Fantastic experience: The whole team were great I love that Dr Ebi sings along with the music in his surgery, certainly takes your mind off the procedure. His assistant, whose name I don't remember, was lovely, explained next steps before I left. There was no rushing to get you out of the door. The whole place is very clean, tidy and well organised.

Fantastic experience: Everything about the whole experience was first class from registering to having my denture removed. Couldn't do enough for you and making you comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I was seen at The Forum Dental Studio on 30th April 2025 for an extraction of my wisdom tooth. I’d heard so many horror stories about having a wisdom tooth out so I was quite anxious but I hadn’t need to be as the whole team at The forum Dental studio were so amazing. The professionalism was extraordinary, I even just got a call just now 1st May 25 checking up on me after my extraction, never have I had care from a dentist like it. Wish I could have you as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Well what a breath of fresh air that was! Admittedly I lost a tooth which I am sad about but the reception area was clean and airy but with fabric cushions on seats, a no no in my opinion as they are horders of germs. The reception staff were friendly and professional. The dentist was friendly, he spoke to me and explained everything and his dental nurses were kind and helpful. My faith in dentistry, which has been sorely tested in recent times, has been somewhat restored. It is a relief to know Caring, professional dentists do still exist. The icing on the cake came the day after when I received a follow-up phone call asking if all was well and reminding me to mouth wash with warm salt water. Thank you one and all

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Yasin El-wajeh for an extraction that my own dentist could not perform. From the start of the appointment he put me at ease with his kind, caring and knowledgeable manner. He fully explained the procedure and potential issues in a clear and calm manner. The procedure and follow up both went well. I'd also like to mention all the other staff were equally friendly and kind.

Fantastic experience: I came to o Forum yesterday the 16th to have a tooth extracted. I was anxious but the dentist and his assistants were very helpful and reassuring . He explained that one injection would be more painful Than the other and it was. The tooth came out with no great discomfort to myself and was also a very quick. Procedure. I was isoon on my way home and to get a follow up call this morning checking that all was well was a lovely touch! Thankyou all so much !!!!!!!

Positive experience: My Appointment was for 3.15pm. I appreciate that some appointments may go over the allocated time given, but, I think running over an hour late is excessive. None of the many Staff informed me that The Surgeon was running late. I had to get up, and go to them and ask myself why I hadn't been seen yet. When I was seen, The Surgeon and his Trainee were very professional and my Procedure was much quicker than I expected. It was however much more painful than I anticipated . In spite of this, I would use this Dental Practice again if needed.

Calling and messaging to remind of the appointment and also follow up to see how I was feeling after the surgery and advise me on salt mouthwash etc was a really professional and caring. I arrived at the Forum and was asked to fill a few forms out , the procedure was done very well and the dental surgeon and dental assistant were very polite and helpful. For what is normally a nerve wracking occurrence it was made very easy . Thank you to all involved

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Dental Practice and I was so impressed with everything. Reception staff have a lovely professional manner and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. I had a tooth extracted and the Dentist explained everything that would happen and made me feel very relaxed and I had every confidence in him and the staff assisting. Follow up phone call the next day too…..Excellent.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with these people to the tune of 9 thousand pounds..the treatment I received was poor and after consulting with other dentists found that my treatment was several years out of date and better alternatives were available at the time my aftercare was terrible too. I went back a couple of times and was then told they had done all they could and any future concerns would then incur further costs..this happened and I was charged £180 for a twenty minute appointment too once again change the fittings in my teeth.. fittings which I provided too them but was charged for...it was then that I decided to go elsewhere and have found a solution to my problem..there's more to this story but I've said enough.. very very unhappy with the whole experience

Fantastic experience: I was over anticipating what turned it to be a very speedy and painless visit. The doctor's relaxed and easy manner put me at ease and the professionalism of the nurses was easily recognisable. I anticipated some ongoing pain however; a day after the shard had been removed, residual pain was minimal with no pain killers needed. Many thanks to all and my utmost recommendations to anyone in need.

