Highly professional, clear treatment program and costings, painless treatments and care for scardie cats like me when it comes to needles and just being in the dentist chair after years of abuse at the hands of the School Dental Nurse when I was a kid - lol! Practice offices are modern, light and airy and getting appointments is painless. Can't recommend highly enough! Especially if you have a fear of dentists :)

Have been going here for over 30 years now. I know they invest in the very best and latest equipment, and I always walk in to a smiley welcome and first class service. Didn't think I could rate the dental surgery any more highly until I got an implant last week, and my respect went up to a whole different level. Zero pain! It was like lying on a lilo in the sunshine with waves gently lapping and soothing classical music playing. Simon Nocton is a maestro! Just don't tell him, men are bad enough without adoration. Fantastic experience: I was in London on vacation from the US and had a terrible toothache. After calling several urgent cares, ER dental offices, and the NHS without any help, I finally found the Dental Surgery. Every single person I encountered at the Dental Surgery was extremely nice and accommodating…from the person that answered the phone, to the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and to the dentist Adam Richardson. Dr. Richardson had an amazing bedside manner and was able to help me with my tooth. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and provided immediate relief. I would highly recommend the Dental Surgery to not only local Londoners but to anyone visiting London in need of dental care. 10/10 experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Dr Ben Molyneux the team at the surgery for several years now. It has been a totally different experience to any other practice I have used before! Ben is as incredibly gentle as much as he is skilful and as a nervous patient this is very important to me. I have even recommended friends to him and I never did that before with any other dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice for almost 20 years. It is worth every penny knowing that you are being looked after. I have fibromyalgia and you can have "toothache", but the practice has always checked to see whether or not I have dental problems, and if they say teeth OK so must be my fibromyalgia, they have never charged me for these check ups. I haven't come across any practice over the years that would do this. I really believe that they care for the patient and it's not just about money.

I have received excellent dental care at this practice. This review covers my experience of The Dental Surgery at Corn Exchange both over several years and in recent months. The dental surgery premises itself is immaculately clean and ordered. It is beautifully decorated and has a light calming atmosphere. The reception staff are welcoming , polite, friendly, very efficient and always helpful both in person or on the telephone. I was first referred to The Dental Surgery at Corn Exchange a few years ago by my regular dentist for implant surgery with Simon Nocton. My regular dentist has since retired. So, in need of a new dental practice I decided to register as a patient here. I had implant surgery with Simon Nocton and his team of nurses. Before surgery I was informed about every aspect of my implant surgery and I was given a clear treatment plan and information about the implant materials used. I felt reassured knowing that only the very best and highest grade implant materials are used by Simon. Simon has a way of making you feel very welcome, safe and relaxed in his surgery. He is really easy to talk to and has a great sense of humour. I felt very safe throughout my implant surgery which went well. After the surgery, I was given excellent follow up care to check the implant and Simon was always contactable to answer any concerns I might have had during the recovery period. I could not have asked for more. Simon and his team are highly professional, caring, considerate, very skilled and Simon pays particular attention to detail so that the implant will look as good as possible. As trust is important to me, I feel confident saying that I have been treated by someone who I consider to be a very safe and trusted pair of hands. And the very best in Implant Dental Surgery. For general dental treatment I have been treated James Granger, again friendly, caring, very professional and a pleasure to visit. I was recently referred by Andrew for periodontal treatment to Omar Patel. Over recent months, I have had both periodontal treatment and periodontal surgery with Omar Patel. Following the perdontal treatment I was advised that periodontal surgery would be best solution to completely resolve my problem long term. However, this was a choice or option for me. I was given clear advice and information on the possible outcome of choosing not to have the surgery. I decided that surgery was the best option for me and went ahead with it. Omar has been excellent, kind, warm, friendly and considerate throughout my treatment. I had very lengthy surgery, very fine work that was done with care, consideration and attention throughout the procedure. I felt very well looked after by him and his nurse. Again, as with Simon and my implant surgery, I have received excellent follow up care and advice from Omar. I feel very confident that I have been treated by a very skilled professional. Finally, Last but not least, Jessie Boyle an excellent hygienist who is warm, friendly, caring and professional and I look forward to seeing her regularly. I can honestly say, I feel safe and in very good hands with highly qualified, professionals at this Dental practice. I have been treated with care, kindness and warmth always. If you are looking for a good, honest, highly professional, safe dental practice that you can trust. Then look no further, you have just found it, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I don't think I've ever experienced a business with better levels of customer service or professionalism. They would win the Oscars of dentistry every year. I'm sure they do for their industry equivalent. Getting anything fixed or cleaned in your mouth can be a pretty harrowing experience but at The Dental Surgery it is miraculously cathartic and comforting. My dentist, James Granger, is the Tom Cruise (to continue the movie metaphor) of Dentists and has improved my life dramatically through his care and skill with a dizzying array of dental tech that makes you marvel at the medical genius of humanity. That is all.

