Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the scheduling of your denture appointments.

Unfortunately, when a clinician is unwell and unable to attend, we have no choice but to cancel and reschedule affected appointments. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we always aim to minimise disruption where possible.

Following the cancellation, our team did book a replacement appointment for you. However, this appointment had to be postponed because the dental laboratory had not returned your denture in time — something which is, regrettably, outside of our control.

Our clinicians, including Louise, have extremely full diaries, and we do our best to offer the next available slots as quickly as possible. We also advised you to be placed on our cancellation list to ensure we could contact you if an earlier appointment became available.

We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are committed to improving your experience moving forward. If you would like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact the practice on 0191 2363975 so we can help.
