Fantastic experience: I’ve have been coming to this practice for over 35 years and have been a patient of Mrs Sacoor’s all that time. I moved from Acton and now travel from Newbury over an hour just to see her as I am a nervous patient and I trust her. Mrs Sacoor always makes me feel at ease, she is caring and always does a great job. I know she has sold the practice and you guys have taken over and refurbished, it looks great and I still feel very welcome with the new receptionist working alongside Chetna. Chetna has also been there for as long as I’ve been going! I will continue to travel miles as long as Mrs Sacoor is working.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the clinic was excellent in every way. The staff were incredibly kind, and Dr. Anas Jamjoum and the nurse who assisted him were exceptionally friendly and professional. We were seen exactly on time, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This was my child’s first visit to a dental clinic, and I honestly expected him to be afraid or uncooperative. But to my surprise, he really liked the doctor and left the clinic smiling and saying, “Thank you, everyone!” I highly recommend this clinic, especially for families looking for a comforting and positive experience for their children

Fantastic experience: I was stressed with a botched filling on a cavity by my old dentist and called up Dental Beauty Acton, a lovely Tazmin assured me I could come in the next working day to have the cavity job looked into by a good dentist, as I must have this done before my Endo appointment for root canal on the tooth next to it. Dr. Anas Jamjoun is amazing! He is knowledgeable, and diligently fixed the botched job swiftly and thoroughly. Negative experience: Edit: I previously gave Dental Beauty 5 stars for the services they provided. Unfortunately, with this being my dentist for nearly 24 years, I’m having to reconsider my views with them cancelling appointments last minute has left a very bad taste in my mouth. This has happened on several occasions, after multiple communications ahead of the appointment asking me to confirm my attendance and then cancelling at the very last minute. Not only is it unprofessional, but very inconsiderate as I have had to make arrangements to accommodate for the appointment. Extremely poor service.

Fantastic experience: The practice is a nice warm atmosphere which put you at easy immediately. Reception is welcoming and friendly and my Dentist Dr Sacoor is exceptionally. She explains every single step of any procedure and gives great advice. I have now moved out of London but I would travel from the ends of the earth to stay at this Dental Practice.

Negative experience: My teeth are completely ruined, i haven’t been able to chew on one side of my mouth. They are now telling me I’d need to get a root canal (I got the filling done & a few days later they tell me this) ?? Their fillings don’t even last over a year either. (Had one tooth filled by two different dentists .. both didn’t even last 4 days lol)

I am a fearful person when it comes to teeth but she was able to put me at ease with her good manners, her sweetness and her confidence in answering my somewhat perplexed questions. Fantastic experience: January 2025 when the dreaded tooth pain started… I registered and booked an appointment with Dental Beauty Acton and then I called and spoke to a very nice receptionist who was able bring my appointment earlier than scheduled.. The day of my appointment I was very nervous and scared, and then I met Dr Anas Jamjoum . who was amazing.. A master of his industry coupled with care, consideration, and such a calming energy which instantly put my mind at ease.. he explained everything in great detail showing me pictures and X-rays of my teeth.. and then we explored the different options.. The following week when my treatment started he was so kind and took so much care, explaining everything so as not to make me feel uneasy.. Subsequently, the after care I received was outstanding and very special.. I would also like to mention Isabella who was assisting him and was so kind and caring.. Fantastic experience: My First visit to Dr.Anas Jamjoum was a great experience he immediately put you at ease, with his calm and sweet demeanour.the most impressive part of my visit was that Dr.Anas took time to show me my problem Areas on my X rays, wich I have never had a dentist do before this helped me to know why and how-to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. Negative experience: THEY DIDNT EVEN SEE ME. Such a bad service, I called ahead of time to let them know I was running late due to the train delays and when I got here, the receptionist checked me in and mentioned NOTHING about not being seen. I went to use to the toilet then the male dentist called me in to the room to tell me he won’t be seeing me today. I have traveled over an hour to get here and I was told to reschedule. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. And when I’ve gone to call to file a complaint and asked what the procedure is for that, they told me that they’re a different company. Just a bunch of liars and crooks if you ask me.

Fantastic experience: A superb practice. They go above and beyond and it’s the little details that make the experience better than other places. Firstly, the staff are professional and attentive, I felt that they cared about my teeth and what I want to achieve. The main thing is that I felt at ease. Negative experience: I called before to announce my 10 minutes traffic delay and i was told we have to reschedule my 3 fillings that i should have payed 73£ trough the nhs. They are bot as feasable as they advertise and i would not recommend at all!

Negative experience: Evilena the receptionist is very odd. Continuously pouting and acting irritated by customers. She is particularly rude with anyone from the African or Asian continent. A real liability to the dental beauty business.

Ewelina is our manager and has lead a diverse team of over 15 staff for the last 5 years. As her boss, I myself am Asian.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to write a review about this amazing Dentist Monisha. I had the pleasure of sitting in her Dentist Chair for the first time last week. I was dreading my dental check up and this was the first time I had attended this Dentist Practice. Monisha was thorough, gentle and evaluated my mouth and teeth in great detail. Negative experience: Was given an NHS appointment for a RCT by one of the partner. When I turned up for my appointment was told that if I wanted to put all my chances into saving that tooth I would have to pay £900 to be dealt with by an experience dentist rather than a junior one! I decided to go to Budapest instead and paid €150 with transport to and from the airport included. No wonder they are renowned for their level of dentistry. They have state of the art equipment and are extremely professional. I have had enough of rip off Britain!
