Fantastic experience: I have been using Chingford Mount Dental Practice for well over 25 years as you enter the environment is very welcoming clean bright and airy. The staff are always smartly dressed and always beaming a smile on their face, very friendly and their professional approach. This journey helps to alleviate some of the fear of visiting a Dentist practice. The dentistry Chair can be a fearful experience, however the doctor makes me feel comfortable and Explains all the processes along the way. I would thoroughly recommend this dentist to Friends and Family its value for money.

Negative experience: This is simply unacceptable. My family and I have been patients at the clinic for years! I called for an emergency appointment because I felt pain, but they refused because they have no availability this week. I don't think this attitude is acceptable towards their patients, leaving them in pain. I think we should have the availability to see our dentist when we need them the most!

From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease especially important if you’re nervous about dental work like I was! She takes the time to explain every step of the treatment, never rushes, and always ensures you’re comfortable and informed. The results speak for themselves, my teeth have never looked or felt better.

Negative experience: Hi I want just to let you know that I've given 1 star because I can't give less. Your surgery and your dentists are useless and not professional. Your receptionist are arrogant. The service and the treatment is 1 out of 10. A male dentist from the surgery, I cannot remember his name, he ruined my front incisor. He fit a crown and after few months my tooth started to discoloure. I went back to him, and responded saying ' I can't do nothing '. But literally it was his fault cos he did the root canal treatment and fit a rubbish crown. When I told him I am going to complain to the Manager, he was very sure of himself and he told ne go for it. When I asked the receptionist to see the manager she said that I need to pay for seeing the manager. What a business surgery! I wouldn't recommend it because you feel very humiliated, they just ask for money and the service zero. Rachida

Fantastic experience: The hygienist advice was very helpful. She also demonstrated the cleaning method to me that would be the most helpful for me. I then saw the dentist for a filing. He was very professional. He made sure i knew everything he was doing through the process and forewarned me on anything he thought might become uncomfortable for me. Fantastic experience: I would like to leave a review about my dental implant experience in Chingford Mount Dental Practice! Actually I had a choice where to do dental implant abroad or in UK. Before making a decision I had a consultation with my current orthodontist Dr Yoshan Patel who has the skills of a confident speaker with clear communication and honest, where we were discussed about potential risk to do dental implant abroad. After that I made decision to do dental implant in UK. Dr Pretam Gharat, implantologist, a very attentive doctor, you feel comfortable with him, he has a good attitude, he gave me his e-mail, I could easily contact him, what is big advantage. After implant basement I had minimum pain, no swelling and fast recovery, after 4 months I had my crown, and right now I have my tooth! Also I happy because I can eat! Chewing thoroughly Thank you Dr Pretam, Dr Yoshan and team Chingford Mount for trust!!!

Fantastic experience: The team at Chingford Mount is exceptional. I had problems with impacted wisdom teeth, old fillings as well as a broken molar tooth which caused me distress. The staff were reassuring and I received compassionate care from the dentist during treatments. My teeth were repaired with precision and skill that I now place my trust in their advice, whenever there is a concern about my dental health. I highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for ethical dentistry.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient at this practice for over five years and during this time must have had dozens of appointments. This review concerns an incident from around 3 years ago when on the day before my appointment, the reception moved my booking without my approval. They did try to call me once and left a voicemail which because it was so short notice I only saw after I arrived on time for my original slot. When I arrive, the hygienist came out of her consultation room and started shouting at me, claiming I was late and saying I had messed up their schedule, and she refused to see me. It was an appalling and completely unnecessary outburst, especially given that it was their mistake and mismanagement of the situation. Since then, every time I book, I’m asked to pay a deposit—which isn’t an issue in itself, but considering my long history with the practice, it feels like I’m not valued as a patient. While the dental care itself is good, the reception and overall attitude towards clients are really inconsiderate. I would go elsewhere if there were a more accessible option in my area, but unfortunately I’m stuck with them for the time being. It’s really disappointing to feel disrespected at a place I’ve been loyal to for years.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for about 10 years. It really is like a West end dentist in the heart of chingford. I find all the receptionists and the dentists to be very professional, approachable and informative. My son and I have never had a bad experience here and been treated with the utmost care and respect. Appointments are always available and they text you a few days before to remind you. I would recommend this dentist as being very professional, caring and excellent in what they do. I have been seeing Dr Ram for about 9 years and she is so friendly and caring. She is very knowledgeable and knows what is best for you. I trust her completely in what she does. I have never had any pain whilst receiving my treatment and I wouldn't go anywhere else

