Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Astro Dental today. I was put at ease as soon as I walked in, everyone is so friendly and helpful. My examination was very thorough and totally painless. The dental clinicians are very professional and explained what they needed to do at every step. I had x rays and scans before a suggested, personal treatment plan was discussed and agreed with me. I'm looking forward to starting my treatment and have every confidence that it will prove to be a positive experience with a totally pleasing outcome.

Fantastic experience: Fitted my partner in for an emergency appointment at very short notice. Julie the receptionist was friendly and welcoming from the start, while Daniel and Jess were professional and understanding and did a fantastic job all round. The surgery itself is easily accessible for wheelchairs which was essential for us. The staff were patient and understanding of my partner's health problems and difficulties, everything was talked through step by step which helped easy any anxiety and nerves. I'd recommend this place for anyone else with a brain injury or any disability. We'll be back for a check up soon!

Fantastic experience: Have struggled to find a dentist since moving. Needed an emergency appointment and Astro Dental fitted me in the next day. I have to be fair the Dentist and staff were fantastic and I left there with everything sorted and no pain. I will be going back there

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety and I felt so at ease here. I needed to be referred to heath hospital for further treatment but it was done so quickly I had my referral number to track it the same day and antibiotics for the time being. Really impressed and would happily come back for treatment once I’m sorted thank you!

Fantastic experience: I attended Astro Dental centre today as an emergency after cracking my front tooth ,which had a veneer on it, quite badly. I was seen almost immediately on arrival and Kasia (the dentist) put me at ease straight away. I just assumed tshe would only be able to do a quick "patch up" job and try to refix the veneer but I was in the chair for nearly an hour .Ellie was very supportive and reassuring and I felt completely confident in their care.The pain relief was excellent and the overall result was amazing.I was so impressed and had good advice for follow up care . 10 out of 10 .Thank you both.oulk highly recommend you

Fantastic experience: I requested an emergency appointment due to an abcess that had to be drained. Saahir saw me the following morning and helped prevent the spread of the abcess whist treating with strong antibiotics. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I came in, I did not feel a thing and they explained everything that was going to happen before they completed it. Thankyou for your help

Negative experience: Really do not recommend at all. We were the first appointments of the day and we still had to wait over half an hour which massively increased anxiety for my partner Then despite not normally being scared of the dentist , I did not have an enjoyable experience I've never had the x-ray done in this manner with plastic stick and saahir did not explain what it was before pushing it into my mouth which made me panic and ask what it was and why and how long it would last. He said it had to be done and was uncomfortable but offered no solution of how it could be adjusted. Second attempt and I had to say again how much I hated it because of pushing and not fitting and hurting feeling against tendons in my mouth no sympathy and felt like I was being a annoying child and just needed to suck it up. Chosen not to go back as I need a tooth removed but don't feel like I would be happy having it done here as if I was in even more pain then I'd feel that it wouldn't be reassuring just made to deal with it! Been to a different dentist since and had same x-ray thing but not rushed or forced into my mouth uncomfortably

Fantastic experience: It had been a very long time since I had attended the dentist due to no nhs availability also being nervous, but last July I bit the bullet as my son was getting married so wanted my teeth done, I made appointment with astro dental and from there I was put at ease, dan made me feel at ease from the start and advised me what was needed, direct debit was set up and now I'm a regular at the dentist and my gums have improved and I'm not embarrassed about my teeth at all, would recommend astro dental 100 per cent.

Fantastic experience: So i had a tooth out today, i was extremely nervous so bad i was shaking on the chair, however Daniel and his assistant couldn't have been better, they were both so kind, and understanding Daniel added humour to the situation and took his time, he was extremely caring and somehow managed to get me through the whole process of having my tooth out, I am extremely greatful to him and would definitely recommend him to friends and family for any dental work needed, and I will also be requesting him for any further dental work if needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: Went to this dentist a few days ago for a check up as I knew I needed some fillings. I've always had horrible experiences with dentists previously and was nervous. Luckily Anas was immediately reassuring which made my experience one of the first positive dentist visits I've had. I had a massive filing and a molar extracted and he sang me a song to take my mind off it which really helped distract me because he has a beautiful singing voice! Usman really is awesome despite not being Welsh. If you need a big ass tooth removed very gently hes your man!

Empathic throughout.Full examination & xrays taken whilst still sat in chair, xrays reviewed before options of treatments available to me and fully discussed outcomes.
