Fantastic experience: I had my very first aligners appointment today, and I’m so glad I chose to start my treatment here. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, modern, and welcoming. I was seen by Zaira, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain each step clearly, from the 3D scans and photos to how the aligners will work for me. She was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making me feel completely at ease, which I really appreciated as it was my first visit. Zaira also answered all of my questions in detail and gave me a clear idea of what to expect during the process. She helped get through the payment processes with a breeze even though there were a few complications. The whole team was lovely but unfortunately I didn't get names. All in all this is a great place to start your treatment if you’re looking for a place that really cares about their patients. Ask for Zaira she’ll help you through everything!

Negative experience: Company scammed me of over a thousand pounds. They never sent me my aligners. I have evidence of being ignored for an entire year. Negative experience: I’ve been raising the complaint below for the past six months, but no one responds or takes the complaints seriously. I completed my aligner treatment on November 15th. I had called in advance to schedule an appointment, but despite being fully flexible, the earliest available slot was after January 14th. By the time I was finally seen, my teeth had shifted back, rendering the entire treatment ineffective. No one advised me on what to do in the meantime, and as a result, all the aligners I had used went to waste. A new set of 10 aligners was ordered for me, but I have no assurance that they will be sufficient. This issue kept repeating with every appointment. I specifically requested to be booked with Viktoria, but I was told she was on annual leave and that I would have to wait until March 12, 2025. Wanting to see Viktoria, I agreed and scheduled my appointment for March 12, 2024. However, when I arrived, I was booked with someone else instead. I have been misled multiple times, which has been extremely frustrating. I waited over a month for Viktoria, and had I been informed earlier that she wouldn’t be available due to high demand, I would have taken an earlier appointment. Now, my treatment extensions for the new aligners have been scheduled for March 12, 2025, at 11:40 AM, even though my original treatment was supposed to end on November 15, 2024. This means there is a four-month gap where I did not receive the necessary treatment. The failure to schedule my appointments properly has caused unnecessary delays, and even after four months, I am still trying to get the treatment I was promised. The new set of aligners also stopped fitting. I had to wear them at night for two weeks just to begin the new treatment. I feel that the money I paid has been wasted. My appointment today was for the extension (12/03/25) which has been completed. One of my extensions fell out it was done by Danai who kind of rushed things. I couldn't find an appointment because they had no appointments until my last aligner. Then I was seen by Danai when I had the last set of aligners - I was told that the appointment was booked with Viktoria but I was seen by Danaia. Unfortunately, I found her to be extremely rude and unhelpful. The dental extension she applied fell off the same day it was placed. When I returned for a check-up, she neither examined my teeth nor asked to see them. I mentioned to her that I had left a message through the app regarding my bottom teeth feeling loose after using the aligners. However, she took no responsibility or initiative as a representative of Impress. Her response was dismissive—she told me I needed to see my own dentist and questioned whether I even had one, adding, “Oh, we don’t deal with things like that.” Her tone came across as arrogant, and her body language was equally dismissive—she didn’t make eye contact and was focused on her laptop throughout the conversation. She didn’t offer any guidance on whether it would be worthwhile to proceed with another extension. When I asked for her professional opinion, mentioning that I only had one set of aligners left, she simply said, “Okay, don’t do it then,” without examining my teeth or providing any insight. This was especially concerning since the previous extension she applied fell off on the first day. Throughout the appointment, I felt she was frustrated with my presence. She didn’t correct me when I was using the cheek retractor incorrectly—another nurse eventually stepped in and kindly helped me. Danai was present during the appointment but was not involved in my care at all. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first disappointing interaction I’ve had with her, but I had previously given her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she might be going through personal difficulties. However, her attitude and lack of professionalism have become increasingly hard to overlook. I left the appointment without engaging further, feeling that she simply doesn’t want to be there and is taking up appointment slots that others could benefit from.

