Fantastic experience: I would like to give feedback about the dentist we visited with my son – Mrs. Natalia Montana Ponsa. She is the first dentist who not only looked at my Son's teeth but also treated them so he wouldn’t be in pain anymore. She was very gentle with children, and I really appreciated the communication between her and us. That’s why I decided to transfer my children to her care – because she takes action, not just looks. I am very satisfied, and finally my son slept well after so many nights of crying.

Fantastic experience: My consultation with Anmol Patel regarding dental treatment options whilst a formal meeting was very friendly and relaxed and full of helpful information. Although Anmol had a very busy schedule for the day, I did not feel like our meeting was at all rushed as he took the time to make sure that he went through everything I needed to know in order for me to make an informed decision about the best treatment options for myself and affordability. Also knowing that I would be able to get in contact with him again if I needed to ask further questions following our meeting was a great comfort.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Very responsive to contact, and clearly busy but professional, efficient, friendly, and welcoming. Sarah on Reception gets a special mention and my thanks for suggesting I come in and register so that she could book me an appointment for Monday morning when I found myself urgently in need of a dentist on a weekend. The dentist that saw me, Negar Nekouimehr, was professional, kind, straightforward, and determined to get to the bottom of a confusing and highly painful presentation. Small hands and fingers too ;-) I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this surgery highly enough, and especially Negin who has carried out several treatments for me, including an extraction, fillings etc. she is a truly superb dentist who puts customer comfort and care at the forefront of each appointment I have attended with her. Being a nervous patient, I was put totally at ease and Negin ensured that my aftercare was as thorough as the care I received during my visits, she is absolutely wonderful. This has been a Five star service at its very best

Fantastic experience: the two times I’ve had to visit this place, I’ve had an infected wisdom tooth ripped out and plaque chiseled and hacked off to which both were not pleasant, but cannot fault the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the practice is clean and spotless and I’ve been so happy with the results. Positive experience: I have no issue with the dental staff however the receptionists have an attitude thinking they are above you and if you disagree with them they accuse you of being aggressive. Are they trained by the same people as doctors receptionists?

Fantastic experience: My daughters’s dentist at this practice, Frances, is very good. Professional, friendly and personable and with a good knowledge and understanding. She remembers my daughter from six months to the next which puts her at ease and we trust her implicitly. Sometimes you can feel like a money making machine to dentists but not with Frances. She practices with an understanding of the patient’s needs. Definitely a keeper!

Fantastic experience: I had a check up yesterday with Negin Nekouimehr, she was very professional and put me at ease throughout the whole appointment. She went through the forms i completed online and asked me if I had any questions, we talked trough the concerns i raised and I was very happy with the outcome. The Dental Practice is lovely, clean and welcoming and I went in on my appointment time which was a bonus!

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service. Unfriendly reception, lack of staff organisation and scheduling , lack of professionalism and customer care. Unsympathetic staff. Don’t waste your time, they only prioritise profit.

Positive experience: Ok as long as you don't need anything urgently done on the NHS.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at the practice although my husband has been going there for years. I am very impressed with them from the ease of booking an appointment to after care following a tooth removal. Fantastic experience: Westcliff Dental Practice is a very good dentist and the dentists are excellent. I have been with them for many years and recommend them. The hygiest at Westcliff Dental Practice, Liz is very good, I have been for two years and she is saving my teeth along with the dentist. The receptionists are very helpful and good as well.

Fantastic experience: Thank you all for being so kind,as always Fahria and her nurse, really put me at ease , I am anxious but she was so gentle, explained, everything to me Also the ladies on reception are so friendly and welcoming Highly recommend This is my review from all my visits but must add details of my last two appointments , first of all on Wednesday 28/5 I had 2 teeth removed, Fahria and her assistant Chloe, were wonderful considering I' was a wreck, I did ask to be knocked out with a saucepan! New plate in, I survived, so did they just Today 31/5 I decided to have composite bonding (private) on my bottom teeth as they were in need of TLC, i was there for at least 2 hours, it's a slow but amazing process. and oh boy I now have a smile I'm happy with woohoo Thank you Fahria so much and all your lovely assistants Reception ladies welcoming and helpful as always If you need a dentist please do yourself a favour and call them I'm glad I did

I desperately needed a wisdom tooth extracted, they did it there and then to save me having to come back ( thank fully)and to ease my pain. Positive experience: My appointment was 9am and i was seen by the Dentist at 9:10. I was asked if i had any problems, which I hadn’t. The Dentist gave me a thorough check on all my teeth, all was OK excepting that I needed my Teeth to have some Plaque removed. All the while he kept me relaxed.

Positive experience: A very good BASIC chech-up. We use to have water to rinse our mouths out before and after Check. My last Dentist ( Maria) use to offer scale and polish. These obviously have been withdrawn. At 82 I don't want to travel all over, and would love this basic treatment to be offered at the Check-up.

However for the past 15 years or so we have been under the care of Daanish Chatteroo who has been excellent.
