Fantastic experience: We have been patients at Smile Clinic, Horwich for more than ten years. We have been treated with respect by friendly and professional staff. Abbi, is always helpful and cheerful, organising suitable appointments, completing paperwork and payments. New system of online payments now available, also email reminders of upcoming appointments, which is really useful. Super dentist, great customer service, keeps our teeth in good shape and advises of good dental care. We have been happy with our regular check ups, treatment for emergencies has also been good. Annual check up today, x rays included, welcomed by name, felt relaxed and listened to, explaining exactly what was being checked out. I would totally recommend this practice. Thank you!

I’ve hated the dentist more than the tax man my whole life but my dentist put me at ease straight away. Fantastic experience: I got a last minute appointment due to teeth pain and my dentist was fab. She knew exactly what the source of the pain was from my last visit and X-rays so knew just what to do to treat it. She is very friendly and approachable and has so many tips to help with your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I went to the smile clinic Horwich and seen Helmi El - Sakka 09/09/24 and had Two teeth extracted that were my last two he told me he would get me back and make a new set of dentures he sent my bottom set off to have the teeth put on to make do until the next time they came back so bad they wasn’t even in line with my top denture I got a recliner kit to make them fit. I have waited 7 months for a appointment I went today 03/04/25 and all he has done was take the bottom denture and said he would do a reline even though I told him they were a terrible fit the teeth are so worn it feels like a mouthguard I’m so disappointed with the service I received he didn’t listen to a word I said. I went back today 16/04/25 to sort out the situation and it was a big misunderstanding regarding the reline and Mr Helmi El - Sakka explained what he understood as to what I said. He’s took impressions to make a new set of dentures all I can do is apologise for not making myself clear all is great now I have been with the Smile Clinic Horwich for years and never had any complaints they are all very professional nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to The Smile Clinic today after 6 years, and I was nervous but staff greeted me warmly which put me at my ease. My dentist took xrays and gave me a detailed explanation of the results on the screen. No treatment was necessary at this stage so I was greatly relieved, a good experience all round.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist! I was taken in early for my appointment shortly after I arrived. My dentist is always pleasant and welcoming whilst being very efficient. My refilling was done quickly and painlessly without the need for anaesthetic and I was out again before I should have gone in! All the staff are always great here.

They had been our dentist for years and we never had a problem at all and always great. We moved away so came off their books, but when I was in the area and developed a problem they saw me straight away and sorted me out. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice enough, the staff are so friendly, patient and professional. I wasn’t registered at any dentist and needed to be seen to after a good few years of not having any check ups. I needed a wisdom tooth out that was causing me so much pain but I was terrified to have it out, I was reassured and really relaxed by in the chair. I was really shocked when it was done as the dentist was so gentle with me. I feel really confident and happy going forward for any further treatments I need. No more fear of the dentist for me!!
