The whole experience from the initial consultation, to the end fitting was pleasant. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I’ve just had treatment, a smile makeover, at Love Teeth and my journey from start to finish was amazing. Ilana and her team are very professional, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Negative experience: I initially attended an appointment for composite bonding. However, the bonding fell off almost immediately after I left the clinic. When I returned to have this issue corrected, I was met with clear hostility and unprofessionalism from Alana. She appeared irritated and took my return as a personal insult, rather than acknowledging the issue as a fault that needed correction. Following the repair, the bonding she applied is now sharp, jagged, and pointy, and it is cutting into my lips. It is extremely uncomfortable and feels as though it was done in a rushed or even intentionally negligent manner. This situation has caused me significant physical discomfort and distress. To make matters worse, upon my departure, Alana said to me, “We won’t ever have to hang out again together, bye,” and then shut the door in my face. This level of sarcasm and disrespect is wholly unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. Her behaviour was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in the professionalism one should expect from a medical professional.

Negative experience: I was treated poorly because of my race, I was insulted by Alana who used micro aggressions to describe me as aggressive by whilst who stood with in front of me with her arms folded blocking the entrance and demanding me to ‘Behave or I can’t come in’ (the dentist was unprofessional and tried to gaslight me) Absolutely appalled by this experience and really wanted it to go well as I am spending literally £1000’s…. I was treated like scum & not a paying customer.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a wisdom tooth removed in Which I was trying every which way to avoid due to my terrible anxiety of having dental work done. I went to see dr shtrosberg who instantly put me at ease. She talked to me throughout , put the music on that I liked to help make me feel more relaxed, her dental nurse was also so friendly and calming. I hardly knew that the procedure had even started , let alone ended due to how gentle dr shtrosberg was throughout. Thank you for taking away my anxiety for visiting you again. I just won’t go anywhere else after receiving such first class service.

Fantastic experience: I saw Alistair this week to have work completed on one of my teeth. I was extremely nervous and from the moment I waked into the room Alistair & Sophie made me feel at ease. They even let me pick what I wanted to watch on TV. Alistair was amazing. I didn’t feel a thing whilst I was having the procedure completed. Had an emergency appointment, called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon, had to have my wisdom teeth taken off I was so anxious to have it taken off. Fantastic experience: Love-Teeth has completely transformed my dental experience. Illana is an absolute professional—kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to her patients. He took time to explore my concerns ensuring that I received the very highest standard of care. Fantastic experience: I had some treatment done here at love teeth and I hate the feeling of being numb and the feeling of a fat face. That’s where the wand came in, it’s a computerised local anaesthetic that slowly administered the injection very slowly and prevents the feeling of a fat face and doesn’t hurt AT ALL!! I highly recommend using the wand if you don’t like injections or a fat face!!

I was quite nervous about having dental implants as I’d had a bad experience having a tooth out elsewhere. The double implant surgery was quick and painless and I was advised I may have pain and swelling afterwards. I’m happy to report I took 2 paracetamol just in case and nothing at all since. No pain, no swelling no discomfort! I would really recommend this place. Really friendly and top class.

Fantastic experience: I've just had the airflow treatment with Katherine the hygienist and had my teeth cleaned....WOW. She was so informative and made me feel at ease. Who knew having your teeth clean could be so enjoyable?! She took her time with me and made sure I ok all the way through the appointment. First class service!! with their friendly reception team. Fantastic experience: Can not speak highly enough of love teeth dental and llana - my teeth got to a horrible state and i am incredibly anxious of the dentist/treatment. They’re so welcoming friendly and understanding. It’s a very calming atmosphere in there. They calmed me down throughout the whole treatment and i didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. If i did feel anything llana immediately stopped until i was comfortable again. I’m currently in the process of getting a new smile which is going to change my life. Would recommend to absolutely everyone especially the very anxious people!

