste of the time I spent waiting for the referral, and now I may have to wait for couple of months before getting another referral to a dentist. I expected a professional and thorough assessment, not to be brushed off and made to feel like my previous care was unjustified.

I believe rapport should be established between the service user and provider before any procedure to create a cordial and relaxed environment and also even if there are any delays, the patient should never be made to feel they are being rushed. Overall amazing experience over the past years.

Positive experience: I was referred by my practice to have a wisdom tooth removed I have a phobia of needles and I can happily say I had a great experience, staff were very patient and the removal was less then 5 minutes and easy no pain healing now.

Positive experience: I had my teeth & gums cleaned very thoroughly. I had a slit infection & the work was completed.

Fantastic experience: Referred by my regular dentist for extraction of a lower wisdom tooth, I knew nothing of the Dental Centre beforehand. All the staff were welcoming and efficient and Mustapha had the tooth out in short order without any fuss. I felt a bit bruised when the anaesthetic wore off but 24h later I feel almost back to normal. Very happy with the service here.

Fantastic experience: Another efficient check up from Dr Vijay Bagha. A lovely pleasant chap. Top work guys don’t change.

Negative experience: I came here for hygiene treatment while waiting for an appointment at my regular dentist. I paid for 30 minutes of treatment but was only in the chair for just over 20 minutes. The hygienist was good but her assistant dealing with the suction was not good, the suction was more uncomfortable than the treatment, felt like she was trying to stab me with the tube. Finally they tried to get me to pay an extra £20 to lift stains from my teeth part way through the treatment. Trying to upsell when a patient is on their back mouth wide open is poor practice, they should be upfront from the word go. I declined and my teeth look fine. Just over £80 for just over 20 minutes in the chair is poor value. Consider using another dentist.

Positive experience: Place is clean Appointments do run a bit late at times it would be nice to be told if that’s the case Staff are very pleasant

Fantastic experience: I am 64 and been a NHS patient here for over 39 years and although the dentists have changed a lot I have found each of them excellent. I have had regular check ups, fillings, root canal treatment and teeth out. The recent updating of practice and equipment has made it much nicer. I always rebook my check ups but on the occasion I've needed to have emergency treatment I've been able to get an appointment. I am so glad I'm still with yhe practice and don't begrudge paying for my treatment. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic first visit! The receptionists were very welcoming, and the waiting area was spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean. Caroline, our dentist, was incredibly friendly and professional. She genuinely wanted to help each of us. Fantastic experience: SMILELIGN I recently completed my smilelign programme and absolutely delighted with the results. From start to finish i was well informed ,with regular appointments and access to your own online portal to see how your teeth would change during this process. The senior dentist and dental nurse focused throughout on getting the results I wanted. I have been a patient at The Dental Suite for 30 years and have always found the staff to be polite, and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice and Smilelign.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist after a very bad experat another practice a few years ago. I went in for filling and a root canal. All staff were very professional and helpful. My dentist who it was the first time of me meeting and me being in the anxious state I was have completely forgotten her name but I think it was Charlene(apologies if that's incorrect) was amazing she made me feel completely at ease and looked after me so well. I'm back next Friday to finish up and I'm feeling a lot more at ease about the whole thing. Thank you team!!!

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of dentists but Iv been attending this dentist for a few years now with both my children, they are always friendly and amazing with the kids! My dentist was very helpful and made future suggestions to be able to sort my teeth. One comment this time though I was just enquiring about if I am entitled to free care/where I can find out and the administrator on the phone was rude and didn’t start off helpful. She was willing to cancel my appointment until I made a comment that no one is bothering trying to help me, this then eventually prompted her to give me a website which she could have done from the get go.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Kanani has always manages to put me at ease with her warm, caring nature, easy manner and patience. She is an extremely competent and skilful dentist and has always done her best to sort matters out for me as at the moment in dealing with issues at the lab I’d also like to mention the receptionists who are very friendly, calmly efficient, considerate and understanding. I have been coming here for some 40 years and am more than happy to continue to do so

