Positive experience: I have to say I have been really impressed with this dental practice. I needed some emergency work and attended as a private patient for a consultation and then a subsequent treatment session. On both occasions the reception team, dentist and dental nurse were all professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I dread the dentists due to a choking fear but somehow I was calmer than I have ever been. And that is saying something... Rita absolutely put my mind at ease and the dental nurse helped with tips to manage any anxiety I was feeling. Also, the reception staff were very approachable and easy to arrange appointments with. I do have two negative points to mention (hence not a 5 star review): 1) The waiting room whilst spacious and clean, was so loud and echoey. It did not help that some kid was scrolling tiktok videos full blast on his mother's phone. A few signs encouraging respectful quiet wouldn't go amiss... 2) Related to the payment process. I booked a follow-up appointment in 6 months and was expected to pay a deposit for the slot. £30 of my money sitting in the practices bank account for 6 months...? Every penny counts right now and this didn't sit right with me. I paid it but I did so begrudgingly. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with this dental practice and would not hesitate to use them again.

Negative experience: Came here to get my wisdom tooth out, staff were blunt and rude. Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Was crying as I was scared and received no compassion. Ended up with not only an infection but with dry socket. Wouldn’t ever come here again.

Fantastic experience: I visited the dentist today and saw Elsa, I’m absolutely petrified of coming to the dentist. Elsa made sure I was fine the whole way through would definitely recommend you book with her.

Negative experience: I always liked mydentist and I was with them for a while, but for the past few months I cannot book an appointment as I became inactive patient as haven't seen dentist in a while. Well I didn't know that they would take me off NHS list if I don't see a dentist in a while. Just let me know you are about to cross me off your list and I will do something about it, give me a choice instead of just basically saying goodbye, we dont want you! It's not like I have missed any appointments...

Always explains thoroughly your treatment and makes sure you understand everything that he has told you. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dental practice

Positive experience: Dentists/Hygienists all very professional and friends. Reception staff are not on the ball. Incorrectly accused of being late for my appointment, as was the next patient to arrive after me. No word of apology or explanation as to what had gone wrong with their booking system, just a shrug and 'oh OK'.

Fantastic experience: Today I went for a routine check up. A cavity in a molar was found and the filling redone. I had a thorough examination, cleaning and filling. Thank you all at the practice for your excellent service.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist Elsa Grave is excellent. My latest filling was done expertly. Elsa is kind and very skilled. A worn down broken tooth has been built up and mended beautifully. My Dentist at My Dentist is an excellent professional who puts me at ease without being patronising. I am treated with respect and the work done on my mouth has not only had a positive effect on my teeth which I am comfortable with; but has also improved my general health. I am very satifsied with the staff as well. This is a clean professional Practice. I feel truly fortunate to be one of their patients.

Negative experience: A Misandrist receptionist does not make for appropriate customer service. Don’t take your own failing personal life out on patients/Customers.

Fantastic experience: I brought my son to see Andrew Bayross at the clinic on Tuesday for a tooth extraction. The level of care was exceptional. My son suffers from high anxiety and was made to feel at ease and left feeling stress free and out of pain. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and all to happy to help. Fantastic service. She’s absolutely amazing, makes me feel at ease, remembers my details and always does a thorough and perfect job on my less than perfect teeth. She’s seen my daughter since she was a toddler and she’s now coming up to 16 with zero fillings or issues! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've an appointment for December but might be abroad for one year with work from this May - I hope I can still be registered as a patient if I were to have to miss this scheduled appointment as really value the practice.

Fantastic experience: My dentist,Hereson rd. Ramsgate. It has to be the best dentist in Thanet. I've been with them 20 plus year's now and they have never let me down. I've had emergency appontments with them,and been treated and well. I've had about 15 different dentists there,and always been treated well. My dentist there now is Elsa,she has treated me for about three years and is a very competent dentist,I'm very pleased with her outstanding work. Also the desk staff are only to pleased to help,with a smile.my dentist is fantastic,why not try them,I did!. Without doubt mydentist is easily the best Dentist in Thanet. I now have a new dentist at mydentist,Annie Tran she is fantastic,kind curtious and has a gentle touch more important she knows what she is doing,she made me a denture that fitted first time and looks great,I now can smile with confidence. Thank you Annie,I look forward to seeing you in six months. If you need a good dentist,do yourself a favor and try mydentist. Ten out of ten.

Positive experience: I was waiting over an hour. I saw a dentist I've not seen before, Elsa, she kept pulling on my mouth badly and hurt my lips, she also kept hitting the metal handle of the tool against my teeth. Hitting metal against teeth can chip them, she should be careful not to hurt and damage mouths, all previous dentist I've seen here have been careful. I've been with My Dentist for about 15 years. I would put my last visit as 1 star but I'm putting 3 as other times I've went has been alright.

However, the dentist who treated me today for a lost front crown, who has treated me before, makes me feel so much at ease and I want to say a big thank you to David for the care and attention that you gave me and helping me get over my nerves and also to the lovely dental assistant who looked after me. Fantastic experience: Made am appointmentnfor private tooth removal instead of waiting for NHS at my usual dentist in Canterbury or a private £500 appointment in several weeks. Turned up at My Dentist Ramsgate for a "consultation " an d for £340 less has a consultation, Ray and removal all on the same day / appointment. Really impressed with the service and costs thank you. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Procedures and exam all clearly explained. Really positive experience.

Fantastic experience: A visit to the hygenist is always daunting. Not now same hygenist for three years, no stress and relaxing atmosphere almost a pleasure!! But with good advice mouth much healthier now and a quicker visit in the chair. Bonus

Fantastic experience: Had my appointment for a tooth extraction quite nervous on arrival, but priya was lovely made me feel relaxed after the nasty injection which I realise have to be done and before I new it. She had finished tooth out and stitched and I never felt a thing so I can’t complain and always had good treatment even with my regular dentist Elsa so if you want a good and reliable serve come here

Positive experience: I only gave 3 stars as my family got transferred from Vale Square some years ago, but now we all attend this practice apart from my daughter who was originally accepted as a patient, but now she is told to go elsewhere. No explanation was given to her.
