Positive experience: Dentists are great receptionist Claire however is not! My husband suffers with his mental health and I had to cancel an appointment after receiving a reminder text the same day her reply was if you cancel again you will not be seen here! Rebooked and after our appointment she shouted over other patients would u like to book for in 6 months time I said politely I will give u a ring to book, she rolled her eyes!!! All she does is moan behind that glass for all the patients to hear! Not professional at all!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this dentist and it couldn’t have been better. The receptionist Claire was friendly and approachable going above and beyond for me - it’s lovely to see someone so happy in their job! The dentist Abbey was very knowledgeable and took her time to get to know me and my teeth. She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. She took time showing and explaining my X rays and gave me options regarding issues. This is the first time in a long while I have left a dentist feeling listening to and valued. Great job all - I will be recommending to all my friends & family. thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment here yesterday. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, and so was my dentist and hygienist. There is 1 set of stairs to climb which is a little tough for those of us with disabilities. I've never felt so immediatly put at ease and welcomed at the dentist before. I wasnt rushed, i felt my teeth mattered to them. i was encouraged to discuss and ask questions. i didnt feel judged for my past health concerns. and i really felt listened to and cared for. They were really gentle and understanding with my sensitive tooth, and my dislocating jaw. (i cant open very wide). and the instrument placed in the mouth for x-ray was the most comfortable ive experienced anywhere. (not some huge contraption that digs into your gums). i didnt think this existed in the UK anymore. My mom is swapping to here after my glowing review. Thank you so much for your care, it brightened my day.

Fantastic experience: First visit to Oraco after several disappointing year at my last practice. First impressions are good, staff were friendly and the dentist that saw me explained a lot of what was causing a long standing issue with one of my teeth - something that my previous dentist never did. Long may it continue!!

Negative experience: I've been treated really bad by the staff at Oraco, no empathy for my mental health or my situation at all, they don't listen, they have made me feel stupid on numerous occasions, the receptionist put me on loud speaker this morning in the dental practice, during opening hours so the manager could hear what I was saying. The manager had also said to a relative of mine "if I was on the desk when you called she wouldn't of got in" and I've been treated accordingly since. I wouldn't recommend them especially if your on the NHS they are not interested.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the service I have recieved so far from all the team. I needed several extractions, and was anxious at times but the team were very reassuring, professional and informative. No judgement, just treatment and care. Well done to the whole team at Oraco Wednesbury.

Negative experience: The worst dentist ever Amarith koner she’s not professional and she doesn’t even know what she’s doing I booked appointment for treatment my tooth and she only did assessment and she couldn’t even decide what she gonna do with my case and she suggested to refer to other dentist cuz she’s not specialist at root canal what a waste of time and money avoid this dental practice as much as possible

Negative experience: Very bad service from start to finish Waiting time is astronomical 7 weeks in my case Did not want to refill a filling that came out with they fitted only 6 months ago and told me no access to the tooth and recommended pulling the tooth out On the check up i was told all ok nothing else to do and have been sent home I decided to go to a different dentist refilled the missing filler with no problem and was booked for some more fillers in other tooths wich was missed on inspection at oraco Avoid at all cost incompetent dentist working there

Fantastic experience: Update review 5 July 2024: I cannot praise everyone at this dental practice enough. Still 5* I had yet another cracked tooth yesterday that dentist Anita managed to save using her excellent skills; a massive thank you to her again. After receiving an appointment for a week later, the Reception staff called me the very next day with a cancelled slot for the following day; thank you to them for their amazing service. In addition, Anita had diagnosed that I have gum disease, which was quite serious and I never knew! She has treated this issue a while ago now but keeps a regular check on it and she really is the only reason that I still have most of my own teeth. You cannot thank someone enough for that! ————————————————- January 2022 I have been going to this dentist in Wednesbury for quite a while and they are brilliant. Like others who have posted reviews, I have had bad experiences in the past but they certainly took my fear of going to the dentist away from the start. The dentist Anita and all the staff are really kind, friendly and super professional with the additional bonus of her always offering the best offer for the treatment she is providing; which you have to say is unprecedented! I have learned that I can trust them to do the best for me and they give me good advice without lecturing. I broke (another) tooth on New Year's Day 2022 and they put me in on standby within 2 days for treatment after they opened after the Christmas break and Anita worked her magic and fixed it when I expected to lose it; I was truly impressed. Thank you to everyone there - 5 stars well deserved.