Positive experience: As usual totally professional in every way always make me feel very relaxed and for someone with a life time fear of Dentist this is important, this visit needed a bit more of an in depth discussion on moving forward with a new problem but i left feeling that my options had been fully explained. Positive experience: I’ve been going to this dentist for 30 years and always had good service (albeit the receptionists haven’t always been friendly in that time). I went yesterday and the reception staff were incredibly friendly, nice and patient! My dentist appointment was a bit depressing! I was told my teeth were very bad and forced to make a hygienist appointment which I didn’t want as the last time I had this done It was so distressing. My teeth are by no means awful, I’m 36 and only had 1 filling. I was made to feel like my teeth were rotten! They aren’t!! My husband also had his teeth checked here last year and was told by the same dentist his teeth are the worse she’s ever seen. Again, my husbands teeth are not rotten or falling out, they’re just normal! Surely not the WORSE she’d ever seen?! Put him off ever going to the dentist again and to be honest, I’m put off by going too! The dentist I had before was so nice and warm and friendly. But unfortunately , after having to rearrange my appointment because of staff holiday/sickness 3 times, my appointment yesterday left me feeling really low.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Dental Suite yesterday for an extraction. I was rather apprehensive but I need not have worried. I was seen on time, put at my ease, given two injections and without any discomfort the extraction was quickly completed. Today healing is progressing well without any issues.

Dentist. Dec 24 I had t hadn't had the opportunity to see a dentist or hygienist for over 5 years. I applied to The Dental Suite MK who agreed to take me on - I knew I would be a challenging case, but the Reception staff, were great, the Dentist was first class and set me at easy, she had a lovely way about her. The Dentist also referred me to the Hygienist who were both just as professional and took great care of me. I have to return for further treatment and looking forward to it - honest!! Fantastic experience: I have just recently moved into the area so I just popped in to see if they would take new patients with small hopes. They took my details and luckily I've got an invitation for an initial checkup which I have attended yesterday. The service so far is absolutely brilliant. Receptionists are very helpful and the dentist herself was very calming and professional. I've got everything explained what was happening during my visit and also they recommendations for my dental care going forward. Really just what you would want from a dentist appointment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had to have 2 extractions with the Dental Surgeon, Mustafa, one of which was difficult. In fact, I was in and out in 15 minutes, much to my relief! I was treated with real care and kindness. Fantastic experience: Half my tooth fell out and rang early in the morning and was given a late morning appointment. I saw a new dentist , don't know her name but from Iran. She was excellent and sorted my pain. Staff booking appointment were excellent on the phone as were the receptionists , thank you.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to Dental Suite. Both visits have been made enjoyable (if ever going to the dentist could be described as enjoyable) because of the customer care and the professionalism of the dentist herself. On both occasions I have needed tooth extraction - which, apart from the injections, were both almost painless! I am extremely happy that Dental Suite was recommended to me!

Fantastic experience: Had to go to Dental Suite as a referral for an extraction. I was quite nervous as it was a molar right at the end, The dentist walked me through what he would do and started, it was quite difficult to extract for the dentist but I was out of the practice in about half an hour. They was excellent, I am a little bit sore but nothing to what I was expecting. Thank you Dental Suite. Oh and I only went there two days ago.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service provided by this dentist. I always receive the forms beforehand to fill in, reducing any paperwork necessary on the day of the appointment. My dentist Dr Ezeofor is friendly and helpful. At my recent checkup I was seen promptly and given helpful advice.

Fantastic experience: I called the day before as a new patient, they got me in at 8 am the next morning, I attended, I was met by my dentist who was so lovely, she put my mind at rest, kept me calm. When did not even know she gave the injection as she had a technique of shaking my cheek. She said to get the blood flowing, little did I know she gave me the injection. This is the first dentist in my life that was so gentle and calming and took my fear away Just wish I remembered her name The dental nurse was lovely too, they worked so well together Thank you

Fantastic experience: I am at the dentist more than I would like to be. However, in recent years, I have seen the improvements not just in relation to the ascetics of the surgery but in the service being provided. The receptionists are well trained, and you can see and feel the difference. Of course, my favourite dentist got to be Doctor Vijay. He is an absolutely outstanding dentist, I feel at home in his dental chair. He is always so reassuring, and what can sometimes be a very horrendous procedure turns out to be a relaxing, almost hypnosis experience. Congratulations on your continued improvement and patients focus service.

Fantastic experience: Visited my dentist yesterday ,cannot fault her work ,explained everything concisely and further treatment plan in 6 months times, Reception staff very polite and friendly making everyone feel more at ease .Highly reccomend this practice to anyone needing dental treatment both on NHS or private .

Fantastic experience: visited the dental suite due to severe tooth ache. xray indicated an infection and my dentist prescribed antibiotics which cleared the problem with 3 days. Was able to get an appointment quickly and very pleased with the outcome. Dentists and staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Have been a patient at the dental suite for around 33 years.
