Fantastic experience: Kirsty and Lorraine put me at ease, I suffer with anxiety (especially at dentist) and I had everything explained, constant reassurance and very little discomfort, Kirsty did everything to not cause me any pain or discomfort and most of all didn't make me feel stupid .

Fantastic experience: Been here for a few years now and can only compliment Hussein Yakub and the practice on their care and treatment at every visit. No concerns whatsoever regarding the practice.

Negative experience: After being with the practice for past nearly 15 years all of the sudden I have been deregistered due to the fact member of stuff (dentist) left and went to work privately. No effort to make a transfer to other of their dentist been made.No even option of re -registration to the practise been offered. Not even clear notification of the situation at the time.Only found out about it when I was about to make appointment.. be aware they can make you out of dentist before u even know it..

Negative experience: Very poor service I got a top denture private and wasn't happy with it every time I smiled it would drop down joanna the dentist told me to keep trying it out went back again still not happy with it so she asked me if I wanted a refund of six hundred and thirty pound I said I would like a refund then she said I would have to find another dental practice as I was taken off there practice after twenty years what I find was very petty of her now I have to try and register with another practice,

Fantastic experience: This dentist is amazing dealing with my disabilities seemed hard for some dentists but the one I'm seeing now has been very understanding and accommodates my needs accordingly I wish I'd had these dentists when I was younger

Fantastic experience: Four cavities in one go. First, six injections of anaesthesia, which are not too painful, but their location turns them into an absolute psychological trauma. Then the drill to ready the surfaces, which, despite the effects of the anaesthesia seems to sometimes touch a nerve… Then, lift your chin, open your mouth a bit wider, etc… In short, you’re willingly subjected to an utterly submissive experience that lasts many minutes… By the end of it you just want the doctor to give you a hug… You’re totally drained of any energy and ready for an afternoon nap… Thank you!

Negative experience: Trying to pay the balance for two last weeks . Been on phone for 45 min each day , never talking with someone. Absolutely awful . After settling the balance, moving to another practise . Dental work is great.

Negative experience: I'm 73 years old. When I phoned for a checkup appointment I was told my dentist had left and I couldn't get an appointment but I could get one if it was an emergency I called in and asked if I could be put to someone else but was told everyone was full, so don't try here if your expecting nhs treatment, very disappointing as I've been with them for years

Fantastic experience: I had a scale and clean appointment but a few days prior to this I had chipped my front teeth on a fruit stone. Aleksandra, my dentist, was able to carry out the necessary repairs in the time alloted to me and did an excellent job so that my damaged teeth look great again

Negative experience: Although I was seen by a lovely dentist, with a great approach and manner, I was only in due to an emergency and I can only get those type of appointments, if they are not all taken. My dentist retired due to ill health, after at least 6 to 8 months of constantly cancelling appointments, repeatedly, time after time. Now we are not allowed any appointments until a new dentist is found. It seems cover is not being paid for in the interim. A handful of months, at the start of all of this, is understandable, but this is coming up to a year, if not already. I myself have chronic conditions creating problems with my teeth, which are not being addressed in any shape or form. My mother had her dentures and teeth done by the same dentist. It turned out they were made to the incorrect size and there were other issues from this procedure. She also has a broken crown. These issues are still waiting to be corrected all this time later, due to constant cancelling of appointments. Something needs to be done because whatever is going on is not working. This something should have also been done after a few months of these issues, not nearly a year later with no sign of change. Past review. I saw the S African chap as my dentist wasn't in. I had to get a removal and he was great. I was in and out within ten minutes, no pain or fuss. He has a great manner and is good at his job. The whole team at CD are very nice, empathetic, personable and professional.
