Fantastic experience: I am from New Zealand and was travelling in the UK I chipped a tooth on some nuts while staying with my cousin in Sevenoaks. This was a Sunday. I phoned for an emergency appointment and was seen by the dentist early Monday morning. He was able to give me a temporary filling which is still in place. I was very pleased with the speed and with the quality of service. However it was very expensive. £50 to actually make the appointment and £250 for the filling.

Fantastic experience: Had a gold crown come unstuck (fortunately I didn't swallow it) on a Wednesday afternoon. Rang the practice and they managed to fit me in for an appointment the next day when the crown was glued back in place. Superb service all round.

Fantastic experience: As a new person to move to Sevenoaks, I was quite worried about finding a new dentist as my previous dental care in Cardiff had been very friendly and successful.But everyone at Sevenoaks Dental & Implant Centre were so helpful and caring towards a nervous elderly lady that my worries proved to be unfounded. The dental surgeon was reassuring throughout the inspection giving me total faith in his abilities.His assistant was equally caring, helping me up and down the staircase and offering to arrange my next appointment to be in a ground floor surgery. The young ladies on the reception patiently explained everything to me so with all these excellent people as part of the staff my first appointment if not a great pleasure was certainly a resounding success.

Fantastic experience: I am a fearful patient.and have decided to get implants ,full set of implants ,top and bottom .Since my first visit I have felt relaxed much to my surprise. The implant and dental staff make you feel welcome.and there care is above and beyond The surgery will go to great lengths to make you feel happy with what is going on around you and understand what to expect I am under the care of Dr Uddin and couldn't ask for better care Highly recommended practice. This Surgery was life changing for me.and I was very nervous and scared. I am no longer fearful of dentist's. If you tell the surgeon your worries. The team will address the issue's with empathy and action. You may think it cost's alot but the quality of service is next to none. You never leave without a full set of dentures at any time.until implants are in. So people will not see you without teeth ,especially if you have a front facing job.

Positive experience: Always lovely staff from all on reception to the dentists themselves, they all help you feel calm in what can be a stressful place for some people (including me!)

Definitely the place to go if ur Not keen on going to the dentist but Sevenoaks made me feel comfortable and relaxed and now I actually enjoy going to the dentist the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your vist comfortable

Fantastic experience: Liz the hygienist is excellent in the work she does, but she also makes you feel at ease during the appointment which makes a huge difference. She also provides excellent advice about how to look after your teeth. The receptionists are also very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist, Tamam is very friendly and efficient and provides an outstanding service.

Fantastic experience: I have visited again for my dental hygienist appointment and had Nabila and Ollie. They were also brilliant and professional. I would recommend them and give them ten stars, but am limited to five by google! Went also to see Mr Thalukdar (my dentist) for my regular check-up and once again, he was brilliant. He is the best dentist that I have ever visited. He explained everything brilliantly and ensured that all was well with my teeth. I have recommended family and friends also and they are all extremely happy with the service. I would give 10 stars, but am limited to five by google. Visited again and had the best service and treatment. Thank you to Mr Thalukder for being so kind, professional and amazing! Best dentist that I have ever been to! Thank you to Mr Thalukder for being a superb and amazing dentist. I was able to make a quick emergency appointment when my filling fell out. Thank you, as I was in extreme discomfort and unable to make an appointment with my regular dentist. Mr Thalukder sorted the problem quickly and efficiently with a temporary filling and explained everything nicely. I now have a permanent filling in place. Again, this was done efficiently and I felt happy throughout the process. I would recommend Mr Thalukder and the team at Sevenoaks dental to everyone - they have been brilliant! Negative experience: Was fine. I booked a hygienist appointment. Three things I didn’t like were 1) the hygienist waited until I was in the chair to talk about an upgrade (water and air) rather than this being discussed on the phone when I booked, it felt like high pressure selling and an inappropriate time to discuss; 2) the appointment finished early, I felt that the hygienist could have then polished a bit more in the time that I had paid for; 3) i received an email asking for feedback, only if you want to leave a 5 start review are you brought to Google to leave a review, this feels disingenuous and like they are massaging the numbers so to speak.

