Dr. Hatem Shahin is highly professional; I’m completely satisfied with the procedure and outcome. Dental Practice Manager Doruk Tuncer was extremely helpful, I got the appointment promptly and all staff excellent. I would recommend Fen House Dental to everyone without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my implant fitted today Hatem. All throughout the process, leading up to today, I’ve been looked after with regular check ups and monitoring. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist for a few years now and have found them to be the greatest Dentist and staff i have ever seen. I have just finished my Dental Implant treatment { of which i had 6 at the same time } and had no problems at all through the entire time. The dentist's here are extremely Professional and Friendly as are the nurses and other staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Lifesaver in Spalding – Fen House Dental Practice Although I wasn’t on their patient list, Fen House Dental Practice kindly accepted me as an emergency case—and I didn’t have to wait long at all, just around 2 hours! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient. Every question I had was answered clearly and without hesitation. Dr. Hatem Shahin is simply a magician. I’ve never experienced such a gentle and precise injection—it was so skillfully done that I didn’t even feel it! He’s not only highly skilled, but also genuinely friendly, caring, and clearly goes the extra mile to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. A big shout-out to the nurses and receptionists too—well done, all of you. The whole team made the visit as stress-free as it could be. I also really liked the way the interior is arranged—it’s welcoming and clean, which definitely helps calm the nerves. As for the prices, well… keeping your teeth healthy does come at a cost, so it’s good to be prepared for that. There’s no designated parking, but it’s easy enough to find a spot on the street nearby. A couple of small things I’d change: the heating was a bit much during my visit. It was sunny and warm outside, yet the radiators were still on. Also, the background music wasn’t really my vibe—slightly loud and on the gloomy side (though that did give me a chuckle). The practice is based in a house not far from the town centre, easy to find with clear signage and even a defibrillator outside. Overall, I’m genuinely happy my problem was resolved so professionally, and even more so now that I’m on their patient list. Highly recommended!

I had several follow ups over the next week until the infection cleared. Couldn’t have been more helpful and caring. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a few weeks problem with an abscess that wouldn't clear completely with antibiotics, on Christmas eve it was hurting so much( and I was going away on the 27th Dec for a month) hatem agreed to see me , he said the tooth needed to come out but was not happy to because of it being Xmas eve and there would be no follow up care because they would be closed, in the end he agreed,it was nearly pain free . I followed all of the instructions for after care and I just want to say hatem I am shortly traveling home and I have not had one problem with my teeth. THANK YOU...

Positive experience: Been coming here for a few years now after eventually finding an NHS dentist. Always charming staff and good level of dentistry carried out. Different techniques from the different dentists. Most recent visit though was a different tact all together as I was questioned more about my health, lifestyle, diet and general well-being. Which I suppose is a good thing but was a shock though. Biggest shock was yet to come when had a bill for over £26 just for a check up. No wonder people don’t go to the dentist ! I need an extraction but fear the dentist too much to have it done - last time they nearly pulled my head off and it hurt so much that I stopped it. Dentists aren’t a pleasant experience at the best of times but something we all have to endure I suppose

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dentist for quite a while & have always received great service but this week the dentist went above & beyond for us. Our 7 year old son came off his scooter and chipped his adult tooth, over 45% had gone. The dentist spent so much time & care on repairing the tooth with composite bonding. He did everything in his power to make sure we (the parents) were happy with the work completed. He spent a long time with us and was very patient when answering our questions - we queried that there was a slight colour difference in the bonding & Oscar’s next tooth and the dentist thoroughly explained the reasons why (fluorosis in existing tooth). As a private patient I was expecting to pay a significant amount for Oscar’s repair but to our surprise we didn’t have to pay anything!! Amazing place, credit to the reception staff & dental nurse too. Recommended to everyone.

I have avoided dentist for well over 12 years, as I was scared of pain. Well, I must say, I have still have fear of anestetic, but I will be going back, as apart of sound effects, it has been really pleasant experience. Fantastic experience: Am a nervous patient so having wisdom tooth out was scary for me but I was put at ease and the procedure went very well. Bit expensive but would highly recommend if having to go private. Would prefer NHS because of the costs but waiting times are ridiculous. It’s on a main road but you can park in some areas. If you need a dentist then I would recommend this place