Great care is taken during every treatment, and all options are fully explained. A quick clean always ends every check up, which is more than can be said for most practices these days, who are usually more interested in pushing the services of their private dental hygienist. A very caring practice.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been able to get a Dentist appointment for two years , had a dreadful experience when I was a kid that left a mental scare on me for years . However my visit to Arco Wendsbury changed all that as the staff there were very Considerate & conducted themselves as Caring Professionals instead of robots doing a job. My Dentist was a young woman who explained what she needed to do before carrying out her actions and who treated her patient as a human being with care and Compassion at all times, kept her hands away from my mouth as much as possible so at no time did I feel like I was suffocating or that I could not breathe . Therefore I would recommend this Practice for people who either have children or like men have had a distressing experience in the past.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with this dentist for only few months and I’ve had 3 visits so far and all have been great, particularly today. Receptionists have always been very welcoming and friendly. I rang this morning for an emergency appointment and managed to get in late morning. The dentist I saw today was such a lovely man. Following on from bad tooth ache he said my wisdom tooth needed to come out and explained why. He talked me through every step of what was going to happen and his lovely assistant talked me through what to do the next couple of days. Nothing felt rushed and I felt very much at ease. Extremely grateful for all that was done for me today.

Fantastic experience: The best thing I did was changing my dental provider. I've recently joined this dental practice and all I can do is praise them. Firstly the reception staff are very warm and welcoming. One of the reception staff was Kelly she was very good. The dentist Amarith was excellent. She listened to my concerns. She carried out a full check/ x-rays. She then explained in detail any issues. Also what route to take. She was very thorough and answered any of my concerns. I am so glad I've changed dentist. I would recommend using this dental practice. They are currently taking on NHS patients. An overall 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a complex dental procedure at Oraco requiring three separate visits over a period of a few weeks. On each occasion the treatment was fully explained beforehand and afterwards. Care during the procedure was excellent and I am delighted with the final oiutcome.

Fantastic experience: We're registered with oraco for 3yrs now. From the registration process to regular visits and everything in-between have been absolutely fantastic and smooth, everytime. We get regular reminders phone calls 24hrs before the appointment, which is great. Staff are very polite and always happy to adjust appointments on short notice, dentist team is great too, they look after and advise and adjust the treatment as per your needs. Fantastic experience: Recently joined this dental practice and hadn't been to a dentist for 10 yrs tbh. On first visit found staff very friendly and helpful. Explaining all issues I had with my teeth and being very understanding of my worries. Had to go back to have tooth extracted. Not going to lie I was very nervous but needn't of been. The staff were really considerate and kept me informed of every step. The tooth extraction was straight forward and done with absolutely no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Generally the practise is clean ,however one negative is there was some boxes and equipment stuff on entry in waiting area. I'm sure these were there 3 months ago on last visit. Negative experience: My experience at this dental practise, to say the least was rubbish. The dentist I booked my appointment with, called Anita Kundra, was supposed to check the pain around my teeth and gum. She said that she wasn't able to identify the error and as a dentist she has been taught well enough about this, she requested for me to go to A&E because of how 'difficult' the scenario was. I went to A&E and they stated that a normal working dentist of any qualification is more than capable to give me the correct medication regarding the pain I was having. Whilst I was sat in A&E for almost 8 hours, I felt that she just couldn't be bothered to identify and tell me rather than passively handing over to someone else. Another issue regarding Anita is that she has an awful attitude regarding her occupation, it felt quite like she is racist to people that aren't of her ethnicity or background. Thirdly which I find to be unprofessional in a working place is that she tends to flirt with some other colleague in the same working place as her. I don't tend to look for errors in a work place but this was just not promising for Oraco. In conclusion, if I was you and you want to be a patient with them or want to join their patient list, avoid at all cost!

Fantastic experience: Staff are really friendly and helpful in ways of my mom and I are at the same dentist so they give us appointments together to save making multiple journey's. Our appointment was 11.30 but had a call to say come now we can get you in early.

Fantastic experience: I saw dentist Amarith at Oraco, who diagnosed the source of my dental problems. She explained clearly the options available for treatment and showed me the xrays. I decided to have a tooth extracted to solve the problem. The procedure was all painless and I was advised about aftercare. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Emma for sorting out my appointments. A very well organised and caring surgery.
