Fantastic experience: My dentist Valentine was exceptionally professional, had a tooth extraction and was extremely nervous but he made me feel at ease. It was out before I even knew it, his dental nurse Hannah was very helpful and professional at all times. So glad MY DENTIST accepted me back onto the nhs payment. 10/10. Fantastic experience: First time seeing a dentist in a while and Youness was brilliant, I had a couple of fillings, no pain or issues during or afterwards. Dental nurse Christine was really kind too.
Fantastic experience: Dentist man I think is Valentin very considerate and very good but he had a woman with him who I thought was disrespectful to him at times and twice chocked me with the suction and I had to pull it out. She told me to keep open and pulling at my mouth never in all my years has someone done that. Definitely get rid of her.

Everything was explained very clearly and the room was spotless and airy. I have been given a clear dental plan going forward too. I had reminders for my appointment and a phonecall too. Fantastic experience: If I could give 6 stars I would. I had a lot of problems with a previous dentist in clacton. However I have now found the best dentist and also the whole team to be absolutely perfect. From the time I arrive to the time I leave, the whole experience is completely outstanding. I have had to have at least 7-8 roots removed, and multiple extractions. Anusha has been able to do everything with no pain whatsoever. He is genuinely remarkable at his craft. I still have several appointments before my teeth are completely finished. But I never worry about going there, as I know Anusha is a true professional. Once again I must mention that the whole team from receptionists to dental nurses are truly wonderful. I highly recommend that if you need any dental work done, don't put it off. Get straight to mydentist in old road clacton as soon as possible. Kindest regards in advance to all the team.

Fantastic experience: I had my 2 boys with me for a appointment and my daughter who was 3 with Me. She was lovely spoke to my kids amazing didn't mind them all being in together as I was on my own. Lovely polite lady very helpful and explained as 1 of my kids needs more specific attention to hes teeth. Definitely recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Both dentist and his Assistant were brilliant! I’m a extremely scared patient and they weee excellent with me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am however totally gutted that the nhs cant replace fillings on my front four teeth and I have to pay ?? They were originally paid for but I wasn’t on disability’s then I worked! I don’t think it’s cosmetic as I can’t eat or drink hot or cold and I can’t smile and they’re so thin that even the wind gives me pain so because I can’t afford to pay I have to continue to be in pain and only eat or drink certain foods it’s really not fair I’m unable to work because I broke my back in a road accident years ago leaving unable to do many things and now I can’t even eat properly because in my crumbling teeth

Fantastic experience: Dentist Anush and Dental Nurse Lois are a wonderful pair. They have been treating my daughter for a while now and are patient and friendly. Her appts are long but Anush always gives her a break when she needs and reassures her constantly. He isn't your typical in and out the chair Dentist, he takes pride in his work and cares for his patients. He is fantastic with his younger patients. Definately recommend.
