Fantastic experience: Very pleasant and efficient staff. Very pleased with the dentist we see. Pleasant atmosphere in the reception area. Very good all round service.

Fantastic experience: I've had my share of nightmare dental appointments in the past, along with being Austistic these have caused me to hate dental appointments and make me anxious to the point where I've needed my wife to keep me calm. However, the team here have been amazing, the dentist was gentle and barely noticed him work. He did a checkup, clean and some fillings across 2 appointments. 1 without my wife needing to be there! They've alleviated a lot of concerns I had and I've planned more work to sort the terrible state my mouth got in, due to my previous experiences. So thanks again, Daniel and Olivia. You've been amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have a huge dental phobia and after years of neglecting my dental health and past bad experiences I have finally found a dentist I trust. Dr Ali and his dental nurse (sorry didn't catch her name) were amazing. They listened to my fears and explained everything in detail, put me at ease instantly. My previous dentist had said I needed a course of treatment. Which I now have found out is not needed. I can not express my thanks enough from turning my previous negative experiences in to a positive one moving forward. If you have a phobia then this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Been with Together Dental for 18 months now, had a great experience there staff are very welcoming and polite, the dentist im with is named Tom always asks how you are, has a laugh, the nurse that was with him on this occassion named Farina was very good as when Tom was cleaning my teeth and you get the saliva at the back of your throat and you need to swallow, well let me tell you this there was nothing, inside my mouth was dry, when Farina finished i rinsed my mouth out but didnt really need to as there was nothing there to rinse out... i said to Farmia thats the best experience i"ve ever had with a dental nurse.. she was very good and competant hopefully she will stay there as she is a good asset to the company

Negative experience: Very bad service from the receptionist. Not professional at all. Both name Chloe first call deliberately cut me off. So called again answered after 10 minutes and spoke to another Chloe who was argumentative and childish like behaviour. I agree with the previous negative review and strongly believe these receptionists are racist and need to learn to be professional. Very poor experience.

Negative experience: They are very selective. I came very early 9:05am for an appointment. But they prefer to attend to other people before me. My appointment was scheduledfor 9:15am, but someone that had an appointment by 9:30 was attended to before me even when i came much earlier. I don't know if it is because I am black. Everyone was attended to while I sat there waiting. I complained to the receptionist, and she told me I am the next, but they all still kept calling people around me. I was left alone. Even when I complained to the receptionist again, she told me it is either i stay or i leave. I have to leave the place to avoid trouble. I felt very embarrassed. This is very unfair. Negative experience: I was seen as an NHS patient. The dentist wasn’t following some basic hygiene protocols and the examination room was unfortunately dirty, and the room looked unkempt. The appointment was quick but he lied about advice on procedures that were an upper band NHS cost, and lied about what the NHS can cover. Giving advice that was different to what i’d been told by multiple other dentists and reputable online resources and telling me ‘you’ll just get used to it’ in regard to my problems. Clearly trying to avoid doing procedures that wouldn’t be profitable for him as some NHS dentists are unfortunately known to do. I did not feel comfortable and wouldn’t go back for even a basic filling. The reception team were polite and lovely to deal with, I was seen quickly once I arrived and the online booking system was convenient.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many dentists over my 40+ years of life and this one is by far the best I have been to. Other dental practices repeatedly cancelled my appointments, got my details mixed up on their system and there would never be consistency in which dentist I would see. At Together Dental where I have been now for several years, following a recommendation by a friend, I have always seen the same dentist, Dr Ali. He's always been very good at communicating and discussing with me about my oral hygiene. He's recommended products which has helped improve the way I look after my teeth. One time, he was going to do a procedure based on how my tooth looked but after discussing it with me and realising there is no discomfort for me, he decided that the best course of action was to leave it and keep an eye on it. It's good to have a dentist who discusses things with the patient and does the best by them, rather than going ahead with something without question. Every member of staff is polite and I always have a great experience. I used to hate going to the dentist, but not since I have been going here.

Fantastic experience: had My first appointment here today and I have to say I hate dental treatment always have but the staff here at this dentist are lovely and go above and beyond, they made me feel very comfortable and was very polite , I've had teeth extracted today , and denchers fitted December, it's safe to say this dentist gives you ure smile back again that u can be happy with , thanks dentist ANEELA and also nurse NISA they are fantastic staff and made me feel very at ease also thanks to the reception staff for also being very welcoming and understanding very happy customer thank you total dentist .

Fantastic experience: My first appointment and I was thrilled. Firstly the Receptionists was so attentive and welcoming. Waiting area nicely spaced out , not to mention how clean area was. Didn't get to take photos. My Dentist was so lovely and explain step by step what she was doing and about to do. I'm so looking forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Had my first dental work here today in Stoke-on-Trent. It was professional, the dentist and tech/assistant were kind and answered any questions I had. I was there for multiple extractions and was pleasantly surprised at the way my dentist (Aneela Butt) administered the Xylocaine via injection, causing much less pain than any other dentist had in the past. Great service and probably the best dentist I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: Visited today and Tom the dentist was amazing with a great sense of humour never had such a great experience when visiting a dentist. I would also like to say the staff are great also and very helpfu. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction carried out by Dr Aneela yesterday and can’t believe how much care she and her assistant took. Throughout the procedure Dr Aneela kept asking me if I was OK and really took her time from start to finish. I couldn’t believe how painless the whole experience was. Every time the family has been seen by Dr Aneela, it’s always a painless experience, she is the best dentist we have ever been seen by, I would highly recommend Together Dental and particularly Dr Aneela!