Negative experience: The receptionist are terrible had me on the phone for 20 minutes then I was put on hold again then some one els took the phone saying her colleague was busy taking another line asking me for my details over and over again wasted 20 minutes of my time while I’m at work , asked for the manager told me she was the manager and put me on hold so I hanged up. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with the hygienist Homaira Mazhar. I had a deep clean under anaesthetic. This would have been my second trip of hour and half sessions. Homaira is such a lovely lady she made me feel so comfortable that I even fell asleep whilst having the clean. She is so gentle when injecting the gums there was no pain what’s so ever.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Mimi’s expertise and gentle approach immediately put my mother completely at ease, without any judgment regarding the condition of her teeth. Mimi always addressed any concerns that my mother had and made sure she was comfortable, and well informed, at every stage. The entire journey, from the initial examination to the follow-up appointments (and even referrals), flowed seamlessly. My mother’s smile has never looked better! I was given an appointment with dental nurse Sophia and I must say that I am never going back to my old practice, this is because she was very patient and comforting to me and my brother. I would recommend registering at this dental practice as you know that you are walking away without any worries or distress.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion this is the friendliest dental surgery in the area. I had a nightmare calling around 8 surgeries to try and explain my issue and speak with someone about the process and prices etc. I spoke with Sadia at Chingford Mount dental who was so kind as to take her time with me, be friendly and help with my anxiety especially as I’ve just had a baby and have been suffering as a byproduct of pregnancy and not being able to get dental treatment. The staff were also kind and friendly in person and Dr. Zhou was non-judgemental and talked me through my treatment plan without making me feel rushed or embarrassed. Thank you all. Fantastic experience: I was due to get married and decided I wanted to improve the gap in my front tooth I went to a different denist who sadly made this worse . I called chingford mount dental practice and spoke to Dr Yoshan and he cosmetically improved my gap and remove the horrendous crown my precious denist gave me from another practise and created an amazing tooth. Thanks to Dr Yoshan my wedding pictures looked amazing and I felt confident again .A truly amazing denist thank you so much .

I recently changed dentists here and I always very happy with the fillings and services I have received by her ( Dr. Shorodona ) and her nurse (Denise). Fantastic experience: I attended my first dental hygiene appointment and I am very delighted with the treatment that i have recieved, it was a fantastic experience thanks to Dr Shraddha (I hope ive spelled her name properly) who took really good care of my teeth and was very gentle during the procedure, as my teeth are very sensitive. My teeth were in a really bad state and now they are crystal clear and healthy, and I am over the moon with the result. From now on im going to take my dental health more seriously and will book more appointments with Chingford Mount Dental Practice in the future, and especially with Dr Shraddha.

Negative experience: The majority of the reception staff were welcoming except for the unprofessional and impolite receptionist named Pushpa (if that is how it is spelt) she's the one in serious need of a haircut! She needs to learn some basic manners before taking on this role. I also ended up wasting almost £300 on teeth whitening which didn't even work! Just false hope from the dentist. Additionally, the dental hygienist Humera doesn't have a clue what she's talking about. She gave false information regarding my dental health. My dentist (at another practice) confirmed that her comments were incorrect. Lastly, this place is overpriced - seems they only care about money. Will not be returning.

I had my first ever filling done by him and he made me feel at ease, explained the whole procedure clearly, and was very gentle and careful throughout. He always provides the best advice and is really helpful with any worries or concerns about my teeth. Very pleased with my service!

Fantastic experience: I had my initial visit consultation which was very pleasant. I immediately felt more comfortable entering a dentist surgery again. The reception staff were kind and helpful. On my second visit, I met the hygienist who did a wonderful job tidying up my teeth. He was very kind. I then had a wisdom tooth extraction which, considering being such an invasive operation, was completed in 2 minutes and without any pain at all. Dr Shina Popat and Sadia were fantastic, put my mind and worries to rest. Thank you for making my dentist experiences so much better than before with a smile.

I had a dental check up with Dr. Gogna and hygienist appointment with Homaira here and both were incredibly friendly and understanding. Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10 practice. I have always had a quality service provided. Everything from booking a short notice hygienist appointment, thanks to Pushpa, through to a very thorough and professional hygienist service provided by Bhavin. Thanks guys.