Negative experience: I strongly advise against using Impress based on my prolonged and frustrating experience. What was promised to be a simple, 6-month alignment journey has now dragged on for nearly two years, and I’m still left with unresolved issues and a deep sense of disappointment. 1. Poor Treatment Planning and Execution. From the beginning, I’ve had to undergo three separate attempts just to move a single tooth. Multiple clinicians blamed the lack of progress on my “small teeth”—a vague and unhelpful explanation that seems like a convenient excuse rather than a professional diagnosis. After each round, I was sent yet another “refinement” package, none of which resolved the issue. At one point, I was left with a noticeable gap between my teeth, only to be told this was “normal” and I should be satisfied. When I insisted the issue wasn’t resolved, I was informed I had “used up” all my refinements and there was nothing more they could do—despite the fact the outcome was far from what was promised. 2. Unprofessional and Disorganized Staff. My in-clinic experience hasn’t been any better. On one occasion, I was told my appointment had been moved forward, so I showed up at the new time and stood outside the Waterloo clinic ringing the doorbell for 15 minutes with no response. I finally called head office, only to be told the appointment hadn’t been changed at all. Moments later, someone eventually opened the door and admitted that my appointment had in fact been moved—but they were on lunch and didn’t think it was important enough to ensure someone else could open the door. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. 3. Sloppy Dental Work and Dismissive Attitude. More recently, I had new attachments placed on my teeth. One fell off almost immediately, and another was placed in the wrong position, causing my tooth to move in the wrong direction. I called to book an emergency appointment, and the earliest they could offer me was three weeks later—and in the meantime, I was told to just continue wearing the aligners as-is. When I explained the issue, I was told they “didn’t believe” the dentist would have put the attachment in the wrong place, making me feel completely dismissed and unheard. Overall, Impress has been one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences I’ve had with a healthcare provider. The quality of care, professionalism, and results have been shockingly poor. I regret ever signing up with them, and I would urge others to think twice before doing the same

Negative experience: My experience with Impress has been nothing short of a nightmare, utterly defined by their incompetence and shocking lack of customer care. I was sent a wrong set of retainers, a critical error on their part that I immediately brought to their attention. Despite contacting them well within their stated refund policy timeframe, Impress deliberately scheduled my follow-up appointment much later than that crucial deadline, effectively ensuring I could not claim a timely refund. When I finally attended the appointment, hoping for a resolution, I was met with appalling unprofessionalism: a tall South Asian associate working there inexplicably found my frustrating situation amusing and actually laughed at me as I recounted the details. When I was talking to the guy, his words and actions at the end were very upsetting. He behaved and spoke to me in such a harsh way that it made tears come to my eyes. He spoke to me like a little child who knows nothing. He touched my retainers with bare hand after touched all surface including the door handle then placed my retainer on the bare table. I felt so bad that I just cried in the end. To add insult to injury, they promised to "go further in the case" and investigate, a hollow assurance as I have never been contacted since, despite their commitment. This entire ordeal highlights a deeply flawed system, disrespectful staff, and a business practice that feels deliberately designed to evade responsibility.

Negative experience: I am utterly appalled and disappointed by the service I received from this dental practice regarding my aligners. After waiting several agonizing months, I finally received my first batch of aligners (57 trays) in September. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I reached the 13th tray, only to find that it didn't fit properly on the left side. This issue continued with the 14th and 15th trays as well. After reaching out to the clinic in February about these fitting problems, I was told that I needed to come in for a check-up. Following another scan, the dentist informed me that a new set of trays needed to be produced, and I was instructed to keep using the malfunctioning 15th tray while I waited. This was just the beginning of my nightmare. Each time I followed up, I received conflicting information, which only fueled my frustration. As of today, I am still in the dark—no calls, no emails, and absolutely no new trays. When I contacted customer care today, I was horrified to learn that my aligners haven't even entered production yet! This entire experience has been nothing short of neglectful. It’s clear that this practice has a serious lack of care and respect for their patients’ dental health. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for dental care!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend Impress Clinic to anyone considering treatment. They’re quick and friendly when it comes to taking your money, but once they have it, the service completely falls apart. Getting an appointment becomes nearly impossible. The few slots they offer are months away, and when the date approaches, they cancel without warning or explanation. Even worse, they don’t provide alternatives, you’re left chasing them just to rebook.On multiple occasions they cancelled my appointments by sending an email claiming that they had tried to call to address this, bearing in mind that i would never receive any missed calls from them whatsoever. In my limited experience with clinical staff, the orthodontists and dental hygienists I saw were professional and pleasant, However, the overall customer service is horrendous, especially from the patient coordinators and management. My assigned coordinator, L****, ignored my WhatsApp messages for weeks, sometimes even reading them and not replying. When I chased this with the main Impress team, I was told she was on annual leave, with no prior notice or backup plan. This kind of disorganized and careless approach is unacceptable for a service at this price point. To add to the frustration, they deleted my account after months of not being able to access the application used to manage appointments due to incorrect/faulty details they gave me. It also became impossible to get through to anyone via phone. I initially signed up during a Boxing Day deal that included free in-clinic teeth whitening, but no appointments were ever available. When I raised this, they tried to offer me a home whitening kit instead, not what was promised and certainly not what I agreed to. Even though I struggled to reach anyone for months, with calls and messages being ignored and my application log in details not working, they ironically reached out to me only when they wanted to charge me for the end-of-treatment retainers. Emails and responses will be attached as evidence. I’ve noticed they often respond to negative reviews with a line claiming they’ve “flagged your comment to Google as a non-patient review,” even when the accounts seem to lack full names. This leaves me questioning how they know if someone is or isn’t a customer. It feels like distasteful damage control rather than honest communication. I also encountered multiple issues with the teeth whitening appointments. On two occasions when I did manage to get through, they booked me for a dental hygienist appointment instead of the promised whitening. It felt like they were trying to downplay the situation, offering a basic cleaning instead of clinical whitening. When I finally went in for my appointment and raised the issue, they acted like it was an error on their part but still refused to carry out the whitening due to the time constraints and the misbooking. They informed me to leave and return for a new appointment. The hygienists had no involvement in the booking process, so I wasn’t mad at them, but the inconvenience was unbelievable. And, of course, after all of this, I still couldn’t get through to my patient coordinator to resolve the issue. My messages were seen and ignored. At this point, I’ve cut my losses and sought treatment elsewhere, but I want others to know what kind of company Impress really is. They take your money and then leave you with awful customer care, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises. If you’re looking for reliable, professional service, save your money and go somewhere that truly values its customers. Impress is not that place.