Easy to to book apt's and lovely reception staff. Best hygienist experience I have ever had, only way it could be better is if it was free!

Fantastic experience: My mouth was super sensitive after covid infection and I was nervous going to a hygienist not to cause further irritation. Sophie did an amazing job, very thorough, careful and absolutely pain free procedure. My teeth feel so clean and look amazing, even the tinniest stain was removed and two weeks after the appointment, there has been no irritation at all. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Kirsty is fabulous and I wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else! She is good at communicating what she is doing while the procedure is happening and putting my mind at ease, especially when I needed injections before treatment. Fantastic experience: It took several months to research and find who I hoped would be the best person to carry out my implants. I have severe sinus issues and had been experiencing a great deal of pain in two back teeth, so needed someone with a high level of expertise, experience and knowledge. Meeting Simon Nocton at my first consultation I knew I had found the right person. Simon listened attentively to my concerns and issues, asked poignant questions, and undertook a thorough examination of my teeth. He made me feel at ease and explained his diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand. He followed up with a written assessment and suggested course of action with a breakdown of costs and a clear timeline. Two and a half years later Simon has successfully completed two implants, one of them quite complex, and along the way replaced a bridge that was at the end of its life. I knew from my research that Simon has a stellar CV, but his level of care, his thoughtful approach, his warmth and compassion, surpassed all expectation. Who knew that a dental surgeon could be a friend! As bonkers as it sounds, i have looked forward to every appointment during my implant "journey," and it is with a mix of joy and sadness that i've reached my destination. Should I ever need further care, I will be back, and I have already recommended Simon to several friends and colleagues. Fantastic experience: Kate Yeaton has been my dentist for many years. When she started my teeth were in very bad shape, but thanks to her ( and Penny for the implants ) they are in much better shape now. She is very kind, gentle ( which is what I want in a dentist ! ) and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate ( and Penny ) to others. I would also mention that the whole practice appears to be well run and the dental hygienists are very good as are the dental nurses and receptionists. They come over as a genuinely joined up team that enjoy working together. get on well together.

Fantastic experience: I feel we've been well looked after and given good options. Elaine Brough (orthodontist) is experienced, gentle and reassuring. I feel we have been well-informed. We took this route as the NHS wait time in our area is 3 years, and we have gone with Invisalign Teen which is not available on the NHS and offers some extra benefits (less invasive, quicker overall, costwise slightly cheaper than fixed option, better results by starting treatment while jaw still growing, fewer adjustment visits so less missed school, easier eating, sport&cleaning - they are almost invisible too but this wasn't a huge deal for us as so many friends have fixed braces). Worth having a consultation to discuss options at least.

Fantastic experience: I don't think many people enjoy going to the dentist, but this is as enjoyable as it gets. Staff are professional and understanding. Dentistry isn't cheap. Fantastic experience: I found The Dental Surgery from a friend’s recommendation. I needed an implant which is now completed. It was an exceptional experience and not overpriced. Kate is a wonderful dentist and I am now recommending to friends. I recently went to the Hygienist (Laura) who was very knowledgeable and thorough. The dentists I deal with at the practice are not only excellent - and always provide pain-free treatment - but, so far, have all been interesting people to talk to (out of one side of my mouth). The dental nurses never let me choke, the receptionists are very professional, the hygienists invariably leave me feeling I am actually doing an ok job with the brushing, and I think the whole operation is as good as any dental practice could be. They even made me a gold-coloured mouthguard when I tried boxing a few years back. Ask for James Grainger for dental work, and Ben Molyneux for implants.

The treatment that Omar Patel has provided has helped me enormously with my periodontal issues and he has provided helpful guidance for me to follow at home. Fantastic experience: I came in for a review of some recent bonding work Andrew carried out on three chipped teeth. Unfortunately the colour isn't quite right, so after a short discussion, Andrew offered my free treatment to come back and have the colour 'worked on'. Excellent customer service!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service as always from all staff at the Dental Surgery. Extremely personable team on reception and fantastic service from my dentist Penny Grace. I am so impressed by her and the team I travel down from Leicestershire to see her and also my daughter who has learning difficulties. Penny and the team have been brilliant in putting my daughter at ease during treatments- so much so that she is completely relaxed when there. I can’t recommend them enough.

Their outstanding skill and personal care is complimented by equally fantastic professionalism and customer service from the rest of their practice. Just after I left the surgery, and for the first time in my life, a lady stranger stopped me on the tube to compliment me on my smile. What more can I say. These guys are the best.
