Fantastic experience: Great dentist. I've been with them since I moved into the area in 2008 and i'm happy to say I've not have any reason for compliant and always had good service from them.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr Emon for my Invisalign treatment! From the initial consultation to the final results, everything was professional, explained thoroughly, and stress free. Emon is friendly, trustworthy, and puts you at ease. I really couldn't be happier with how my teeth look now and hugely appreciate all the time and care taken along the way in getting them right. After being insecure about my teeth for so long, this treatment has improved my life a lot. Any queries I had along the treatment process were answered incredibly quickly and with great care, and I never felt as though any question was too small or silly to ask. Also, the reception and dental team were also really friendly, flexible, and supportive when visiting the practice and when booking appointments. I highly, highly recommend Tamworth Road Dental Practice to anyone considering Invisalign or any orthodontic or cosmetic dentistry work.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this dentist for many years, but recently I needed a urgent appointment and all I can say is the service was fantastic, from reception, to dental nurses and dentist. The staff were brilliant and the cost of treatment was extremely reasonable.

After years of suffering with dental phobia, her gentle manner and expertise has finally meant that I no longer dread my dental appointments. I have just had a large filling and for the first time in my life I was able to relax, pain free in the chair.

Negative experience: Very confused by the positive reviews. Have had the worst experience going here. Have been wanting a different dental practice for while. I've managed to find a different dental practice which provide a great service. Ramin Ziai was my dentist, very rough, have had painful experiences with him even from a child. Have been avoiding this place as much as I can. As I have been too scared due to the heavy handedness. He also does not explain treatment plans very well either. Been informed from other people who have attended this dental practice have said the same. My father was given a filling without anesthetic also from a different dentist who works here. I would 100% avoid.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient you couldn't ask for nicer people to work on your teeth. Always been very good with my children too. Very calming and good at what they do :) almost looking forward to my next check up!

Fantastic experience: As a family, we have been attending Tamworth Road Dental Practice for many years. I’d say at least 20 years. We originally went as we lived locally in Long Eaton but even though we have all moved out of the area, we still attend this practice. The staff are all friendly. The premises are clean. They have a great system in place to make sure your medical history is kept up to date. They have a small private car park but if this is full, parking on the road is usually ok. We’ve never had a problem parking close by. Thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I felt the nurse and dentist were polite, respectful and professional in their manner. The procedure and rationale for the treatment choice were discussed with me. The treatment was almost pain free ( even though i received 2 injections ). Both staff members created a calm environment and they worked well together as a team.

Fantastic experience: Always fairly prompt at getting me in and out I don't like to hang about (I really hate going to the dentists) they always understand my needs (I get my self very worked up about going to my appointments), Staff are friendly been going for about 6 years now, I didn't have a dentist for a while then started having issues with my wisdom teeth since then I've had them out (in hospital) and had a filling also going back in December for another filling and check up .

Negative experience: Just called this butcher for an emergency appointment as a registered patient and been told off and not have an appointment because 18 months ago I did not take on an optional treatment cost about £900 . Firs the dentist need to speak to me about. About what?? Like they punishing me cause I could not afford it . The dentist himself is very judgemental and misogynist as well. Would not recommend this practice at all. Good day to all!

Fantastic experience: I was in pain with toothache for quite a while, so something was definitely wrong in my mouth. Managed to get an appointment with Reza, who diagnosed my problem and needed two extractions plus a treatment. Reza was very professional, courteous and mindful of pain relief, which instantly put me at ease, this guy knows his stuff and went through the options open to me without any hard sell. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: always recieve curtious service and relevant dental advise have been a patient practically since the practise opened would not think to go elsewhere even though sometimes I leave it a little to long between appointments they always treat you with respect and always fit you in thank you.

BUT I go here because after over 20 years, I still go because the staff are warm, friendly and helpful and fully appreciate my nervousness. I see Raisa who is gentle, informative and does everything he can to ease the treatment along. They are well versed in all matters Covid and the waiting room is bright, airy un clinic like and very clean.

Positive experience: My daughter discovered toothache about half a year ago. She was diagnosed by the doctor and replenished her teeth for her. It was keep check every two months. Doctors and medical staff are carefully diagnosed for her every time

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the practice for many years, and while I would never book a trip to any dentist as a birthday party event, this is one practice where the calm, professional and caring treatment takes all the worry away. There's something amusingly satisfying about being treated by a dentist who admits to some anxiety about being in the chair, and the the resulting kindness and support comes through in bucket loads.The reception and admin team are always very helpful, and they deserve a pat on the back too.

She was so worried about being judged, but he has honestly been brilliant with her whenever we visit. He puts on some music for her, and is so encouraging and gentle. Not at all like we have known in the past. Absolutely brilliant!

Fantastic experience: I was seeing another dentist for about 25 years and all of a sudden because I did not see them for about a year ,while the pandemic was on I was taken off the list .I have been going to Tamworth Road Dental practice for about 5 years now and its excellent. I am always greeted with friendly staff and a warm smile . I am made to feel welcome. I have since been contacted by my old practice about rejoining but these guys are doing a much better job. I WILL DEFINITELY SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN AS I HAVE MY ROUTINE 6 MONTHLY CHECK UP WELL DONE TO YOU ALL. THANKS AGAIN !