What a horrible experience, Very unprofessional company zero customer service, Took my money and refuse to send my order even after i sent the proof of payment, Requested a manger to call me 4 times and no manger at this company has the common descendancy to call me back to explain the issue i am ignore on all calls, Email and the app support, To any new customers before you really want to use this lot they will steal and cheat you out of your money and lie all the time. I would not recommend these people to anyone AVOID and save yourself all the hassle and loss of money you will suffer if you use them. If you replay and say you are looking into my issue that is a total lie on lie and more lies still waiting on a manger to call me why dont you start by a manager calling me... Things you all should know before you buy from this company Let me be honest with you and i would suggest you read this and think twice before you sign on the line.. I have all the proof to back up the below claim It all started so well i have a consultant call me and give me his number so we could talk over what i wanted to get out of the treatment and discuss anything i was not sure about, I was very impressed and he said I could contact him anytime we have a few whatsapp chats so I felt good and went for it… This is where is all started to go wrong after they had me sign on the line and go the money it all changed, The consultant stop responding on whatsapp so I have no choice but to proceed the scan we ok and I got my aligners, I had constant issues of keep being asked to go back to a previous set of aligners the worst one was being asked to go from set 10 back to set 5 this was just silly and there was no support. After I finally finished my teeth are better would I say I was happy NO but it is what it is. To make sure I keep my new teeth as they are I went for retainers and also signed up for the new retains every year as I need to keep these in position. I received the retainers and started using them. Upon the payment being sent for the next set of retainers being sent I waited 2 weeks and had not have any contact form them so I called to see where my new set was and was told I need to come to the practice for a new scan sadly NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME OR CONTACT ME TO SAY THIS very poor customer service. I then had to go to London to get a scan done they did say they would cover my travel because of not telling me that was nice but this is where it all GOES DOWN THE TOILET.. after the scan was done I then waited for my retainers and 4 weeks later nothing I called them to ask what was going on and was told its all in hand then after 6 weeks I called again and emailed to be told they have my order on hold as I have not paid but again NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME TO SAY THERE WAS AN ISSUES, More to the point I have paid now 7 weeks ago I have to send proof of payment to them then waited another 2 weeks and nothing to contact them again and was told it with another department and they are still arguing about the payment even though I have email confirmation they have it they are still refusing to do my retainers, I have asked for a manger to call me and I have waited 6 weeks and nothing NOT ONE MANGER HAS THE GUTS TO CALL ME TO EXPLAIN THIS MESS OR EVEN TALK TO ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. Customer service is worth a ZERO totally crap and they will not contact you after they have your money you have to chase and chase to get no where and fobbed off all the time. Manger do not exist at this place and will not contact or help you and its impossible to contact the managers I was told. AFTER 5 MONTHS I STILL HAVE NO ALIGHERS AND NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AND I AM OUT OF POCKET. DON’T BOTHER TO CONTACT ME ON THIS AS YOU HAVE NOT BOTHER TO CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE IN 5 MONTHS AFTER MY MULTIPUL REQYESTS FOR YOU TO DO SO LETS LET THE POEOPLE SEE WHAT YOU ARE REALLY LIKE SCAMMERS

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the service. Quick to take your money but not so quick to deliver the service you’ve paid for. I’ve been waiting for over 8 weeks now with only communication when I chase, and no delivery date to give me. I was advised at the time of ordering that I would receive the aligners in 5-6 weeks maximum INCLUDING Christmas, but now being fobbed off. An email has been sent for a cancellation and full refund. If I am having these problems now, this does not bode well for the treatment you claim to provide. 30/04/2025 Unfortunately it isn’t Impress! The offer for you to resolve this poor situation was not a refund that I requested, as my aligners were still not ready, but a compensation to myself that I still haven’t received by the date that was given by yourself (several weeks later) and unfortunately still getting fobbed off when I call for an update! So no, not resolved, still poor customer service, and still unhappy!