Fantastic experience: I have a MASSIVE fear of the dentist and I have been in constant pain with abscess after abscess. I finally couldn't take it anymore and commented on one of their sponsored posts late one night in Feb. I woke up the next morning to a reply from Ilana at 4am telling me to inbox my number over. I did after many of times deleting the message through fear. Not long later my phone rang, Manchester number.... My bottom fell out because I just knew it was love teeth calling. I answered and was greated by the lovely Heather, we had a good chat and I was already starting to forget about my fear. She was absolutely amazing on the phone, so friendly and calming. Week later I was in Ilana's chair, we had a chat about the issues I was having and what cosmetic work I wanted... Fear what fear by this point it had gone. For the first time in my life I was excited about being at the dentist. Today I was in with Sandra having a lower wisdom tooth out. She will now be know as harmione granger to me, She is a real life wizard.... Wisdom tooth out in 20 seconds. I felt nothing, not even any tugging... Absolutely Nothing. When she said It was out I didn't believe her until she showed me the tooth. Honestly if anyone reading this has a fear of the dentist please please get in contact with love teeth they are all amazing. After requesting an emergency appointment on the Monday I received my treatment promptly on the Wednesday, and left the practice complete with new crown within 40 minutes. Fantastic experience: Complicated work on my root canal by Mitra Elli which resulted in a good outcome with best probability of saving the affected tooth. The procedure was painless and the best thing I can say about it as a patient is that it was boring, and the after-effects were minor and painless.

Fantastic experience: Just had the complete five star experience at Love Teeth. Both my appointments ran on time to the minute. I started with a check up with Ilana who was very business-like with her approach, quickly identifying and then effectively resolving an issue I had. I then proceeded to a hygiene appointment with Chloe who I found very well-informed on the subject and equally as good as conveying it to a layman like myself; she even managed to convince me to switch to an electric toothbrush which I had been reticent to do. Incredibly impressed all round!

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience here was very poor and I had to take legal action to get my money back. I am afraid the professional approach I was initially impressed with soon vanished when the 2k treatment which was confidently suggested, failed majorly and I was left with no option but to wear dentures as a result and after a lengthy and painful period of treatment. To make matters worse if they could be I was refused a refund of the money despite it lasting no more than a few days before breaking and taking my front teeth with it! It took nearly two years to settle the case and for far less than it should have been as the Solicitiors took big chunk but at least I feel vindicated . I Just wanted to leave an honest review and I am truly sorry I ever trusted this practice.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t rate the whole team at Love Teeth more highly. From the first visit, everyone is friendly and informative. I was looking to voluntarily have an amalgam filling removed and replaced with composite. I was fully informed about the procedure, the options available and even discussed the current science around mercury in amalgam fillings all whilst respecting my choice. Fantastic experience: I am new patient, attended today first time. I first checked on google for highest rated dentist near me. Love Teeth popped up and got in touch to make appointment. They were quicker than other local dentists, minimum wait time and very clean clinic. All staff in uniforms and professional. High definition x-ray with image on screen, screen when lying down to watch content and experienced dentist who was compassionate. Very impressed by the service and is highly rated for a reason. Defo would highly recommend and get the 'Gusto Seal Of Approval' and any new patient will not be disappointed. The girls on reception were amazing and made me feel really welcomed and safe, I knew I was in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Sally Pawlik at Love Teeth, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the quality of care and service I received. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in the hands of professionals who genuinely care about their patients' well-being. First and foremost, the staff at Love Teeth are truly remarkable. They greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere, which significantly helped alleviate any anxiety I had about my dental visit. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning was exceptional as well. They were gentle, yet thorough, and provided me with valuable oral hygiene tips to improve my dental health. The level of care and attention to detail they exhibited was truly commendable.

Negative experience: At my first appointment I was kept waiting 25 mins,second appointment was half hour late.Third apt my taxi was 5 mins late so I called in advance,they said it was fine but on arrival illana gave us an embarrassing telling off.Apointment was very uncomfortable after that.I had forgotten to join dental plan so paid my £700 bill as i was not permitted to join and get the 20% off that day (apparently i had to join up b4 appointment?! not on the spot)I joined there and then.When I called to settle my next bill,they 'interestingly'have forgotten to add me to plan.I requested a call from manager but she was on her lunchbreak and no one could tell me when she could call me next.....As they don't seem to care much about their patients I've joined The Bank Practice now where I get the kindest treatment and they seem to have all the time in the world for patients. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here was today. As an extremely nervous patient the team took their time with me to make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. My Dentist Ardy Khalilazar was fantastic. He was really gentle and explained every step he took and gave me a great dental plan and all the options available to me. Really pleased that I took the step to be a patient with the branch in Prestwich. 10/10 .... 5 Stars!!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Alex, and I have to say, he is an excellent dentist! He quickly identified an infection in my teeth and took an X-ray to get a better look. He then explained the situation to me in clear and concise terms, which was very helpful. Dr. Alex recommended that we extract the affected tooth, and he took care of the procedure in no time at all. The entire procedure took only 20 minutes, and it was incredibly smooth and pain-free. I was impressed by how clean and well-sterilized the clinic was, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this dentist clinic to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
