Fantastic experience: I recently registered as a NHS patient and had new patient check-up. I had been experiencing pain when eating in one of my upper molars and after an x-ray the dentist (Dr Shiv Parekh ) immediately diagnosed and treated the problem. Both Shiv and his dental nurse were lovely. They put me at ease and were so professional that I had confidence in their knowledge and experience. I also needed to see the Hygienist for a clean and after applying some numbing gel (never had that before) Abhi and his assistant Saniya proceeded to give me a pain free dental clean. I love the results! Sarah the practise manager was so helpful and professional which meant registration, booking and payments were so straight forward. I have recommended this practice to my daughter and she will be registering her whole family.

Fantastic experience: Always have brilliant service here, all the way from booking to treatment. The staff are so friendly and reassuring and everything is always explained. Saw the new Dr S Parekh whol recommended a cap but was happy to provide the filling as an interim measure whilst I saved up for the proper job! Fantastic experience: Today I visited this surgery and my treatment was carried out by Adi and Jinal. I arrived at the surgery and the check in was done electronically which was easy and straightforward. When I was called through for my treatment, I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. Adi had remembered a conversation we had had the previous week and kindly asked how I was which I thought was a really personal touch. Throughout the procedure, it was explained what exactly was happening and often asked if I was OK or needed to stop and have a rest/brake. Throughout the whole treatment may i say that both Adi and Jinal were caring, consistent in professionalism with a very gentle approach which put me at ease. Thank you both so much I wouldn't hesitate recommending your services and practice

Fantastic experience: I called kingshurst Dental surgery this morning to register me and my son. We were both offered appointments for today, and I cannot fault the service we received. He gave me a filling quickly and painlessly and I would recommend him to anybody needing dentistry treatment. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful as usual.

Negative experience: New to this guy my lady dentist on leave had my tooth pulled over aweek ago still in bits when he pulled tooth he knocked the filling out in tooth next to it try get appointment b4 my appointment in january to b told to wait till december even though im in bits not good since change use to b so good women on front desk just dont seem to care ñike other lady differnt People all round not the same bring bk old staff not as good good as i use to feel just my thoughts but its a true feed back and i will leave one aftet my next viste hope i can give the full stars like i use to x

Negative experience: Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would not recommend. You have no record of seeing me because you took me off the NHS patient list without informing me. Charged me £25 just to WRITE OUT A PRESCRIPTION. The dentist I saw noticed my teeth had some staining and remarked 'Ooh not very nice to look at is it' which I found to be offensive & incredibly unprofessional.
