Negative experience: I was removed from the list because they said i missed their appointment twice, but when i asked when was the missing appointments, they were unable to give me exact time and date where my 'missed' appointment was. In fact, this was the first time i requested to reschedule an appointment that i booked 6 months ago. They were rude and not able to respond phone calls, and then they said i did not cancel on-time. Do they think that people can just wait and wait till they have time to speak on phone and always have time to send over message on email when emergency comes up in your life? DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, it is totally wasting your time.

Fantastic experience: I had a very very large infection. Antibiotics not working. Today I was attended to by Dr Tanya and her colleague along with the assistant. After draining the infection which was lengthy and, ok, painful I have some stronger medication and it feels so much better already. Many thanks to the 3 ladies that treated me. You are the best in my eyes. ***** 5 star.

Fantastic experience: I have just joined S3 Dental and have to say I am really impressed with everything at this dental practice. All the staff are lovely and the practice is very clean and tidy. I visited today Weds 7th May 2025 for a check up with my dentist Dr. Tanya and her dental nurse Kuni, who are both lovely people and very helpful. Dr Tanya explains everything in detail and makes me feel so relaxed when having dental treatment carried out. 10 out of 10 for me. Kind regards Alan.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today for an extraction of some tooth roots and a filling. I went in very anxious and worried but the dentist who saw me and her assistant were so lovely and helpful that my anxiety didn't stick around. The dentist made me feel so comfortable and talked me through what was happening and it was absolutely fine. Going to this dentist has really made me realise that actually dentists arnt that bad of a place (IV had bad experiences elsewhere) thank you for fixing my mouth xx

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment today here was seen in less than 5 minutes in and out. Helpful informative staff especially those on reception. My dentist and the nurse were very accommodating and answered all my questions, a clean and presentable practice . Overall a wonderful experience :)

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this dental practice after being encouraged by my husband to change service provider. I am really glad I did. I am so happy with the dental service I received. From registering with the Practice to having a crown fitted along side a replacement filling, the team were fantastic. The dentist provided a very professional and personalised service and demonstrated excellent communication skills throughout procedures. The dental nurse was also personable and professional. I was surprised to receive a follow up call later in the day following each treatment session to ensure all was well. The whole service has been both pleasant and reassuring. It would be so lovely if all dental services provided this level of care and attention. Thank you

Fantastic experience: 1st visit for treatment today and I don’t mind saying….I was petrified! I had such a bad experience with a previous dentist practice, it has left me emotionally scarred and I was on the verge of a panic attack today. But guess what??? My treatment was only 10 mins in the chair, they explained everything beforehand and before I knew it, I was getting the tampons he shoulder to say “all done”. Fantastic experience: I have just joined this practice and I have to say that I am extremely impressed. I travelled a long distance to be seen here (no NHS appointments available near where I live) and the dentist, Mr Lone, was kind, thorough and professional, and was able to see me for my follow up appointment within a short space of time. The treatment I received was excellent and I could not be happier. The whole team here, including receptionists and dental nurses are positive, kind and really helpful. Thanks again for looking after me so well, I really appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed following my appointment with S3 Dental. After some very difficult past dental and medical experiences, and then losing my NHS dentist during covid, I had not seen a dentist for far too long. I knew I had a lot of work coming, and was very anxious about my appointment. They were incredibly non-judgemental and kind, they put me at ease for every step and explained at each stage what was happening and why, and checked I was comfortable. I left feeling confident in my understanding of what I needed to do moving forward, the cost, my options and also with no concerns or fears about returning. It is such a relief knowing I now have a treatment plan in place and I can get things sorted in an environment where I feel safe and understood.

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere, reception ladies are nice, my dentist explains everything that's going to happen

Negative experience: Drilled so far into my tooth that the nerve was affected and was painful. The filling is OK but why the dentist put a soft covering over it, which was too high and came off after 2 hours is beyond me. I don't want to be sucking a lump of metal in my mouth for the rest of my life so I decline further treatment until I can either find a dentist that can give me a porcelain crown or at a time when I can afford one.

Positive experience: I attended my check-up appointment today and as always, Sami was amazing and professional. I was seen promptly with no waiting around. All checks were completed thoroughly, and clear feedback was provided. 5 Stars for Sami. The only suggestion I have is regarding the check-out process. It would be helpful if the receptionist came to the waiting area to call patients when they are ready to check out. Currently, the receptionist remains seated behind the desk, out of view from the waiting area, and loudly shouts out patients’ names from there. (Not exactly professional) hence 4 stars.In contrast, the dentist always comes to the waiting area to greet and escort patients, which feels much more personal and professional. Overall, the experience was excellent, but a small improvement in this area could make it even better.

Fantastic experience: Post Christmas I could feel a rough edge on a tooth. I think a piece had broken away. First available day after Boxing Day I telephoned at 9am to try snd secure an emergency appointment. I was booked in for 10.15am. I saw a lady dentist on duty. She was very thorough and gentle. I had two fractured teeth ! Must have been the Christmas nuts.! I received 2 x temporary fillings to ensure no further damage to my teeth and a follow up appt with my regular dentist to complete the treatment. I was really impressed with getting the appointment and receiving treatment. Thank you S3 for 1st class service. Happy New Year.

Fantastic experience: Until now, I’ve only been to (private) dentist in my home country because I’d heard so many bad things about dentists here. However, I was in so much pain with my tooth that I had no choice but to take care of it locally. A nearby, highly-rated dental clinic, S3 Dental, accepted me as an NHS patient. So far, I’ve been there three times: once they referred me to another clinic for a tooth extraction (which wasn’t done by them, but they sent me there for it), and once they did a filling for me. Dr. Tanya Abathi and her assistant are both very kind and professional. Despite my imperfect English, we manage to understand each other completely. If necessary, we use a translator. Thanks to them, I can only say good things about dentistry here. I even told my partner to register with them, so if anything happens, he can go there immediately. Once, due to a fever, I had to cancel an appointment, but they called me the same day to reschedule it. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. ♥ I’ve had a great experience overall, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Negative experience: i was in bad pain with an infection so i booked an appointment for the thursday afternoon only to be told that it would be cancelled about an hour or so before and that it would instead be the following morning but when i arrived home i was informed that that one would be cancelled and it would instead be in the afternoon but then i recieved a call an hour after that to say that one will also be cancelled,they are so unorganized and why offer appointments that you are unsure you can keep.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my father received at s3 dentist Despite being a patient, he was treated poorly due to his limited English skills. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making it clear that they were unwilling to accommodate his needs. This lack of respect and understanding is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who requires compassionate care and effective communication.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient and was putting this off for the last couple of years. It was only the wife stating that as we are getting older we need to start looking after what we have, better. I found S3 to be extremely welcoming and friendly. My dentist was SO friendly and reassuring with so much compassion to my nerves. I am so grateful to the care that I received and feel in good hands should any work need to be done.
