Welcome to mydentist Whitehorse Street, a 4-surgery practice located in the heart of Baldock. We are a short 5-minute walk away from Baldock train station with multiple bus routes in the area and limited on-street parking is available to the front of the practice. We currently have 3 Clinicians onsite offering both NHS and Private treatments including our myoptions affordable private scheme for those needing flexible appointment times without the private price tag. Some of our treatments include Dentures, Quick Straight Teeth, Teeth Whitening and Hygiene appointments. Fantastic experience: We have been treated extremely well since starting our treatment with my dentist and everyone has been really helpful and polite. The treatment provided is second to none and the dentist herself with her assistant are very caring and do everything to make sure that you are comfortable and updated on what they are actually doing. The premises are spotless and the environment very welcoming and user friendly, I am really happy to have found this dentist and have no concerns moving forward with them as I am assured that they will be acting in my best interests.

Fantastic experience: A good experience. I had 3 teeth removed and a denture fitted. Anil was professional and very gentle. Unfortunately I got an infection but antibiotics were issued promptly and although it took a few days to sort itself out, I was given advice and follow up appointments to make sure everything was as it should be. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: The dentist was really nice and did a great job with my treatment. However, I have to score 1 star due to the receptionist. She was extremely rude and seemed to not have a clue what she was doing. I was not impressed by her attitude towards me, the customer! She needs some training in not only the computer systems but also customer service!

Negative experience: Really disappointed; anxious patient. Receptionist huffing down the phone, treatment not being explained. Would not recommend if you are an anxious patient despite them assuring me prior to registering that they had experience in this area. One receptionist is lovely, the others have been rather rude.

Positive experience: Bianca was firm but kind with my 4 year old son. This enabled him to have his most successful dentist trip. Bianca thoroughly checked his teeth and gums. The appointment was on the ground floor, which was so much easier than climbing two flights of stairs with a little one like we’ve had in previous appointments. Only improvement on this occasion would have been if the reception staff were a little warmer and more helpful.

Negative experience: I have been a patent since 2013. I called for an appointment for a severe tooth ache to be told that I had been struck off! They should notify me in writing 3 months prior to be removed from the patient list. Had very awkward conversations with Kelly & Ann Howard for an hour over this - avoid if you want a practice that actually cares.
We are sorry to receive your review, if a patient has not attended in over 2 years for dental examinations we assume that the patient has found an alternative for their dental needs. There is no notification requirement as per NHS England, and the onus is on the patients to ensure they keep up with their examinations. Negative experience: So I went to this dentist and I was an hour early for my appointment. I have dyslexic and aurtism so I did not want to go bi my self any ways spoke to some one behind the desk just to get told I am a hour early followed bi a joke this is not any shape or way funny when people have learning difficulties this is poor and if you or any one you know has learning difficulties don't go here

Fantastic experience: Absolutely superb! The best hygienist I’ve had. Uses numbing cream which makes a world of difference and means I don’t dread it anymore. Picked up that my jaw locks and is making a referral as it has continued to get worse. Gave me tips in the meantime.

Fantastic experience: I use ‘My Dentist’ in Baldock as does my wife and 2 daughters. The service provided is first class from both Sejal our dentist and Ruth our hygienist. Both have taken really good care of our teeth across all members of our family and you couldn’t ask for a more friendly service. Additional treatments that have been recommended have been highly successful and there is never any pressure to take any additional treatments. My experience is that the additional treatments have always been recommended with the our best interests in mind. I make this point as my experience of my previous dentist was very different and it always felt like they were only interested in up selling every time we had an appointment. I would highly recommend ‘My Dentist’ in Baldock, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Special thanks to both Sejal and Ruth.

She's also great with my toddler who can be very shy and nervous. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Also the text reminders are really useful!

Negative experience: Very brief visit for 6 monthscheck up...about 3 minutes ! Have a crown that has broken at jaw level where tooth below has decayed ...was told as no nerves can stay in gum ....surly this isn't right as open to infections ?