Negative experience: The dental nurses, dentists and reception staff were very professional and the assessment was done well, however this stopped when I started to deal with my treatment coordinator. They were not up front with what was being offered, and were not clear when I asked questions, they had to continually go and ask their manager. After some time, we agreed what I treatment I would receive and the cost. I then paid in full. Later that day I received an email basically stating that what was offered would no longer be the case, and they were offering me something else. No discussion, no negotiation. I was not happy with this, so I requested a full refund, they confirmed this would be processed. After this I received no further communication despite numerous attempts to contact through different channels. Almost a month later, still nothing. I ended up having to contact American Express to raise a dispute as I was getting no where with Impress. Avoid if you want to have any level of customer service.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They promised my retainers would be ready in up to two months, but it took five months instead. Their communication was terrible; they ignored my emails and phone calls, which is really frustrating. They even offered me £150 as compensation for their poor service, but nine months later, I’m still waiting for that compensation. On top of that, the quality of the aligners is really bad. I feel like they don’t respect their customers at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: Wow!! I Absolutely recommend this place to EverYone!!!! Firstly may I say, when we walked into the building the atmosphere was great, and I was astonished to see Woman, woman of colour in most of the positions straight up to the Managers role. I was very impressed by this and think it's great! We came to Impress dental, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. On arrival, we were running late, but as we had called, they were happy to still see us. We were politely greeted by the lovely and polite receptionist Lauren, who offered us beverages while we filled in the registration forms. We were then seen by Juliet and Nadia the nurses. They were warm, kind, friendly, informative & very  professional. Our consultation ended with the brilliant and amazing manager Yasmin. She was an absolute star, so patient and kind as we took a very long time to arrange the documents for her, but she waited and didnt make us feel like the unprepared nuisances we were that friday evening. She was absolutely incredible, pulled out all the stops to insure we went away well informed and happy with our purchase. Yasmin told us exactly what to expect from each step of the treatment, and she knew exactly what we needed, we left there feeling so happy and satisfied with our purchase. I would like to add that we took almost 2hrs of Yasmin's time to complete everything, as we had trouble shooting when downloading statements and employment records etc but Yasmin was so positive, patient and kind towards and it made all the difference as it was friday, and we were the last customers in the building but she was so vibrant and patient that she made us feel relaxed. Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the appalling service and lack of communication from Impress, particularly the team at the 54 Brushfield St. clinic. In December, my son and I visited your clinic, where we specifically asked if his aligners could be sent to New York, as he lives in the U.S. We were assured—without hesitation—that this would not be a problem. However, despite the aligners being ready for over three weeks now and being paid in full (£2000) they still have not been shipped due to what you now claim are “logistical issues.” The level of disregard for your customers is shocking. I have made countless phone calls, sent multiple texts and emails, yet I have either been completely ignored or received empty promises. After being forced to visit the clinic in person, I spoke with a “manager”who assured me she would resolve the situation, yet nothing has changed. This is beyond unacceptable. Your customer service is not only unprofessional but outright negligent. I have been more than patient, but enough is enough!!

Fantastic experience: I have always wanted to get my teeth sorted but have been delaying the process, Yasmine the manager has exceptional customer service skills and explained the process from start to finish, she answered every question I had and was very patient with me, she showed me what my teeth should look like after treatment comparing them to what they look like now, thank you for such a great visit I can’t wait to start my treatment

Fantastic experience: What a lovely team from start to finish! At the reception, Lauren always greets you with a warm smile. Today, I met with Flo and her team, and as always, everything was quick and professional. I was supposed to finish my last aligner today, but she wasn't impressed and ordered more aligners for me. This is exactly the kind of care and service you want from your dentist. They don’t let you leave if you are ready to smile:)

Negative experience: Be aware everyone They will rip you off. I reported to The London police. Hopefully someone get locked up for scamming ppl that struggling. I didn’t pay anything but my friend got scammed 5k ‍♂️

Negative experience: Fake reviews this company used to be called diamond whites diamond whites robbed me and then changed they’re name I previously left a bad review they saw it and called me up saying they can give me my replacements that I’ve been waiting over a year for absolute joke dont buy aligners from here because if you loose a pair which you most likely will they won’t be able to replace it, a little plastic that they can print out but they’re work is unorganised they using up there time hiding and avoiding all the people they robbed/messed up with
