Fantastic experience: I was taken into the building, given a new mask, plastic bag and hand sanitiser. Then I was taken to the waiting area, and told to sit on a chair without a cross. Next I left my coat etc in a plastic box before being taken into the surgery. Great care was taken with the examination and subsequent scaling. (Everything was good) I then collected my belongings, was taken to reception, filled in a form and then shown out. All very safe and comfortable. Well done to the staff!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ibrahim was recommended to me by another dental professional as being particularly good at restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He was extremely thorough during the initial examinations and explained the pros and cons of treatment options without pushing me into making an expensive decision. I feel both reassured and confident he will do his best for me.

Fantastic experience: Today I went for an extraction and the procedure was carried out by Jas, assisted by Ellie. The whole experience was extremely positive because of the meticulous detailed explanation from Jas initially as well as the time she took and reassurance she gave me. The tooth was removed easily and very professionally in such a calm and competent manner. I felt both Jas and Ellie went above and beyond in their care and would with no hesitation, give high recommendations of their caring attitude to other patients. They both totally put me at ease!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 15 years due to anxiety, but seeing Ameer changed everything. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely at ease. He was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding of how nervous I was. Ameer recommended a phased treatment plan, starting slowly with what I felt comfortable with to build my trust in him. This approach made all the difference. Over time, I’ve had fillings and extractions and during each appointment he took the time to explain each step and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which made me feel safe and in control. What I thought would be a stressful experience turned out to be calm and reassuring. I left each appointment feeling relieved, encouraged, and no longer afraid of future visits. I can’t thank Ameer enough for his compassion and professionalism. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Madeley Dental & Implant Clinic initially for assessment for a possible denture implant and bridge. I was attended to by Mr Dharmesh Mistry and assisted by dental nurse Hannah. Dharmesh was very skilled throughout the process, ensuring I knew exactly what would happen at each stage of the 5 subsequent visits. Great patient care and he even made phone calls at weekend after a Friday treatment to check all was okay. Throughly recommend Dharmesh and Hannah for the caring professional manner they displayed during my treatment. I’m very happy and smiling with the outcome of the treatments.

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and professional, the Dentists knowledgeable and transparent, explaining risks and benefits but never pressuring to take treatment. No question is a problem and they’re happy to explain anything you need support on. The site is always exceptionally clean.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Ameer and Megan to repair a tooth which a filling had fallen out of. They were friendly, polite, didn't keep me waiting at all and did a great job. The reception staff were also friendly and professional and the service as a whole was brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Had my tooth taken out my Ameer and his colleague, and they were so lovely. Both were so accommodating to my nerves and anxiety and really made me feel at ease. Ameer gave me some breathing exercises to help me calm down before the procedure and kept tabs on my wellbeing during the procedure too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone afraid of dentists, both adults and children.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from the receptionists, dentists and their assistants. It's a very well run clinic that gives you the confidence that you are getting the best treatment. I had an assessment for a tooth implant with Dharmesh the other day. He was very professional, likeable and gave me as much time as I needed to explain the implant process, which I appreciated. He gave me all the confidence I needed that he would do the implant successfully.

Fantastic experience: Ameer was brilliant, I told him I hadnt been to the dentist for a while but had a problem with one of my teeth. He was able to accomadate me quickly and helped sort my broken tooth. Top man, highly recommend Ameer and the Madeley dental clinic.

Negative experience: Been with the practice for over 20 years & been happy with the service provided, but have now moved elsewhere for 2 reasons: 1. Recently I was told I could not see any other dentist in the practice for an emergency appt when mine was not available as I'm not on their list. 2. When I enquired about an implant consultation appt I was told the implant specialist was only there every other week & the earliest appt available was in 3 months time.

Fantastic experience: Had a root canal done today with ameer and Joe. I Was apprehensive to begin with but was soon put at ease by them both and the procedure went without pain or discomfort. Very happy with my visit

Fantastic experience: Modern practice with good parking. Dentist was informative and fully explained my procedure. Quite expensive but was to be expected for the specialist root treatment I received that my own dentist was unable to perform .

Fantastic experience: Part of a tooth broke off while eating. In less than 24 hours I was seen by my dentist who dealt with tooth efficiently. During treatment the proceedure was explained as was the alternatives. Excellent.

Negative experience: Treatment excellent as usual but your prices are absolutely shocking and have led me to consider seeking an NHS dentist as I can’t really afford sustained treatment at this level.

Fantastic experience: I've recently had two troublesome glued dental implants replaced , by Dharmesh and assisted by Megan, for the implants with a screwed crown abutment. The process took a little time based on his demand , and you can see why. This guy is not only a perfectionist and takes pride in his work, he is a true gentleman as well. Fantastic experience: Gurshram is such a good dentist. He inspires confidence. His assistant was pleasant and helpful. Fitted in as an emergency due to a broken crown. Can’t complain at the service.

Negative experience: I was unable to take time off work to bring my children. I called days in advance specifically to ask if there would be any issues if my mother (their grandmother), brought them. I was told that would not be a problem. On the day, their treatment was refused because I wasn’t there to give permission. It would have been helpful to have been told that would be an issue when I specifically called to ask about any potential issues! As a result they now have to wait until June for the treatment they would have had in March.