Negative experience: Have been a patient here for years but my most recent experience felt traumatising. I was given a filling without any preventative numbing/pain relief. I was crying and moaning in pain with hands and feet scrunched up from the pain. I was not offered pain relief, just shouted at when the urge to close my mouth from the pain kicked in. The trainee nurse also kept putting the suction much further down my throat than the usual nurse would. I am still in pain so I'm not sure it fully fixed the problem so I fear I'll have to go back. I'm genuinely frightened.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best dental experience I've ever had, hardly felt a thing. Ali is a perfect gentleman, gentle and caring, explaining all options and not pushy or judgmental. Negative experience: After a few years visiting. Not impressed. Seems every time I go they want do a filling and a deep clean over £150 even when I'm not in pain. Took me kids in. They were each in the the Room less than a minute I come in come sit down o you need a filling and a deep clean. Mabey I'm wrong but perhaps their better at extracting cash than teeth.

Fantastic experience: After yet another 5* treatment by Dr Ali & his dental nurse I am moved to write that they are an absolute credit to the NHS. It is reassuringly clear that driven by care for their patients and not for profit, they make for an excellent recommendation as to why the NHS will always outshine the private sector in dentistry. Together Dental are so lucky to have such dentists working for them.

Fantastic experience: Been neglecting my teeth for the past 50 years so decided jump in at the deep end, There was a warm greeting from the receptionist and got booked in for a few days later, I needed 12 fillings by dentist Aneela and nurse Chloe over 2 sessions,they were both reassuring and the whole process was quite painless,definitely recommend these 2 if you need dentistry work doing

Positive experience: Actual dentist who took out 2 of my teeth was excellent ,lady on reception not good ,she didn't even check us in and my daughter had to go up to reception to see when we were due to go in to see the dentist causing us to sit and wait for 3/4 hour, so neither I or the dentist wasn't happy ,so I would give the dentist 5 stars but the lady on the desk needs to do her job properly

Fantastic experience: My son is always looked after brilliantly at Genesis Dentist in Stoke-on-Trent. He is autistic so doesn't do well with certain things but the gentleman who we see is brilliant with him and helps him feel relaxed. We all use the dentist and it is lovely and made to feel at ease and listened to which I think is important.

Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience with the hygienist Naima Algwil. I appreciate when she put numbed cream on my gum before clean my teeth. She really take care of me. Naima gave me lots of important advices. She was nice, professional and friendly. I recommend her. The reception staff was also friendly and welcoming. Very happy with my last visit!

Fantastic experience: My husband was in terrible pain and we were too late for an appointment, but receptionist Lauren was so helpful as she said she'd speak to dentist Aneela and call me back. She called my husband and had managed to stress his pain and fit him in. She deserves all recognition along with dentist Aneela and nurse Olivia. Great job. Positive experience: First visit as I am a new patient. Plenty of treatment required after having no dentist for around a year due to my former surgery constantly cancelling appointments. Apart from the astronomical cost, the treatment itself was really good. I'm not afraid to admit that I am a proper wimp where dentists are concerned, but I was reassured throughout and all was fine, apart from the bill, but I suppose that's the price for private treatment with less and less NHS dentists offering treatment.

Fantastic experience: The Staff are warm and friendly, they are very helpful and polite and always try to accommodate you in these trying times I was seen as an emergency on the Monday by Dr Ali and given anti-biotics with the knowledge that if there was an appointment cancelation in the meantime I would get a phone call which I did tooth extracted and a day later feeling fine, cannot say how relieved I am and proud to be on there books again many thanks to all at the Together Dental Stoke -on-Trent

Dr Ali Hayali is not only the best dental surgeon I have experienced, he gives full information on the treatment, is slight of hand and is a very pleasant person. Negative experience: Appalling service, 25% of appointments cancelled at the last minute, two dental plates made neither of which fit and rude staff taking advantage of the lack of a manager. These people have taken advantage of the crisis in the NHS dental service and couldn't care less about their patients. The complains service is a joke, lets hope the ombudsman can make a change.

Fantastic experience: Really good service. We have been patients of the practice for a few years and my husband needed to visit today as an emergency. Offered an emergency appointment same day, and all treatment completed at the appointment leaving him pain free. Excellent dentist and really helpful reception staff.

Negative experience: Partner has been waiting for a refund from head office for over 3 weeks the practice as gone above and beyond to help and get this sorted I can’t thank diane & Janet enough on the reception but head office are absolutely shocking I’ve called multiple times to chase the refund and they claim that they can’t see nothing on his file!!! We filled a form in over 3 weeks ago at the practice which was sent over to head office the same week & still no refund! Head office don’t have a clue !! Absolutely ridiculous I’ve never known service like it. 7 days is the waiting time for a refund and it’s been 3+ weeks ! Head office are not happy to help they just palm you off, will be taking this further as this is shocking service.

Fantastic experience: My eleven year old son had an appointment for tooth extraction today 29/5/23. He was so nervous,frightened and upset. I honestly didn’t know if my son would of gone through with it. Aneela the fabulous dentist was so calm,patient,caring and amazing with him. She talked him all the way through his treatment and got him through it. My son put his complete trust in her and she got him through is fear. She was so gentle and reassuring to us both. As James’ mother it was as stressful for me to see him so frightened and upset. She looked after us both! Awesome dentist with a lovely personality and human nature. Can not recommend enough! Also the receptionist was brilliant (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) She was lovely and very helpful. Had a conversation with my son as we left which also made him feel better. Thank you for a great experience at a place most people/children are afraid of.