Fantastic experience: Having had extensive work carried out over the last year, the service received from everyone in the implant centre had been exemplary and I personally can’t recommend them enough.

I hadn’t managed to afford ongoing dental care during my 40s & 50s, & signed up with this practice “on the back foot”. But I now feel empowered to go back and chat with them about any work, if a crown feels odd initially, for example. Their specialist implant service was amazing. I recommended friends, who were incredibly impressed at the fees, as well as the personalised, bespoke care, having researched all over. Thank you. Very grateful.

Negative experience: We have been using this dentist since it opened but I was surprised to see the levels of hygiene have dropped significantly. The customer toilets are questionable along with the dirt and dust that moves around the floor in reception. Not the best of impressions

Negative experience: I get that you need to pay up front for appointments however I've lost £65 on an appointment I had to cancel last minute as a matter of urgency!! Things happen and I was torn on what to do. They didn't even offer me another appointment with the hygienist. It's bad enough you have to wait for your appointment even when you get there! I will be looking for another dentist moving forward. I'm also on low income which hasn't helped.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is always sympathetic, I have a fear of dentists, since a child, and I’m a complete wooos. But Rory understands and never makes me feel stupid. Hes been Kind when I had to have an extraction. They’re a nice practice, professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of dentists having had a couple of very negative experiences which left me in pain and with a phobia of attending the dentist ever again. I had not been to a dentist for a number of years. However I was forced to book an appointment with a wisdom tooth infection and was in a lot of pain. Imran put me at ease despite the fact I was extremely tearful. nervous and embarrassed because of my teeth. He has a gentle and calming manner and is very patient. The rest of the staff are equally lovely and kind. I have been back since and will need a filling and hygienist appointment which are booked. I actually look forward to getting these done so I can enjoy a positive experience with attending the dentists in the future and regain my smile. Also to note the premises are immaculate, so clean, prices are reasonable and I feel confident in my dentists recommendations and his treatment. Thank you Imran and team.

Fantastic experience: My grandpa has had a terrible time with health recently and was nervous to attend the dentists today. Tam and his team were brilliant and reassured us and my grandpa came away so happy! Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Had my appointment today but was 8 minutes late due to roadworks (my own road - Ovenden Road, being shut without any notice. This meant I had to divert through Brasted and Sundridge where there are further roadworks causing delays. Having managed to get through these, I was then further delayed by roadworks near to Lidl so I turned around and went into Sevenoaks via the hospital. This resulted in me arriving at the dentist 8 minutes late and the dentist refused to see my. In all the time both I and my wife have been going to this dentist, neither of us have ever been seen on time, usually waiting anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes. On top of this, one of my previous appointments was cancelled 15 minutes before it was due as my dentist had to deal with an emergency at home. I fully understood this situation and was happy to make a new appointment, but he cannot understand my own minor issue. Simply not good enough. My wife is at present waiting to have implants fitted at a cost of almost £15,000 but is now seriously reconsidering whether to have this done with this dentist. Other, very local, implant centres are cheaper but she has been happy, up until today, with the service both she and I have received. WELL DONE SEVENOAKS DENTAL AND IMPLANT CENTRE !! Subsequent to my review above, I have received a call from the practice offering their apologies for what happened. It would seem it was a mis-understanding and the young lady on reception should have said that my dentist would see me provided I didn't mind waiting. It was not the practice that caused the problem and they were extremely apologetic which is very much a positive on their part. I have now amended my review to 5 stars which is how I would have reviewed their services prior to todays' issue. They are very good people and great dentists !!!!

Positive experience: Very pleasant experience with the dentist . My daughter was at ease. Giving four stars as it was our first appointment .