Negative experience: AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!Do not use this dental practice! I had an appointment booked for a surgical tooth extraction which I had to wait over 6 months for which was costed at around £330. Unfortunately for me an unexpected bill came and I could not afford the treatment on the day which I had emailed the practice and informed them of my situation and asked if I could spread the cost The practice called me on the day failing to read my email. I then explained my situation and was told I would need to pay a £75 for not being able to attend. This practice and the staff have no empathy and are only interested in taking peoples money. I am no longer a patient at this practice and now have to find a dentist who actually cares.

Fantastic experience: Today I got my teeth cleaned by Homaira and she was so great. Very nice and friendly. She Helped me understand how to floss and do everything properly so I can take better care of my teeth. Was very friendly in answer all my questions I had. The receptions were nice and friendly too! Overall a nice, clean, and friendly place. I will come back for sure!

Fantastic experience: One of our family friends had a front crown done by Dr Yoshan Patel and it was a beautiful result. We were worried that the crown would be visible but Dr Yoshan ensured us that they would take all the steps to make sure the colour was perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Yoshan Patel for ICON treatment to correct some white marks on my front teeth and for some composite bonding. He made me feel totally at ease when I don’t normally at the dentist and he was so thorough in his consultation and really took the time to understand what I didn’t like about my teeth. It was really important to me that my teeth weren’t damaged in the process and that they still looked natural. He was so attentive throughout and very gentle and managed to make my teeth exactly how I wanted them. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results and can’t stop smiling! I cannot recommend Dr. Yosh and his team enough. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I recently had some cosmetic treatment done by Dr Yoshan and I couldn’t be more happy with the care, advice and treatment I received. I was quite anxious about getting work done on my front teeth and had been trying to find the right dentist for a while. Dr Yoshan came highly recommended and I am so happy with the composite bonding work that he did, I am extremely thankful for how comfortable he and the team made the experience for me. The registering process, the quick/ on time consultation / treatment with the Dr concerned, the cleanliness and the courteous staff at the Reception, enhance the experience, even further. It is easier to become one of the best but more efforts are needed to sustain it. I see the team is engaged and are putting their best foot (or should I say Tooth) forward to sustain it. Fantastic experience: Dr Yosh and his lovely nurse Lesley. During my visit to the practice I was treated to a honest and open conversation about my dental carevand future treatment. Dr Yosh took the time to clearly explain every step of my assessment, I had x-rays taken and a full conversation. I was so grateful for the professional service and kindness that was shown to me. Dr Yosh you are simply amazing and you have impacted my understanding of my dental journey. Negative experience: I was really hesitant to write this review as this dentist was recommended to me by a close family member but I’m gutted with how my teeth are currently because of the work done here. Originally I got a filling which went so well that I decided to get some cosmetic work done on my teeth with Yoshan Patel. I got whitening done which went fine but I also got an a treatment known as icon and composite bonding which went terribly. Firstly the icon treatment changed the shape of my teeth and this was supposed to be a non- invasive treatment. I was obviously devastated but the dentist said he would fix the problem with composite bonding. The bonding kept breaking I had to go back three times in a short period of time to keep getting it fixed. I then noticed that my tooth began getting shorter and shorter. Yoshan claimed that it was only the composite that was coming off and that my natural tooth was still untouched but I’m certain that it is also my natural tooth that had been slowly chipping away and my before and after images prove that this is indeed the case. Now I’m left with teeth worse off than before. My biggest regret is getting cosmetic work done here and it’s really upsetting because I originally had pretty nice teeth. On top of that one of the receptionists tried to charge me double from what I was quoted by the dentist several times and by a different receptionist. I tried to explain that this was the price I was quoted and she’s wouldn’t believe me and was extremely rude and disrespectful and quite embarrassing. Even though she ended up being in the wrong I received no apology from her. Honestly as a whole it has been an awful experience and I’ve completely lost trust in dentists now and will avoid any further treatment at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this practice for a hygiene visit as I was recommended by a friend. I was seen by bhavin who made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease during my hygiene clean. I was very happy with my clean and i’m due to return in the new year. Reception staff were also all very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the good work guys. Would definitely recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years and the receptionists are always friendly and polite. My dentist is extremely helpful and makes me feel comfortable which I appreciate. It's always clean in there also. I cannot fault the practice!