Fantastic experience: Easy to find. Parking on site. Polite staff & dentist was clear & informative. Can't say it was a pleasure as I had a tooth taken out but overall excellent facility.

Negative experience: I am not happy with my last visit because when they removed one tooth, they damaged another tooth next to it! I will never go back there again. I don't recommend it.

Fantastic experience: My dental anxiety was through the roof before I arrived at the Forum. Lovely setting, easy to get to, and a comfortable seating area. Not like the usual 'waiting room' look and the receptionists were so kind. I needed an extraction and Dr Yasin helped calm me down explaining to me step by step what was going to happen. By far the best dentist I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: I have had great service from the team at the forum. They had a real good go at rescuing a tooth which had decayed below the gum. And, eventually, it had to be extracted. Each time I needed an appointment I was squeezed in very quickly.

Fantastic experience: Today's appointment was with the Hygienist. I never thought I would say I had a nice appointment at the Dentist but today i did. The Hygienist was brilliant, not at all aggressive and she didn't leave me with bleeding or sore gums, as I've had in the past with other Dental practices. I've now had a Dentist and Hygienist appointment at the Forum and have been pleasantly surprised by both, again, not something I ever thought I'd say. I'm very happy with the Forum Dental practice and all the people I've met that work there are fab.

Fantastic experience: I went to the forum after a referral from my dentist to have a tooth removed. I have an intense fear of the dentist after a previous traumatic experience of a tooth removal so I wasn’t looking forward to this one. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Once in the chair I had a panic attack and was upset but the dental nurse and surgeon were very patient and explained everything to me and comforted me the whole way through. The extraction itself was uncomfortable which is obvious but there was no real pain at all. They gave a courtesy call the day after to ensure I was okay (which unfortunately I missed because of work) Now two days on, whilst it is still sore through bruising and stitches, I’m comfortable and happy with the result. Thank you The Forum, you were so supportive and patient with me whilst I had a nervous breakdown over a tooth extraction! Haha!

The dentist yasin truly worked wonders, not only with the treatment itself but also by helping me overcome my dental anxiety I've developed from several failed extractions with my regular NHS dentist. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff and the dental staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything, was gentle and caring, and really went above and beyond to ensure I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend and this review deserves 100 stars!

Negative experience: I am a uni student and travelled up to Gainsborough from north of Manchester (a 5 hour train journey that cost me £55). I turned up 6 minutes late travelling from Lincoln as a result of roadworks and traffic, to be dismissed and turned away. I called them to give them a heads up that I would be running slightly late, but the woman at the front desk spoke to me in a very condescending way and did not hear what I had to say. I walked back to my car and cried because of the poor treatment and my money being wasted. I have to wait another 6 weeks before my braces come off, after already waiting 5 due to university. This is not good enough and appalling treatment from the forum, especially when my previous appointments have taken so little time. The woman who takes care of my braces didn’t even come out to apologise. Very poor and really upset my day.

Fantastic experience: I am an absolute nervous wreck when it comes to my teeth the anxiety is unreal but force my self to do what I need to get done, everyone at The Forum from the receptionists, dental nurse and the dentist were all amazing with me and made me feel very comfortable in and out within 15mins they were also really good giving information after my surgery and a print out incase I forgot anything. Big thank you to all the staff for making me feel comfortable and checking I was ok through out my visit

Fantastic experience: Tooth Extraction: on arrival we couldn’t believe how modern and clean the Dental practice / reception was, it was immaculate. The reception staff we so polite, professional and friendly. The extraction was so clean, Dr Yasin, our dentist was so comforting and explained everything so well and calmly. The Dental nurse, Mia was also so supportive and professional. The extraction was a total success and no pain was felt, something I wasn’t expecting ! We were so impressed we asked if we could register with the practice and fortunately they did have a couple of spaces so we are now booked in for our initial appointments in November. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist, for an extraction. The surgery has a warm and Friendly feel to it. The dentist himself was lovely and very apologetic about the wait I had, but my letter had prepared me for a lengthy wait. The procedure itself was fairly quick, and I had a follow up phone call, the next day, to see if I had any issues following the extraction. Highly recommend TheForum
